Poor customer service. I patiently waited while the store manager talked to another customer. While I was waiting two other women came in and the manager waited on them ahead of me. He noticed I was still waiting, now after about 20 minutes. He called for someone else to wait on me. They never showed, so I went to Best Buy and purchased my printer and computer!

Good customer service. Came here to buy a desk that was on sale. I called in advance and the sales representative was very curteous. He held the item for me as I needed a bit of a drive to get it.

Place was so empty. The service was good, easy to shop. I miss the loyalty discounts.

I frequently use the online print services and pick up at this location, and they always get it printed very quickly and it is always correct. This particular store has the friendliest and most helpful people that work there.

Called to see how much it would cost to print a number of designs I created. Everything was ready when I got there to pick it up. All workers were friendly, prompt and helpful.

Went here to get my shower invites printed and they did a wonderful job; and the prices were pretty good. They have a great selection of office supplies, from basic to decorative, and the prices arent terrible.

They helped me find what I was looking for and quickly got me on my way.

Good back to school sales. Look all over the store, not just the section they direct you to.

I had been with my friend, but ended up purchasing hand sanitizer. But later I found out it was expired, than i revisited to exchange and found the whole stock was expired. Disappointed.Later purchased diff brand sanitizer.

I went to officemax the closest to my house 6301 broad st. And there was no availability of printing or copies through the staff, I was told that maybe at 4pm. They invited me to use self-service, which I appreciate.But I went to Glen Allen and Mr. Malake, he was very friendly, cordial and provided me with excellent service.Thank you!
