Will not replace a defective bumper that should be covered under the manufactures warranty - Toyotas solution is to epoxy it in place without my permission. This is a defect and should be replaced. Their customer service is a joke and they totally bush you off. Their customer service rep John Ashby would not even answer questions when I asked. I am not going to debate what the field rep did or did not do. Well then how do you know that was the correct solution. Regardless it is a DEFECTIVE BUMPER - IT SHOULD NOT BE GLUED IN PLACE - THAT IS NOT HOW IT WAS MANUFACTURED!!

Ed was my service advisor. He was very thorough when walking me thru the additional checks they did on my van as part of my oil change. He was very plesant and knowledgeable. Also pricing was on point for my oil change.
Central Atlantic Toyota is the distribution point for Dealerships in the region it has no direct customer sales. It is a Toyota facility that is dealer facing. Great people who can help dealers get what they need.
