I highly recommend Peebles Golf Carts-Richmond. The salesperson, Ryan, spent several hours with my wife & I. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all the options to pick from. Very professional and the process was simple. They even under promised and over delivered on the completion date. We added several accessories and they knocked it all out in a day. The customer service for this business is horrible! I called about a driver blocking my driveway and the conversation quickly went left. The speakers inability to speak professionally and respectfully is cause for concern. Her problem solving skills were equivalent to a five year old and that’s a compliment. This was the only entry and exit point from my home. Additionally, there was no way to elevate the issue because Ashley said she was the supervisor over everyone — very sad.

If I could negative 10 stars I would. I have never, ever posted a bad review, but this just seemed so unfair:So, when you are excited to upgrade to a 2015 Golf Cart and decide to purchase one from Peebles Golf Carts in Richmond, VA (on a Friday) and they have it all nice and clean (on the outside) and you get it to where you need it and the batteries will not hold a charge for longer than 30 min., you would expect by Monday morning, they would at the very least replace the batteries with “Good Used” batteries that actually hold a charge. Four out of the six batteries were tested with a Hydrometer and found to be “dead”. NOPE, no replacing, no concern, Notta. Ryan said, “If it holds a charge for 30 min. then the batteries are good to go”. How is that for great customer service? We will never do business with them again and put this out there for anyone else who might be looking to purchase a cart from them and who may, like we did, depend on their business reliability and honesty. Score negative -10-------*We can buy new ones for $650.00 from them, but guess what go elsewhere we just purchased some for $90 a piece at $540.00. Saved money and no longer have to deal with bad business practices who are only after your $$$$$. Thanks Ryan

Peebles Golf carts has a large and diverse inventory to fit any budget. They had the cart I was looking for. After delivery, I took another opportunity to examine the machine and had found that there was no exception to detail. The cart is a great example of how a build is supposed to be. Ryan was very helpful in helping find what I was looking for. I would recommend giving him a call if you are interested in a new or used golf cart

We purchased a custom golf cart from this location about 2 months ago. This was one of the most expensive carts they offered. A six passenger limo cart full of options. The build process was painful as we were offered options only to be told they were not available. We took possession of the cart and have had multiple issues since .The build quality is sub par and was not done well. LED lights quit working. Headlight fell out of the cart. Multiple blow fuses from an electrical issue we have yet to figure out. Not to mention I have had to go back over the cart and tighten countless screws and bolts. Customer service from Ryan the salesman after the sale is horrible. If your in the market for a custom cart I would recommend looking elsewhere. Quality is not good with thier carts.

Prior to purchasing a brand new golf cart from Ryan I was informed by him that he comes in on Saturdays by appointments. After purchasing the most expensive cart on the show room floor his customer service went down the drain. He was slow to return text messages and emails. Prior to purchasing the cart he and I had an understanding that I would be shipping the cart to Florida 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase and he said that wouldnt be a problem. That was a lie. He acted as if taking 30/60 mins out of his Saturday to meet with the guy that was picking up the cart was asking too much. The transporter said he gave him a hard time on the phone making arrangements as well when he arrived on Saturday (Ryans by appointment day) to pick up the cart. The transporter said it took him less than 10 minutes to load the cart and that when Ryan arrived he was unprofessional and had an attitude. Overall I got a decent deal on my cart but Ryans customer service to customers after purchase is horrible. Never forget customer service is everything.
