Due to the part shipments, I do not fault any body shop, dealer or mechanic for length of time our vehicles not being fixed on time. These are great people doing great things each day like those who work to do good.

I love this team! From the young lady answering the phone to the mechanics who take the time to talk to you and explain. Very grateful for their service. This is an honest place and reasonably priced.

After my front bumper piece became dislodged (due to parking too close to a concrete parking curb) I called to schedule an appointment and they adjusted their very booked schedule to see me in one hour. Since the underliner was dragging by the time I drove in with blinkers on, I needed immediate repair. They were so kind to to fit me in, fix the problem and get me back on the road in little more than an hour. Very reasonable cost as well. I highly recommend them!

Long story short: These folks are incredibly honest and do outstanding work. Choose them whenever you can.My new car was hit and run while parked on a street. Our insurance didnt cover the damage as the coverage couldnt get updated past our old liability only policy until we got the registration -- which came in the mail the day after the hit and run.So we were stuck with ugly damage to our new car.We took it into West Suburban and they were a dream.John went over the damage with me and the options to fix it. Since insurance didnt cover this, my wife and I were hoping to avoid replacing parts. So, John figured out the best way to take care of this.After everything was said and done, no parts had to be replaced and everything looked brand new. As in, the vehicle was perfect. There is no way to tell the damage ever happened.Im truly amazed by the work they did. You will not find higher quality work or better value for money anywhere.

When I got in an accident while I was in college I brought my car straight here. Before doing anything to my car, they made sure that I was doing okay personally. They worked as fast as they could and communicated with me while they had my car. I never had to worry about my car or the process while my car was with them. When I received my car after they fixed it, they continued to ask how I was doing and walked me through everything that had did. My car looked better than when I first bought it! They also cleaned out my car more than they needed to. I will be going back to West Suburban Auto Body for any future repairs. Thank you!!!!

I cannot say enough about John and his staff. They are so warm caring and professional. The first thing they ask - is everyone ok? They are a State Farm preferred shop which is how I found them. The quality of the body work is a 10 plus! They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done! That was unexpected since the damage was strictly on the outside. These guys are awesome! My son smashed his vintage pickup truck into a tree one Christmas, another body shop said it was totaled, but John listened to my son who got the truck from his grandfather and wanted to fix it. He put it back together beautifully and at a great price! One man sounds wise until another man speaks!

A deer ran into my car on I-88 during season. Had the airbags gone off, the vehicle would have been totaled.. however they did not and my car needed extensive repairs. I chose West Suburban given its close to home and Enterprise rental. Good reviews too. Unfortunately, I had the worst comprehensive auto insurance you could imagine.. insurance took 5 months to approve every repair needed and had a contractor visit to confirm repairs were needed three different times. West Suburban gave me constant updates and additional options, resulting in a near perfect repair job. They even gave me a discount on the deductible. I did have to get an alignment after the visit but other than that, great job. Make sure you understand your insurance policy because the car rental expenses were 50% of the repair costs!

First class service with first class work. John is the guy you want to talk to when you bring your automobile for service here. He is a stand up, honest guy that is truly looking out for what is best interest of the customer. Good people are hard to come by in this industry so I highly recommend him. You wont be disappointed in your decision.

Ive been to this shop 3 times in less than a year and they always do an amazing job! They also offer the best prices Ive seen. When I get a quote, Ill go to a couple places and theyre always cheaper by a noticeable margin. I will never take my car anywhere else; when one finds a great mechanic its like finding/having a great hair stylist...you CANT let them go!! West Suburban Auto Body is THE BEST!!!!

Jim and I have used West Suburban Auto Body off and on through the years. Mr. Kim was the original owner. He did high quality work and was very fair in his pricing. Mr. Kim retired and passed his work ethic and high quality workmanship on to his son-in-law. You need auto body work--this is the place to go.

I actually had great customer service at this location they did great work on my car and it took a little longer then expected. I didnt have rental coverage nor the extra cash to pay for a rental car. They paid for my rental for over a week. John and his team did a great job. Would highly recommended WOW customer service is hard to find!

My car was rear ended 3 years ago and I was taken here to have it replaced. They told me they had to replace the muffler and they told me to be thankful that I wouldnt be charged for it. Well not even 3 years later, the whole muffler has rusted out. My mechanic informed me the person who performed it did a very poor weld and used a cheap low quality muffler. Exhaust system needs to be replaced now. Thank guys.

Worst aug body shop around. I set up an appointment to get my car fixed and carved out a whole week for this to be done. Yet it sat outside for the whole week and wasnt touched at all. when you set an appoint meant your suppose to stick to it. so if you want to wait forever to get your car done go here, if not go somewhere else which i highly recommend.

I had this place perform some body work on my passenger door and within 8 months rust started to appear after his work and owner would not repair his faulty work and he claimed it was a factory issue since he wanted to pass the buck. No other parts on my car show rust besides the door he worked on. Dont trust or use this company as they are crooks and will lie to you any chance he gets - and life time warranty on his work - thats a joke. They also have rental cars and he tried to rip me off for an extra day I did not use and they acted in a very un-professional way where I had to contact the rental place corporate headquarters to get a full refund and the employee who acted unprofessional was fired by headquarters. This business is a sad operation and gives a bad reputation for others as well. I would highly recommend to never do business with this company as you will regret otherwise.

Really poor service. Originally given the timetable of 3 weeks on a repair that took roughly 3 months. Awful communication on their end. Would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

After a blizzard I have taken my car here from an accident, and they did not do a thorough job in fixing my car. Body work was done ok but they put cheap brakes on my car that wore out after six months. I ended up paying an extra four hundred dollars to fix it. They also put my broken rearview mirror back on with glue, which ended up falling off so I had to take it back to fix couple days after the accident. After I realized about the faulty brakes, I called them only for the manager who takes the calls to tell me it wasnt their problem. Bad service in handling problems I should say.

Mr. George helped me fix the door covering my gas tank when it got stuck shut and didnt even charge me. He and another employee jumped up to help me as soon as I stopped in.
