I went into the store truly clueless as to what I needed. Ive read a million DIY blogs all with differing opinions. I decided I just needed to speak with an expert, and hoped I walked into an employee that would be willing to help me. Tim helped us shop, explaining all of the supplies, helping me understand what I did and didnt need- and what I should or shouldnt do. I also had a million questions for him...and he answered all of them and was very knowledgeable. Also very patient with me as I tried to figure out what to do.I went to SW because Ive heard about the quality products, but the customer service provided was top knotch.

Tim is one of the best Store managers Sherwin Williams has!

So far awesome, I only went in there for some paint match to fix some drywall patching I did and both colors were spot on, not even a hair off.

I came here to buy paint for our house. The paint is extremely good and quality and they have so many selections. The people who work here very helpful in helping me choose the right color or are painting at our home. If you have any questions I can answer everything about colors and methods of painting. I always appreciate a good store that will help me find the right items to buy.

I have never had a bad experience in my business transactions or personal help from this company. The managers are even more hardworking than the staff and they are very helpful and industrious. They are able to multi-task and give personal color choice help and keep the in and out time to a minimum in order to serve the professional painters as well as the homeowners who need answers to their questions.

The color specialist Yvonne was phenomenal. We a went in there in there to aimlessly find paint for our renovated bathroom and Yvonne approached us with a HUGE amount of design knowledge and advice about how to approach the finish, color, and scheme of our bathroom. Do yourself a favor and ask for her help and expertise.

Once again Sherwin-Williams great for the residential public I think theyre great for the public much better than Menards and Home Depot they know what theyre talking about when it comes us commercial painters you know they can use a little more education the guys at the store I met today were pretty decent but I like to shop Benjamin Moore because they like when I look nice and proper and nice and white and advertising their T-shirt with their name on it but you cant get it out of Sherwin-Williams its corporate for you always cut in the dollar somewhere making billions and trillions cant give it to their customers

Pretty basic paint store, have most supplies you need and a good amount of paint selections.The only downside was the employees seemed annoyed that I was there. Made the exchange a little awkward - just my experience.

Have used SW stores for over 40 years. The GE store, currently has excellent management and personnel. They bend over backwards in their service to me.
