Super experienced, polite, and professional staff. They know their product inside and out, literally. They have patience and are NOT pushy at all. They want you to have all the information needed to make a decision. I highly recommend if you are shopping for a mattress.

Really small showroom, not much to test out that wasnt latex-based. The associate in the store while we were there was also not much help and was in the back talking to what I assume to be her friend visiting her at work. We spent 15 minutes here tops and ended up going across the street to Mattress Warehouse where the man was extra helpful.

Mattresses did not have the same softness as what we felt in the store. Shared this with salesman, and he said a technician would come out to investigate. It’s been almost 2 weeks, and haven’t heard a word...Also, had a really hard time convincing salesman to even schedule the inspection. Kept saying that it has to be the same product as in the store, but my wife and two kids could easily tell the in store mattress was much softer and more comfortable

I finally got a good mattress but ended up paying a lot more than I was given the impression I would because I had to return the first one because it was way too soft. I tried it for three months before breaking down and going back. I dont think I would use them again quite frankly because there are better return policies on other mattresses that get higher or at least the same reviews from consumer reports and other reporting agencies. The service was very good.

Salesman made it very difficult to buy a mattress. He kept reiterating that he couldn’t do this or that because it might get him “in trouble “. Delivery guys, however, were great. So far the mattress has been fine.

I have not yet actually purchased a mattress from this location but will be doing so in the near future. I ALWAYS buy my mattresses at the Original Mattress Factory. I started when living in the Cleveland, Ohio area and have never had a bad experience with them. One time I decided I did not like the top of my mattress so they took it back to the factory and re-did it for me.The only reason I am getting a new mattress right now is because I am getting a queen size and moving other mattress to guestroom.
