I ordered an item that was listed as in stock for in-store pickup. When I went to pick it up, an employee asked if they could help me and then, in the middle of our exchange, simply walked to the other side of the store to start ringing up a different customer.I flagged down the store manager and received nothing but arrogance and condescension. Instead of being helpful, he seemed put out. His default answer to everything was to blame corporate and say there was nothing he could do.Things go wrong. Its understandable. But to start things off by acting arrogant and condescending does not help. While he could not be expected to make an item magically appear after it turned out not to be in stock after all, he could have offered to follow up with corporate on why things were being reported as available for in-store pickup that were not. Instead he responded to the suggestion that he do so with, Thank you for telling me how to run my business. He could have apologized for his employee walking off in the middle of helping me instead of telling me that he was the one that determines proper employee behavior, implying that I was in the wrong for thinking this was rude. In short, he could have tried to make the situation better. He chose to make it worse.
The pharmacy technician that I spoke to was extremely curt and rude when I came in to get an Epidural Pen for my wife who is diabetic and in distress following a recent eye injection a few hours before The tech insisted the Rx could not be filled without a recent prescription from her GP. Her opothamalic surgeon had told my wife that she needed to call the pharmacy and request a fax for an Epidural pen The tech refused to do that. I told the pharmacist how rudely I was treated, she apologized and said she would speak to the tech about the incident. May be why this Walgreens has such poor reviews!! See what others have said.I went 400 yds away and CVS filled my order with a call to GP 30 mins later. Walgreens have been my primary stores, but now I’m considering returning to CVS after several years with Walgreens.
Current morning manager is inexperienced and incompetent, avoid at all costs. Night one is great, very helpful and friendly. I know theres a shortage in labor, but I hope they do a better job at hiring and training people.
Absolutely terrible experience. I scheduled a COVID 19 test here, confirmed the test via email, drove 30 minutes out here, only to drive up to the window to find a sign stating that they are not doing testing, sorry for any inconvenience. When I tried to call the phone number to figure out what was going on, I got connected to some random Walgreens in Daytona Beach, and got no response from the pharmacy department either. Avoid this store at all costs, and do NOT schedule a test here. Absolutely disappointing and a waste of my time.

This pharmacy has a staff that cares and will try their hardest to get your Rx filled in a timely manner. The pharmacist that took care of me was so accommodating and helped me save over $550.00 on my Rx. This is now my favorite drug store.❤ I moved here from Virginia Beach and that Walgreens was just as great. Would never go anywhere else.
Worst and irresponsible Pharmacy staff. They said it will take 20 mins to fill prescription but when went to pick up they want to verify my insurance and asked me to wait for 10 mins still not able to verify. I took the prescription went to CVS got refilled my prescription in 10 mins.

Walgreens has been fantastic and very helpful to me. This is my closest local one. Pharmacists have treated me like someone to help in their medical care and not simply like a place to make a dollar. (Though theres nothing wrong with the them making money, after all they need to stay in business to help me ...and you.)
This place is a joke. If your doctor send them a prescription, it takes them 30 min to get it, not to fill it up, just to get it!
Don’t appreciate snarky / humiliating personal comments from the person manning the photo dept. given the time of the day there wasn’t even a queue of customers that he needed to rush to. I’d give negative rating if google would allow it!Switching to CVS across the street
