Good place to shop. Clean. Well organized, friendly people. Only disadvantage is that most customers believe that coronavirus is gone and they take no precautions.It seems that most Short Pump residents are totally oblivious to any danger from coronavirus. Oh well.

Went in person shopping for curtains on clearance. Could not find them and sale clerk help me find the clearance area. She was so kind that she even helped me sign up for an additional discount using my cell phone. She truly elevated my customer experience to a new level!

Sorry guys, I never remember to take pics until its too late. I think World Market should change their name. Always drove by on my way to Best Buy, and since most of my grocery shopping is done at Aldis, Walmart & Kroger, I saw no need to stop by. Well, I was on my way home from Best Buy again, and decided to check out this store. Lo! and behold, it is a furniture store with really good, but expensive stuff. I even saw a good looking guy go in. Now you know where to find them lolThats one store everyone should visit. Gave 4 stars for their unimaginative name.

Its fun shopping here. Its like a treasure hunt. You find unique items here without going out of the country. The prices are goid to especially if you are a member. Great for gifts and cards and furniture etc.

Some very unique items. Good assortment of house decor furniture. Some alittle pricey. They also have a good selection of unique beers and worldy snacks to chose from. Worth a visit if youve never been there.

This place is wonderful and the staff is as well!

When they first opened up I could shop in there for days but I hadnt been in the store in quite a while because I dont live too close to it, but I decided 2 Go in while I was close by and it has changed a lot. Not as many things in there like it used to be. And actually I did not find what I was looking for and there was a time when they had everything.

I get excited whenever my family and I go here. The snacks and candy are very delicious and you just never know what to expect when going over to look. Would definetly recommend!

World Market is always a nice place to browse. They have great finds and a nice selection. For me personally I like to shop stores that are not as crowded. So this was a nice visit

Really cool place to spend some time browsing, but does tend to be on the overpriced side. Does have funny novelties and cool kitchen stuff if youre looking for gifts.

Lots of interesting finds for your home decor here, inside and outside! They also have a small selection of clothing.

The manager of this store was extremely unhelpful when my husband went in to return an item. She acted like he stole the item because he didnt have his receipt. We provided our Worldmarket Customer number, credit card used for the purchase and phone number we used for the purchase. We later went home and sifted through the garbage and found the receipt. I am disappointed of the management of this store. She looks down on her customers rather than trying help. We will never shop at this store again. I hate that I even have to give this store a one star rating.

This was a great shop full of international food stuffs, furniture, bath and bedding, like a tjmaxx but so much better and not overly cluttered. The cashier helped me get 15% my 1st purchase by telling me about the free rewards program. Ill definitely be back!

A friend of mine who is a woman of color asked an employee to honor a sale price. At this point she had a cart full of items to purchase. Let’s be clear all money is green and the customer is ALWAYS right! The very fact that your employee felt privileged enough to demean my friend, run her mouth as she walked off, mumbled she didn’t have time to repeat herself, as if my friend was less than human is totally acceptable. Is that the type of employee behavior your company promotes and/or allows? If so, then shame on you.Trust I will be sharing this across all my social media platforms and asking all my friends of color to not be patrons. Money talks and effects bottom lines

I love this shop, loads of international foods, beautiful natural furniture, teas, coffees, wines, drinks, love their kitchen accessories, plates and beautiful napkins. I can spend hours in there. It is a must at the holidays, German stollen and candies, plenty of British sweets as well as non alcoholic British drinks.Checking out is quick, (except if your me) too many things things in the basket, and I only went in for tea.

Always buy things I didnt know I needed. Love this store.

I love browsing here. You never know what you are going to find. They have something for every style and I’ve found a lot of gifts here. I should make it a point to go more often. I have a shower curtain from here that I love.

Its a really great store with so many eclectic items for home decor. They also have a small clothing section with very unique dresses and womens shirts. It is slightly expensive but the items are very high quality and worth it. There are also food items that you probably wouldnt find at your local grocery store. Its almost like a mix of pier 1 and anthropology.

The customer service is stellar here! Amanda was very helpful! We just moved to this area and are excited to see such a positive attitude in our new LOCAL world market!! Thank you!

I liked the products, but they were a little expensive for my taste.

They have gourmet snacks and juices from all over the world. The furniture and the accents are great too. Slightly on the expensive side but great place for home decorating ideas and someone newly decorating their home to explore options. Staff is great too. Very friendly and helpful

Was so excited to be back in World Market. Things were nicely spaced out for social distancing and I found the sofa I want to buy! Yay!

Lovely place it has a very unique commodity

Love this store, easy entrance and exit access. The store was clean, the staff was busy either helping customers or restocking/tidying the shelves. The cashier had a very pleasant attitude and got me out of the store and on my way.

I love it. One stop shopping for just about everything home centered. Was really intrigued by the foods selections, and the kitchen gadgets etc. Selections allowed me to create a semi gourmet meal in my hotel room, and they have wine! The woman who helped me fabulous, very helpful. She also let me know they have wine tastings on Saturdays from 1-4 pm. I may have to stick around for one of these as I found a tasty bottle of Zin that Ive never seen elsewhere.

On the positive, the store always has something new to appeal to shoppers. Global products, especially in the food and drink section, abound. The coffee and tea selection, both branded and store brand, is excellent.On the less-positive, everything is more expensive than going to ethnic markets or finding products online. The difference is not insignificant. The cost conscious shopper would be advised to shop around.

My biggest pet peeve is when a website says an item is in stock and proceeds to charge you for the item just to then cancel your order due to being out of stock...how about just don’t charge me until you are certain you have the item.

Far and away the best store for unique gifts, food items and home decor. I always find way more than I was looking for when I shop here. Ive never had a bad experience with the employees either, they are always friendly and helpful. The store can get a little crowded with items around the holidays but its usually pretty tidy with things well signed and clear prices.

This place is so cool. The stuff can be a little pricey but honestly for the quality of the products its worth a visit. Ill be Christmas shopping here for sure.

Oh this store is so fun!!! Like a treasure hunt of cultural trinkets, unique home pieces, beautiful bath items; reminds me of pier 1 meets anthropology but add international pantry foods and lower the cost.

One of my favorite stores!! They have such a variety of stuff you wont see in other stores! Plus they have a rather international food section...snacks & real food. If youre looking for something different to add some pizzazz, this is a great place to check out!!

Good service

Has one of the coolest international sections ever. You need weird sodas? They have weird sodas. You want British cookies, they have British cookies. Everything that I could want is bundled up in one perfect little section. Also great customer service and fast checkout.

Wife wanted me to sit in a couch to test for comfort. It was comfortable.

A very interesting business. They have a wide variety of eclectic products. If you are looking for something out of the normal or unique but not crazy or odd then this might be the place for you. A bit pricey for me.

Only place I can find Clearly Canadians. And the kids love the unique selection of candies.

They have good deals on things like salami, smoked salmon and other cured food stuffs. The wine and beer section is good.I once found an ancient Sumerian text here that turned out to be the necronomicon. After reading a few sentences, the sky turned black and scores of the undead burst forth from the linen aisle. I scrambled to find the right incantation to banish them while my wife beat back the horde with a bar stool.

Stopped here in December for the first time while in the area just for the day. I looooved the store for all of its great finds, but the customer service was pretty bad. I was browsing some lotions and an employee was stocking something a few feet away. She acted like I was in her way more than once, and did not even say excuse me when she had to walk in front of me at one point. I visited the bathroom while there.... YIKES. It needs a deep cleaning. Lastly, the cashier clearly did not want to be there. I wondered if this was a seasonal crew since it was December, but regardless, they need to do a little more service training with employees!

I love this store and I have been shopping here for years. You can find unique items, and international spices and staples, at a reasonable price. If you are a rewards member, they give you a $10 gift certificate, on your birthday. Check this store out soon!

Had an issue, daughter found a mirror $89. It was large so we carried it up and continued to shop.Well, they changed the price on it to well over $200 and didnt tell me . Had I not looked at the receipt I wouldnt have known. I asked her why and her response was, the mirror had the wrong ticket on it.

Going to a World Market is always a treat! I usually find at least one treasure I cant live without and today was no exception. This was my first time visiting the Richmond Virginia store. It is one of the bigger stores that I have been to, which is great...easier to move around. Right away I found some facial oil and yummy bubble bath for myself. I was tempted by some of the stationary and gifts for my pets but managed to restrain myself. What I had really came for was the food. My boyfriend is English. His mother is Austrian. World Market is a great place to pick up a few things that remind him of home and his Mum. HP Sauce, Heinz Beans, scones, Malteasers, Guiness, German cookies, English Christmas crackers (the kind with jokes and prizes inside)...things that are fascinating but foreign to me but make him feel a little bit at home. I also love their sample section. My Dad is a foodie. It is fun to fill his stocking with sample sized oils, pate, cheeses, olives, etc.....so much fun to try all of these things. Their wine and beer selection is amazing....you can make up your own six pack of beer and they have small bottles of some of their wines and champagnes....a great way to try new things. I usually buy food, bath products, small gifts, cards etc... from World Market but they also have furniture, rugs, art, home goods...definitely check them out!

This store has a huge selection of furniture, devote, snacks, and wine. It can be a little congested sometimes especially at the holidays and their stock seems to rotate pretty fast. Checking out can take a while if its busy. Usually they just have a couple registers open.

Lots of interesting stuff here, a great place to spend an afternoon with an unencumbered credit card (are there any of those left?), but the customer service and help available in the store is teh-rih-bul. Prepare for frustration if you want assistance here so gird yourself and just expect to explore the store freestyle. You will have a much better experience if you choose to keep your expectations low.
