Please better train/retrain employees especially on how to make drinks!! It’s such a hassle to have to travel further because for some reason they can never get it right here. Don’t waste money getting any frozen drinks made behind the counter! I can’t speak too much for food because the one time I got a hoagie it was terrible and they did not add everything I put on the order and I never got food again here. But I’ve came multiple times for a frozen coffee and it’s ridiculously awful each time with NO flavor.

Gas pumps don’t work and no air for the tire machine. Trash

I’m very grateful to Joseph, who works at store #667 for coming to my rescue early this morning. It was dark, it was so cold, and there was a thick blanket of snow and ice. Only one other car in the lot. It looked like my car was going to be stuck, I was scared, and then I saw Joseph coming out to help me, to push my car if needed. I’m a senior citizen, and this young man has my sincere gratitude and respect. I was so nervous, that when I finally was able to drive away, I realized I had forgotten to thank him. Please do that for me.You have excellent training, I’m in your store at least once a day, and your entire staff could not be more gracious and helpful to me. Love Wawa! Wawas consistently have the best coffee bars of any gas station chain and this is no exception. There’s a beer cave, free WiFi, it’s clean (including the restroom when I visited), and the made to order food is good for breakfast (love the biscuits!) and lunch/dinner (hoagies or flatbreads are my go to).

Wawa’s keeping people’s change saying that they are short on change. When the draw open the change tray was full to the top, all four trays.

Most tellers seem unfriendly when I comment Hi! And Have a good day! They just act as if they didnt hear me every time or there being prejudice to me or ignore me.,..not friendly cash register employees..not all but some.

This was a good Wawa location. if you have not been to a Wawa before, it is an upscale gas station that makes sandwiches, and has good snacks, including healthy choices. This and Sheets are the only gas stations I want to go to while traveling.

Its OK, always extremely busy, hard to find parking, and you have to request cups from the cashier and pay for drinks first due to people walking out without paying...

They seemed a little short on staff but over all the line moved quick. Got my sandwhich in a timely fashion and my order was accurate and delicious! Looks like a standard Wawa but they are getting ready to renovate end of March 2017/ ealry April 2017.

Not a good place to try & get a soda and a cup of ice 3:00am. Sodas hot, and ice machine down. Customer service SUCKS!!!! Best location to get a bite to eat.Staples Mill. If theyre not on point, just scoot in down a block to Jersey&Mike. Cost a little more but well worth it.

There is a brown skin female cashier, that’s tall, wears glasses and is on the heavy side. I came in to get coffee, and when she rung me out she had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE attitude. She needs to be tending to coffee and not in front dealing with customers if her attitude is going to be THAT bad. She thought it was ok to be rude to me, like I don’t come in there ALL THE TIME. after I told her I was going to do a survey she got all bold. Try again sweetie. She needs to be talked to by her manager. I have also done surveys on the MyWawaVisit site so that corporate can see!

Not sure exactly what happened here. Come in most morning for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. For some reason this morning I received a tossed bagel soaked in butter, literally soaked. Fast service and nice employees, but not exactly worth the trip to go back 20 minutes for them to fix a 2 dollar order.

Extraordinarly rude and incompetent staff - insulted me and other customers and told us to respect them or leave the store??!!! William Mead put pre paid gas no the wrong pumps for me and other customers. I asked for a reciept and wasnt given one. The pump didnt give one either. When i came back in him and another employee were rude as all get out to me and other customers.

Nothing like the wawas in pa but these are still good. and their bathrooms are clean which are important

Terrible customer service. The cashiers have absolutely no social etiquette. I just moved down the street and the exxon across the street and the food mart on Mountain are both run by awesome Hindi families that are much better at customer care.

It is a good place and I stop everyday at 0545 but it is not unusual to have one person working the register with a long line. I have seen the manager sitting in the office and not paying attention.I have also been there several times when all of the Regular/Columbia Coffee has been out . To me at that time of morning with people moving for work they should be prepared.

Very impressed with the upgrades done inside. I can tell a lot of thought was put into that. This is a very busy Wawa so the upgrades are welcomed.

Theres a lot of available gas pumps. Even though its busy at 9pm on a Friday theres no wait time for getting gas. The sandwiches are delicious and the staff are professional and polite.

Not giving five stars because the bathroom was not well maintained. That is not usual for Wawa. I really like these stores overall. The staff was not so friendly but not unfriendly. Maybe they didnt want to be working Saturday night. $1 coffee any size...well worth stopping.

Very clean location. Speedy service. The womens restroom was almost out of toilet paper, and when I told the cashiers, someone went to restock immediately.

The food is pretty good but the cashiers (not all) but most are rude as hell!!!! Instead of trying to fix or listen to your complaint, they brush you off in a nasty way. They lost me as a customer for good. And need more training on how to provide great customer service!!!!Smh

I stopped here during my travels, after failing to find a Starbucks several times. I only used the restroom, and bought a cold brew coffee. They had advertised a variety of flavors for their cold brew, but unfortunately only had one flavor of cold brew other than coffee flavor. I should not expect them to be a Starbucks, but it would have been nice if they had lived up to their advertisements.

Crowded but thats due to the area it is in but the flow is quick. Air pump isnt well placed or easy to find. Can be cleaner but its clean for the traffic flow that is constant.

I come here regularly and have NEVER had a bad experience until tonight. I came in a little earlier amd asked the girl that me and my husband see regularly (her name is chasey) if she remembered us and told her what my husband buys and she said NO she did not remember us so i said ok i left the store and my husband goes in about 15 min later ( to get what i told CHASEY he usually buys) she proceeds to tell him that i came in and told her that my husband looks like a dog and some more. Umm what? Needless to say wjen i heard this i called the store chasey was gone and noone could help and weathwr chasey knew or not me and my husband come in regularly and deal with her and up until tonightTheres never been an issue i will not be back there and neither will my husband that was very unprofessional and i truly dont understand what happened but as of now the courts will handle it considering a random employee decided to cause problems within my marriage

I just left Wawa here on Brook Road and the young lady who is the cashier was absolutely just a sweetheart Pleasant and made me feel welcome she did her job perfectly I wish I caught her name.

Pretty overprised but food is delicious, sometimes takes couple minutes to get your food but it aint bad

Love love love wawa!! One night I got off work late and stopped by wawa to get gas and cigarettes... I had never before had a sandwich from wawa, and I wound up ordering a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Oh. My. God. It was the best sandwich I have ever tried!!! I go to wawa very frequently... And I usually get their hot and ready pepperoni melt... Mmmmm. I just wish they served them 24 hours a day instead of just during the day.

Quite possibly the worst WaWa on the planet. I went there today on my lunch break to get coffee and a pretzel. Filled my cup up with coffee, then realized that once again the Mocha Wakeup is closed. So I figure I just go with pumpkin spice; moved on to the creamer section and theyre out of Hazelnut. They seem to always be out of something. The parking lot is very inadequate, but is especially heinous while theyre doing construction.

Its a Wawa like anywhere but they have a good beer selection the food isnt bad and the place is clean.

Everything about Wawa is fantastic, especially the prepared food options & hot beverages. Plus Ive never seen a dirty restroom.

Just got a hoagie from here on my lunch break i asked for the whole sandwich to be toasted with cheddar cheese onions spinach and sweet peppers. There was no cheese and my hoagie was cold as hell. I dont have time to go back and have them fix it on a 30 min break. Being that it wasnt packed i dont see how anyone could mess that up Thank you ASHLEE for ruining my lunch i will not be going back to this one its been too many mistakes back to back.Signed- still HANGRY (hungry & angry)

The food is decent but over the past week their coffee machines have been down like 75% of the time.

Had a sign on interstate, yet when you exit, its 1.2 MILES off the exit, then you have to turn, which isnt marked! The interstate sign needs to be removed!
