Our Salesman, Kriss was superb. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient there was other customers there that he was tending to but we never felt left alone or unattended. He asked us questions to help guide us and listened. From that information, He took his time and showed us a variety of options on and off our bed match selections. And when there was a model that we wanted to try but was not on the floor he found another store that we could try it out first before making the purchase. He did not try and convince us to buy something right then. Instead, he said try it out and come back and let me know which one you want to order. And that it exactly what we did. He made our whole experience wonderful and pressure free. I am totally comfortable with my purchase and know exactly why I chose that model out of all the rest. I will recommend him to others who are looking for a mattress.

Jackie was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went to three stores, asked for the firmest and next down firmest. The two other stores just pointed to one and one, whereas Jackie pointed out several of each which also showed that had a much bigger selection. The other stores deliveries were two weeks out with Jackie were getting at the next day. Jackie has solidified mattress Warehouse as the place to get a mattress.

I decided to go into Mattress Warehouse after my sister recommended them. I have to admit that I was hesitant, but after purchasing a Beauty Rest mattress from Sears a couple years ago that has done nothing for my lower back; Im excited for this new mattress. I feel like I learned something from the experience of taking that mattress test. I also feel like I was taken care of and if I need anything going forward Im sure theyll have my back. Im very much looking forward to receiving my mattress in a couple days!!

Purchased a mattress for a twin bed and it arrived 9 days later. When it arrived it was to long for my Wayfair bed. I called the store and Mike made my day by getting me the right size mattress for my grandsons twin bed. It was delivered within 3 business days. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond to fix the problem. Mike also gave me some helpful advice for future deliveries. So happy we purchased from Mattress Warehouse in Glen Allen. On November 18, 2019 my wife and I visited the Glen Allen, Virginia store #0127. While there we looked at several different mattresses. We worked with Laurie Hoffman, Mrs Hoffman was very nice and knowledgeable about the mattresses and pointed us in the right direction. My wife and I chose the Serta X5 that had a sale price of 2199.99 with a free adjustable base. After talking with Mrs Hoffman she offered to see if she could do better on the price due to my military service. Mrs Hoffman made a phone call, came back and told my wife and I she could give us the same deal of mattress with the free adjustable base for 1799.99. We agreed to the price and details, as well as purchased a mattress cover.The next day our new mattress and base came, my wife called me and told me they sent a regular box base instead of the adjustable base we were promised.I stopped by the store and spoke with Mrs Hoffman, She was the most unprofessional person I have ever delt with. Mrs Hoffman started out saying that my wife said she didnt want the free adjustable base which she didnt say. Mrs Hoffman then went on to say that she made it clear that we would only be getting the mattress as well as the standard base. When I told her that my wife never said she didnt want it,and that at no time did Mrs Hoffman ever tell us that we were only getting a standard base she started getting very loud with me, pointing he fingers at me and eventually started yelling at me. I am glad no one else was in the store otherwise her unprofessional behavior would have turned an uncomfortable situation into a very embarrassing one. I told her I wanted her managers number and she made a phone call, every time I would try and speak she would cover the receiver of the phone with her hand so I could not be heard. She wouldnt let me speak with anyone nor would she give me a number to contact. All she would tell me is that on my receipt it clearly says what we would be receiving which it does not, it gives a only a part number like I am suppose to know what part numbers go with what.That night when I got home I sent an email detailing all of this to Mattress warehouses main offices customer service, I received no reply so after a few days I gave their customer service a call and was told they were sorry about my experience and told me I needed to speak with the district manager. I have left messages on his voice mail but as of this I have not heard anything back.All my wife and I are asking for is what we were told we would be getting in the first place. It is very clear to us that when dealing with Mattress Warehouse you are only important prior to the sale or when the sale is being made, after they have your money you are out of luck getting a simple issue resolved.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. They lied about taking the old mattress away and were no help when we called the store. They only said they could refund us $15!! They left the old mattress on our front porch to deal with. I have 4 bulging disks in my neck and am not supposed to lift heavy things and my mother (who the new mattress was for) also has a bad back and should not be lifting. If they had told us up front that they would not take a mattress with any sort of stains we would not have bought one from them. What old mattress doesnt have some stain somewhere? Sales associate never said a thing about them not taking away old mattresses with stains. Thanks, NEVER buying anything from you ever again. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away.
