The older lady at the checkout always has an attitude and rolling her eyes, doesn’t like when you put in the Walgreens rewards number and use coupons, always tells me I don’t have any, she’s so rude and hates to check out a customer. The manager, I think his name js John, is so unfriendly, lazy, not informative and doesn’t like to help guests at all. Bad customer service, the store is always empty, unorganized, dirty and not put together. I tried multiple times to over look things because it’s my neighborhood Walgreens but no more, I’m done going there.

Please have your staff wear their masks appropriately. They wear a mask covering the mouth and not their nose. One staff member took hers off and was speaking up close to customers while checking them out. Be safe.

Willowlake pharmacy sold out there patients to Walgreens there goes another India own pharmacy undermining their customers for profit and then turn around and steal them back to their fellow pharmacies to go and undermind this big corporation thinking they are going to do good.But before they get a chance to Ill give referral to other pharmacy we still do business with better services

Very rude & arrogant pharmacy staff. Im switching to mail order pharmacy because of all this rudeness Im dealing with will come to an end. Pharmacy Staff need extensive training on customer service skills and how to treat people with respect. Everytime I go here my blood boils and makes me mad and irritable dealing with arrogant and rude staff.

Not letting customers use the restrooms. First Walgreens Ive been to thats refused. I work outside, so my only chance to use a bathroom while stocking up on supplies during the pandemic has been Walgreens until now.

Pharmacy staff (with the exception of one Asian pharmacy tech) here are lazy, mediocre at its best and no customer service skills at all. Wait times are ridiculous. No call backs for updates. Will put you on hold then disconnect your call. I have unfortunately experienced them all! Just thinking about picking up my familys prescriptions here make my blood boil because I have to deal with incompetent people. I have talked to the Manager a couple times...still the same. Needless to say, Ive had it with these people and Im switching to another location even though its farther.

Arrived to this Walgreen late at night and it was still open. They have plenty of parking and a Redbox outside the store. As for the store, it is clean and organized, they offer plenty of items from ice cream to Halloween decorations. Did not get anyone to offer their assistance but I manage to get what I wanted and more.

The drive through pharmacy takes FOREVER! Be ready to sit here for 30 minutes at the very least, every single time. Not only that, but if one of your meds isnt ready or cant be filled, nobody calls. You find out when you get there. Its just getting worse and worse here. Might have to switch to CVS.

Has anyone noticed that Walgreens forces its store to compete with each other?When they dont have your meds in stock, they cant/wont call another to fill your order. And sometimes they wont order what you need until NEXT WEEK.Im not having my doctor send electronic scrips to these clowns again.

Once again this Walgreens screws up a refill for a much needed prescription. My mother will be out of her daily pill again because this location and it’s mediocre staff can get it together. Waited over 15 minutes before My call was answered, just to tell me the prescription could not be done until Doctor approval. After their own text message reminder had indicated a refill would be processed. I am very dissatisfied and Angry. Their customer service is the worst. Wish we can move our prescription to CVS but because of their MAfia deals with the insurance Conpanies it’s just not possible. You need to re-staff and Do things right Walgreens on Glen Ellyn Road or else you are exposing yourself to a law suit.

Worst Walgreens in the country by far. Pharmacy orders the wrong medication called and told them did nothing to rectify the mistake I had to do all the work for them. Refill your meds from another Walgreens staff totally inept.

While the techs and pharmacist are always polite, this pharmacy is severely understaffed. I don’t bother going to the drive thru to pick up because I’ve waited twice for 20 minutes plus. There is always a wait inside the store. I’ve called to had a rx refill-and didn’t have the number to use the auto process, after being on hold for 8 minutes with no answer I was disconnected. Twice! It must just give up ringing at that point. It takes at least a day to Rx’s refilled they don’t do same day. I’ve also had a couple medications “not in stock” and take several days to get in. They don’t get medication delivered on the weekends and won’t transfer from another store, so if you get a rx called in on a Thursday or Friday and they don’t have it, it will take until Monday or Tuesday.

I am shocked at the level of ignorance of this pharmacist this morning. I, honestly, would not even have given them NO STAR but had to give one to post my horrible experience!I waited the 3 minutes for the drive thru window to open and when the man took the cloaed sign out of the window he asked how he can help. I said yes i am pick up a script for my daughter. He asked thd name and came back and said, we just opened its not filled, so youll have to come back. I said ok i will wait for it. He said(word for word) not in my drive thru you cant.... I said if i see a car i will go around. And proceeded to tell him, thanks for being rude and he said (uhhmmm ..) I AM REAL SICK AND TIRED OF THESE ILLINOIS PPL! I have come back to my home state after 25 years.. I am ashamed!!!This WILL BE MY LAST TIME SHOPPING HERE OR GETTING ANY PERSCRIPTION HERE!

I come here literally 5 days a week after work. The bathroom always smells like straight garbage. The floors walls and toilets are horrible. I could take pictures every day and they would look the same . You can tell they literally never mop the floor as well!!!

SWitch to this pharmacy less then a month ago and will be changing again after today. 2 prescriptions were to be ready at 11:30 am today. At 4:45 pm I went to drivethru and tech told me “he called because they didn’t have either” and “come back tomorrow”. First off NO ONE CALLED my phone and I only have 1 phone number (and Walgreens has my correct number because I have received automated calls before) and my point of coming today and not tomorrow is I will have to bring 2 babies out in the snow tomorrow to pick it up. It’s pathetic to lie to me about calling.

Very poor service.....I dropped prescription early morning at 9.am and they told me to come pick it up in one and half hour but when i went there it was not ready. Then i went back again after another one and half hour and prescription still wasnt ready. I told them that my wife was in pain but they couldnt do anything.

This is a bad store.. SLOW . They never follow through when issues come up with insurance and covered medication.t he pharmacy hours suck too. I switched to the Carol Stream store for a while but decided to go to CVS as Walgreens has No idea what customer service is.they are always understaffed causing the employees to be overloaded with work.
