I enjoy going to this Shop Rite compared to others. This one is bright inside, produce looks fresh and presented well. Their new meat section is an awesome addition to the section. I can get different types of ethnic meats and spices not found in the others. Their prices and sales make shopping easy on the pocketbook. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A rare commodity these days.

Great Bakery here.Flower shop has some nice products too!Better selection of food than most of competition.Been missing alot of normally stocked products like gatorade??I recommend that you go shopping here during Non-Peak hours or else nothing is even available for parking.Avoid the rushes of people and have a chill shopping experience.The online shopping is a work in progress.Its a slow and frustrating process.ShopRite you need to improve online shopping ASAP!

Best shopping experience Ive ever had. So many diverse food choices. Yes I bought sooo much food and thrilled I overstocked my refrigerators. So much fresh fruit, vegetables and not to mention great vegan options also vegetarian options. You have a new loyal customer ‼

We used the Floral department for my nieces wedding. Danielle was extremely helpful and competent Centerpieces and bouquets were beautiful and held up all day. Highly recommend this department!

Large selection and well organized! Self checkout did not have the tap ability for cards yet, so this place deserves some updates. Otherwise great, and employees were helpful.

Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech we interacted with were *incredibly* rude and unhelpful. We repeatedly heard them make disparaging comments about us because we were picking up an ADHD prescription, and because we had our insurance information digitally. They also claimed to not accept GoodRX which is a bold faced lie; I called GoodRX to ask directly. I really expected better.

Everything was moved. Took a real effort to find items. Even the employees said the didnt know where things were.

Good store that usually has a lot of what is on sale in the circular in stock unlike some of the other shoprites. Good deals and the coupons in the circular and online can has saved me alot of money over the years. Usually not too packed even when Rowan is in session. Nice employees for the most part too. Great store overall.

I dont love this shoprite. I was in there a few weeks back and there was a mom and her 2 five year olds with no mask and runny nose s. They were in there for 30 mins and no staffers or security guards stopped them. I also dont like the fish selection.That said, I live the staff and the place is clean

All ShopRites are good, but for those that are supported by the Zallies food products are the best.

The reason I give them 1 start because theyre very bad with registered check out. About 15 or 20 registered but only 1 open.

I know the face mask wearing has been lifted but in a store that busy and crowded mask wearing should still be mandatory for a bit longer.

Well stocked especially mid morning, but I usually dont get there till evening. Kind staff. It does take a while to get through the store though.

I use to think this was thee best place to shop as of yesterday I was wrong customer service desk worker was very nasty to me then threating to call the cops when I asked him if he could add my mothers coupons on her price plus card as well & he said no I said they usually do no problem because my mother had started shopping & he said no he couldnt so I said ok you got that & he said keep talking Ill call the cops I said wow & walked off. I couldnt understand the hostility or maybe it was because I was covered in Islamic attire either way I just go to Walmart moving 4ward.

Poor customer service. I ordered dry catfood and treats. The kind i put in were not in stock, but Im sure they had others there. All they said on text message was out of stock couldnt even ask me to substitute something else???? They said thuggery dont call customers. I will do my online shopping in vineland better customer service they call you and text you.

Only ShopRite nearby. ALWAYS packed, never enough lines open for checkout. They dont seem to police the less items lines or rude customers as much as I would like to see. Food made in house is more expensive than most of the other food in the entire store which does not make any sense to me.

Store was very clean and mindful of safety. Much larger inside than I had expected. Other stores in the area make this a location that I will definitely return to.

I just experienced a very rude manager at the shoprite in glassboro right before the store closed. I am not sure of the woman’s name who was the manager, but she was white, age 50s-60s grey long Straight hair With glasses and skinny. She was very rude to me when I was checking out, saying I could not check out the rice I was purchasing and having an employee take out the rice I was in the process of checking out without my permission or consent. I told asked her why and she could not answer. I have never had an issue checking out the rice before in my prior visits. I felt uncomfortable, threatened, offended, and discriminated against during this encounter. This was tuesday 12/1/2020 at around 10:50-11:00 pm EST. The other employees said I should have no problems checking out my rice before hand as well, which is not what the mean manager said. I will never shop at shoprite again in my life and tell all to not visit this store. This woman should be fired for her inappropriate conduct! I demand an apology!

I deducted a star because sometimes they should have more cashiers at peak times. I hate self checkout but it seems like thats what they want you to do. Selection is always good.

I went to Glassboro ShopRite today. Being nervous about even going to the food store. I was so amazed at what an AMAZING job the employees and staff were doing. Amount of customers being counted..carts being cleaned..trashcans for gloves..sanitizer for shoppers..one way and 6 feet markings. Great job by owners...management ...workers..honestly so impressed and eased my mind knowing they were doing all this. Thanks so much!!!!

It seems that every time I visit this particular location there are trolleys and carts of merchandise clogging the aisles restricting passage and violating social distancing protocols.Staff could be more kind and patient, its not as though anyone is busy stocking or anything.Comparatively speaking, the prices are higher than expected necessitating a switch to Walmart for some items.This particular location is .5 miles from my home but I have decided to travel to Walmart for economic and customer service reasons.

Ive been a Shop Rite customer for 40+ years. Moved from Flemington to Washington Twp in 1992. I was so happy when I located my first Shop Rite down here. It was Laurel Springs. Since then you guys are everywhere.I prefer the Glassboro store. No problems or issues.

This story was in pandemonium when I stopped there this past week. But I had some questions so I asked customer service representative J and She helped me, again. This girl has a good head on her shoulders, calm, helpful, and an exceptional employee in my opinion.

Like shopping there because they have everything I need. Lots of variety and options,prices are great and reasonable.They often have great deals or some kind of sale. Also on Mondays they offer a 5% veterans discount which we love and saves us a good bunch of money. I just wish it would be less crowded, thats the only thing that bothers/annoys me.No matter what day of the week or what time you go its crowded and busy.

Its a decent store. Not the nicest shoprite Ive been to and not the absolute best selection of certain items but overall its an ok grocery store.

How can you put a limit on an assorment of things? I tried getting two cut leaf spinach, two rutabagas and two Brussels sprouts. Couldnt, because theyre are saying they are all the same. Four items only. I could see if I bought 20 bags of spinach. Im on a plant based diet, These are the only things I can eat. I got two bags of completely different things! Told the cashier they are different. Been shopping here for over 30 years. NEVER AGAIN. Cant wait for the new supermarket to open up where Kmart was, hopefully they will severely hurt your business!

Online ordering terrible. All parking spots filled with in store shoppers- waited over 30 minutes- never order online from here again. Why reserve a time slot if when you get there you need to wait 40 minutes to see an employee! Could have shopped and paid by the time I was given my order ! Honestly they shouldn’t offer online shopping because they’re not equipped for the job!

Best Shoprite Ive ever shopped at. Store is packed with food, displays are clear and sales are posted with available coupons occasionally. Always plenty of cashiers that are accommodating and friendly. Store is being stocked around the clock with staff that are available with any questions you may have. Love their baked goods. One time I was short a dollar, and the cashier paid for my order (I paid her back). It is a nice feeling to know you will be treated like family.

I love Glassboro ShopRite. Since this is a large store, they always have whats on sale. Waiting to check out is always fast and easy. They always have enough cashiers. Store is always clean. I went late at night. Was left there at 11:30pm so they had all the stockers for the night shift out to refill the shelves. So a little of an obstacle course, but I blame myself for the late shopping trip. The store is always clean and I have never experienced any unfriendly workers. Great customer service 👍
