Cool store but some employees are so unbelievably rude for no reason. I went up to ask an employee about the return policy and all I got was attitude and she was so incredibly mean. Honestly never received worse customer service

They changed their policy on returns and exchanges a few days before I purchased and no one told me as I bought anything. Upon returning the manager had the nerve to say well it’s on the receipt. No i should be told before I purchase so I can make the choice about whether to purchase here or not. I will never shop there again!!!! Horrible customer service, or lack of any service!

The amount of unmasked patrons was absolutely appalling; so much so that I left. This is why we’re never going to have normal life back. Glad I work for Trader Joe’s who isn’t a greedy corporation who limits customers and enforces masks. Get your acts together simps. How is management supposed to feel ok with this?!

This Halloween shop Trumps all the others. For one simple reason, the staff is way more personable then I would have expected. I have two small kids. They helped us with sizing and explained their return policy very clearly, just in case the kids grew out of the costume before halloween came around. Prices are about the same as online so why not buy in person? All in all I got a feel good vibe from this store and a positive experience too!

These are usually better. Almost like a haunted house. This one was very bright and no fog machines running at all.

One stop shop for all your Halloween needs. Be it your a anxious trick or treater or the spookiest halloween house on the block they have you covered. Parents! costumes here are on the pricer side however most costumes here are made to last so your little scary clown or bubbly fairy can play dressup months later. Before you shop look online for great deals and ask about sales. Have a Happy and safe Halloween.

Nice selection and kind staff. The best part is that the chain donates to VCU Childrens hospital. Over 4 million dollars so far!
