This store always is clean and well staffed. Its also well stocked including quality produce and lots of Ukrops bakery and deli selections.

Today is a miracle to me, which inspired me to give my appreciation by writing this:(1) This morning I felt upset for I saw they had no ice cream at all and the worker replied for they have to clean up all the expired ones.(2) Then later I realized I lost my iPhone. I could not locate it just to check around evening with the manager in Food Lion.A great news is they kept my iphone left on the cart, and I feel their integrity showed beyond my expectation. I will come back more often to visit this store, which works hard to keep healthy and honesty business around the neighbor.

Some good prices on produce today. Not much in paper products, but thats the same everywhere. As always, pleasant experience.

Very clean inside and parking lot was clean outside. Store was brightly lit. One of the largest wine and beer sections Ive ever seen in a Food Lion. A big criticism is that my cashier was not wearing her mask over her nose AND her mouth.

Very good shop, maintained so hygiene. Carts are neat and clean, stuff is very well organized. Good staff. You may not see wide varieties but almost everything you need for daily stuff is available. I personally and my family loves this shop.

This is a laid back grocery store. People arent in a big hurry, even the folks getting lunch. The employees are always friendly

The best food lion I have been in but I guess it depends on the area. There variety selection is much better than the food lions in the city n they were well stocked.

Used to travel all the way to Ashland to pick up groceries. Never had an issue with this location and they always followed Covid protocol. Thought Id give this location a try; much closer to home. Ive used this location twice and Ive had no issues. Associates are very friendly, kind, and care about how they handle your groceries. And too, they follow their stores Covid policy. This means a lot to me. I will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work!

Our go to market weekly. Staff is very friendly, aisles clean/neat, generally a good selection of most items.Also some of the best prices in the area. Highly recommend this Food Lion Market.

The service at this food lion was great, and the employees were really helpful. My cashier was Zoe, who was very focused and patient when ringing up my order, even though I had some coupons, which caused some sort of issue with system. She manually input each coupon, and didn’t get impatient like some other cashiers I’ve had to deal with. All in all, this is a great location and I may start to stop by more.

The store is always spotless and you can obtain great sales. Steak are fresh and great for the grill. Not bad selection on wine. Staff very polite and helpful.

Good job Food Lion. Im very happy that your cashiers are disinfecting the belt and touch pad in between orders, and the announcements reminding customers about social distancing. Except for paper goods, pretty well stocked.

Tried using an egift card at the Nuckols road location. Recently received an egift for $300. It was purchased from Foodlion.com. I was surprised when I tried to pay and the associate said he was unable to accept this as tender. Even the manager did not know what to do in reference to using this egift card as payment. Quite disappointed with the lack of common sense. Actually the associate and manager were quite oblivious and down right ignorant.

I love all of the staff that work here! Malcolm is such a great cashier and knows how to help and keep the process fast!

5 stars to this food lion because I got lost during my shopping and the employee i asked, which was Zoe, was patient with me and directed me to everything I needed for my wifes shopping list. She also rung me up and was very polite and nice to me. I had a lot of gift cards for small amounts but Zoe was very patient and manually input each gift card. I cannot wait to come shop here again!

This is a nice medium size supermarket. It is complete with a deli counter and bakery area. The fruits and vegetables are kept fresh and well stocked. The meat selection is also fairly good. Prices are fair, but not cheap. The employees have always been courteous and attentive. I go here frequently and content to continue to come back.

The cleanest, best organized Food Lion I have ever been inside. Everything was immaculate and every aisle and section were well-stocked and organized. Outside is a Red Box and inside is everything you expect to find at a grocery store, though this location is not as large as a Kroger or the like. Im an Aldi man, so I find the prices a bit higher here than I like paying, but this location is very convenient if youre in the Twin Hickory area.

Everything you want at much better prices. They have stepped up their service. They dont stalk you, but are available right away and committed to helping you find anything youre looking for.

The employees do not care about clients not wearing masks, even after asked about it. Apparently safety is not a concern there. Will not be coming back.

Last week my usual grocery store was extremely busy and so I took a chance on the Knuckles Road Food Lion because it is also close to my house and the lines were shorter, I was hesitant at first to shop there because I already know where everything is at my usual grocery store, but the friendly staff showed me where to find everything and a cashier (friendly blond girl with bangs) pointed me in the direction of the coconut milk. I will definitley be coming here again and I think I will make the switch permanently. :)

Horrible noxious chemical fumes throughout store from construction project. Made me sick to my stomach. I cant believe it is safe to breathe that all day, I felt so sorry for the employees. Its a miracle OSHA wasnt called! Somebody screwed up there, Food Lion your workers deserve better conditions!!

I like this Food Lion - it is always clean and the people who work there are very helpful. It is a bit smaller than some other stores, so the selection is a bit Limited.

If the cashier doesnt put all your groceries in your car on checkout, and you cant make it back within 2 hours with a receipt, you just donated those groceries.

Never had a problem here. Lines are always short.

Food Lion is trying to step it up to compete against New Publix across the street, but still always has employees smoking in front of store during their breaks. Have allowed this for at least 15 years. Nasty.
