Poor selection

I have gone here several times and have not been helped. Whenever I walk in theres no form of contact. No hi how are you, not any can I help you find anything today? I would be okay even if one if these so called employees even said hi or sup. My most memorable experience happened this past January. I walked in and went straight to the cashier desk and spoke with the employee one on one. I was looking for a particular pair of shoes and they were on the footlocker website. So he went in the back to check for me and guess what? He never returned. I waited 20 minutes and I even shouted a few hellos, are you there? I think he quit right then and there. I have no clue what happened. I havent gone back since.

I walked in to exchange a pair of shoes brought the day before and to pick up a pair I had on hold. The manager was so rude and had an attitude I just exchanged my shoes and left.
