I got a pumpkin cream cold brew grande. Which I have bought from this location several times. But this time they didn’t put the usual amount of cream. And I told the guy that handed me my $5 drink that and he said it must of mixed into the coffee… and turned and walked away… 1st for me! I thought that was rude for one.. and when I spend $5 on a black coffee and cream drink I do have expectations.. the picture below the cream got on the lid but it is not filled to the lid. It’s just the very top of the drink. This was on 10/30/21 at 10:46 am.
Yummy! One of my favorite Starbucks, if only I lived in town - I’d be a regular! Great customer service and always delicious drinks.
LONG EMOTIONAL AND HEARTFELT REVIEW: I went there this evening and it was the best decision ever. I always go every once in a while. I’m a high school senior/ college athlete along with me working a part time job. This week and this particular day has been rough. Their service was so great. I stayed to catch up on some work and I gave them a a half-ripped sticky note about how good they were doing and this is what I needed because of me being down. As one associate came to my table and offered me a free snack and drink, I hear the other associates in the background saying “this is so sweet” “this is the nicest thing someone has said to us, we should hang it up” it really brought happy tears to my eyes. This evening was exactly what I needed. I commend them for all their hard work

Never a bad experience. Sometimes drive thru line is slow, but hey, *shrug*. Staff generally friendly, orders are correct most of the time. Ordering ahead usually works out very well.

First time at this location since it moved here from its previous location. The first thing that I noticed is how this store looks modernized like locations in New York and surrounding states.The staff are no longer friendly as they were at the previous location. Theres quite a new faces as well. While it was easy in and easy out, the staff were very impersonal. I, like those in front of me, was not greeted by a simple Good Morning. How are you today? Really Starbucks?!?!?! Everyone working were quite robotic in their actions and no one saying anything to any customer nor themselves. The brunette young lady with the ponytail and eyeglasses appeared to be the shift. She spoke quite sternly to her partner, Richard, whos old enough to be her grandfather. Even if this wasnt the case, each and every person there should be respectful of each other and the customers.Theres lots of seating and a long table with space for you to work or meet with others.This Starbucks has a new location and a new attitude--the new attitude could use some improvements. This isnt my go to Starbucks as I dont live or work on this side of town, but with a nearby meeting, I decided to give them a try today. Hopefully, management is reading this, so this will be addressed so that others can have a friendly, positive experience.
I came back 2 months later for another try..cold coffee and 25 minute wait for the mobile order.. its a shame as the location is great.Im a fan of decaf coffee and when its barely warm its disappointing. I know that not as much is sold as regular coffee so it might be that it has to be thrown out and refreshed every now and then. Had to take it home and microwave it which is sad for a cup of coffee that cost more than $3.

Worst experience, stoped by to get coffee and they don’t have any suger in the store, they didn’t give me the creamer. Why are you making coffee’s if you don’t have all the supplies. So annoying I just wanted to enjoy my morning coffee.
The employees here are miserable and really have a way of trying to throw attitude at anyone who strays from the script. In standing in line for 3 minutes I heard 3 different customers snapped at to take a step back. Just zombies wandering around the store. No good mornings, no hello, just tell me your order and get out. I go to Starbucks for convienence but the wawa up the street has better coffee and friendlier employees.Also their hours are listed incorrectly. So dont trust that either. They post a piece of paper on the door with new hours but the app and google do not reflect their piece of paper.
I thought it would take forever to even get to the ordering speaker when I saw the line of at least 10+ cars. Nope, it only took about a minute per car and I had my order taken, paid for my order, and received my drink. Whoevers working this morning around 8ish AM, good job guys- yall are GREATLY appreciated
I get coffee here every morning before work, my only complaint is an employee named richard who I’ve see multiple times talk to customers in a rude way and today he talked to me rude. When i look at the mobile orders to see if it is mine, he says in a rude tone “mam that’s not yours that’s his” I’ve also seen him tell someone to “back up” His other coworkers even told him that he can’t talk to people like that

Usually love this location.. however this morning when they were supposed to be opening the girls at the drive-thru were giggling and messing around he ended up waiting 15 minutes they never took his order so he left. We wont ever go back there very unprofessional stuff
If the barista had paid attention to the order size of my request, I would have gotten the grande I wanted and not the tall. Pay attention.
The new summer drinks with the fruit are disgusting. I have no idea what they are made from but its not fruit. If it is its about an eye dropper full. The consistency of the fruit is bizarre and the taste is awful.
Richards customer service was amazing! They were out of alot of menu items though but Richard walked us through a difficult ordering process with a limited selection.
My favorite location. Very euro and open and always good service although some of the new employees need a break as they are still learning the ropes so be patient.
So I walk in 😷 up as I do daily when ever I can get to Starbucks, I always get greentea for my health. . I stood in a small line, well I became fatigued do to my MS so I sat down on a bar seat. The lady possibly the manager ask me to not sit there. I walked up and explained my situation. She was amazing, she said I could sit. I was happy when I left. Good job Starbucks.
Close to home and prefer to go to this location. Typically has a long line in drive through. Workers are always nice and accurate. Coffee is always the same, which is a major pro.THEY DO NOT GET BAD WHEN MY LOUD KIDS YELL WHILE I ORDER.

Got several gift cards and used them for the breakfast wrap. Southwest was filled with tasty egg, meat and I think it was potatoes. It was good, Ill try it again.
I love the staff at drive through. Theyre very polite. And I dont drink coffee but I like other drinks and non meat sandwich 😋 options.

The drinks are good and the staff is nice, but once in a while there arent enough employees so only the drive-through is open. They only put up a tiny sign on the door saying that, and its really inconvenient that you cant tell until you walk up to the door. They should also mark the location as drive-through only in the app when this happens.
Ordered through mobile app. When I walked in there was probably 6 to 7 people behind bar. Not one spoke to me or asked if I had a Moble. As people came in and ordered them received their orders they spoke to the regular customers. I had to ask for my drink even then they didn’t speak just handed me my drink. I spend about 30 dollars a day with this company and this was worst customer service ever. It is also the first time I felt I needed to rev a store for bad service.
My experiences have been around the 3-6pm timeframe. Once in a weekend and once on a weekday. I can’t really drink a lot of caffeine, so when I do, I always get a sweet drink. Lately I have been working from home and I got the caramel macchiato cold foam drink until they discontinued the egg product. So I am trying the oat milk brown sugar espresso and was told by someone to add vanilla sweet cream cold foam. I’ve read enough Reddit’s that I know some baristas probably despise me, and I hate sounding extra. But both times I have gone, they’ve been super nice and helped me when brown sugar was out. They have also been the best at making this drink because some baristas make it different. The cold foam is sweet and thick every time. And they don’t shake it up like a latte. Very happy to have them. Next time I will go inside to get their names, but for now, thank you!. Be sure to tip!
Horrible customer service- I went inside asked for a coffee with cream- 7 people working no one would answer me. I work in food so I get they were busy but not one person was helpful or kind. Starbucks is coffee first- have COFFEE prepared.

Baristas need to learn how to make a Frappuccino. You get them and they are either too bitter no taste or too sweet. No other Starbucks that I go to has this problem and I frequent Starbucks often.
Quick coffee on way to work
Decent coffee, still insanely expensive. (I only go to Starbucks when I get a gift card.) Had a Caramel Latte (hot). It was pretty good, it always is This location is convenient to I-95. This appears to be a newer or remodeled store, the interior is...well lets just say that it looks meticulously styled. of course its over head like this that keeps Starbucks so expensive. Seating area includes multiple 2/4 tops, comfy chairs, couches, a 12-top bar table and a few outside tables.The two things I remember most from this visit were:1. Two sous vide eggs for $4.75? Yes they looked good, but $4.75 is ludicrous.2. No soap in one bathroom, no paper towels in the other. Gross. This was not peak hours, they were not busy, and I counted at least 5 employees on duty. Inexcusable at the prices Starbucks charges.
Y’all need to update your hours . google says y’all close at 9:30 and y’all tell me you close at 9 .

Awful behavior. Rude and unwelcoming. Just because ONE Starbucks employee in ONE place was rude to a customer and got some money does not mean you all need to look for reasons to do it. I had 100% proper PPE as I know this virus is deadly. A nasty little girl behind the counter couldn’t hear me so from OVER 6 ft away I pulled my mask out (not down) so she could hear me say my name and she POUNCED on the opportunity to be a jerk. Uncool Starbucks.

This store has a very modernized interior and never overcrowded Starbucks location. Its convenient to a hotel, other popular shopping stores, and I-295. Staff is always friendly here.

Feb 2017: This store moved to its new location (from the old location near Papa Johns Pizza and GameStop) to this new location on the other end of the new strip mall with Five Guys.It is still a smaller location, but it does now have a drive thru window. Nice folks.Regardless of the style espresso drink I order from Starbucks it just seems a bit too bitter to me. Love the taste of their chai as long as I actually get a full cup, so thats about all I order there these days.Convenient. Pricey. Nice drive thru service here.

I love going to Starbucks because I can order ahead. Especially when Im headed to work. All I have to do is pull in the drive-thru to pick my order up or I can go on the inside. And then off I go. Everything is already there waiting for me. They have tasty treats and sandwiches Bagels, assorted drinks and coffees. I love it!

I frequent this location and today it mustve been a new barista. My Mocha Cookie Crumble Frapp was made incorrectly. All other times, it was made right. On other occasions I would get another type of beverage and I have no issues. So this one time out of the many is ok I guess. As far as the picture, if you get this drink alot then you know whats wrong with it. Annnnd this was when I pulled up to work and noticed.

Comfortable place to meet up with someone. Open but no sense of being exposed. Coffee predictably good.
Ordered a sandwich and a Cinnamon roll which both needed to be warmed.. half way through our beverages, I returned to the counter to ask about our food to find they forgot to pull the order... Whatever that meant, meant we finished our beverages before we got our food. I feel like they should have given some compensation back to my App, but we did end up getting our food, just that everyone else had finished and had to wait for us to eat... Akward.

The baristas here are sure to make you partof the family! They know you by name and better yet they remember your order. The drive thru here does not usually run behind. The space is well lit and welcoming. Only issue is the people that use this as a work space. They can get in the way sometimes but that is not the employees fault
I love this Starbucks location! It’s one of their most recent locations. The store is really well kept and the staff are extremely friendly when you’re ordering your favorite Starbucks drink.
I’ve been to this Starbucks location a couple times now and I think it’s a very relaxing environment. They have their own fair share of comfy lounge chairs and regular tables, barstools too. It’s pretty spacious inside, but the takeout microphone box is literally three steps away from the entrance/exit, you may want to plug your ears upon departure, the staff is friendly and courteous. They always offer friendly greetings, even if they’re not behind the counter. There’s no code needed for the restrooms, they also provide various books for your pleasure of reading at the front of the building.

I would have given 5 stars and this is my favorite location to go but lately they have been sold out of the Caramel Cloud Macchiatos. Ive had to go to the other location to get my favorite drink! I assume this is a seasonal item and they cant get anymore which is unfortunate.
This was my 1st time visiting this location. Staff was friendly and efficient. I went for one reason only and that was to get the lemon pound cake. Its delicious!

Fasted Drive thru in the Richmond Area with very little mistakes
Let me start by saying I am I’m not a negative review type of person. If I find service to be extraordinary, I may submit a review, but my remedy for bad service is usually to avoid the establishment any further. For this, though, I pulled my car over to write. I have been going to the Starbucks at VCC ever since I purchased a house out here a little over a year ago. I’ve learned from previous visits to order food here but never drinks. I’ve had my drinks made incorrectly (or not filled) on several occasions and upon asking for a remake, I was told that the drink was made according to the recipe card. I shouldn’t have to argue the fact that I buy the same drink (from various other Starbucks) everyday and know what it should taste like. So now when I need coffee, I visit a different Starbucks, a little further away. Against my better judgment this morning, I visited the Starbucks at VCC, with the intention of picking up an oatmeal before heading to the gym. I asked for it the same way I always do: classic oatmeal, two brown sugars, two fruit, nut, and seed medleys. I also learned from previous experience to ask that the water be filled to the line inside the cup (which I believe is 6oz). I have gotten oatmeal before with too little water and could not eat it because it was too dry and too thick; I have also gotten it with too much water and couldn’t eat it because it was soupy and bland. For the $3.55 I am paying for one serving of oatmeal, I would rather specify this request (that they should be following anyway) to avoid having to waste and reorder. When I got my oatmeal this morning, the water was filled almost to the top of the cup, which is unacceptable to begin with, but even more unacceptable since I specifically requested accuracy with my order. I circled back around the drive-thru and was cut off as I explained my return. When I arrived to the window, the cashier gave me a repeated “come here” hand gesture to prompt me to return the oatmeal. I paused for her undivided attention and told her that was she was being very rude. I handed back the oatmeal and she immediately opened it to check the water level (as if I was lying). I felt that, too, was inappropriate but did not make mention of it. She never apologized, barely said anything to me, and I could tell by her facial expression that she had become angry. I asked for a courtesy card for my inconvenience. She then signaled for the manager. As soon as I saw the manager, I was reminded of the reason I stopped ordering coffee from this Starbucks in the first place, as this manager was the one who had argued with me on two previous occasions about the fullness of my drink as well as the quality (or taste). She did not greet me nor apologize and was immediately flustered upon seeing me. I asked for a courtesy card and she snatched it from the bin where the cards were kept, handed it to me, and very condescendingly, shouted at me “You have a G-REAT day”. She slammed the drive thru window — and I mean HARD— in a manner that I had never witnessed before. I was actually shocked and upset by this, but I just drove off. As a daily customer of Starbucks, I would think one would be treated with dignity and respect. The attitude that some of the employees at this Starbucks possess seems to be the norm. I have a staff of my own and would never allow them to treat people this way. I will not be returning to this store.
