After reading reviews, I felt fairly comfortable coming there all the way from Southern Maryland. As expected, the staff was very kind, considerate, and respectful. I appreciate that. Having said that, my salesman, John Sasseli, was either not very knowledgeable on the car I was looking to buy or was being very patronizing. I already knew the specs of the car, but I also expected him to know without looking. A cursory search wouldve told him all he needed to know.One thing I wouldve liked to see is a test drive that allows me to take it where I feel like instead of around the college block. It felt like a 5 minute drive and I didnt really get all the feel that I wanted, while also listening from the inside for any noises that werent supposed to be there.Being a no-haggle dealership definitely has its advantages for those who dont like dealing with salesman on pricing, but I felt that the car couldve been priced a bit better. Still, I came out of the deal in good standing, and the purchasing process was pleasantly painless. As long as you make sure to stand your ground, theyll work with you.I may have said a few negative things, but thats more nitpicking than anything. Dont think that this dealership isnt worth your time, because it most certainly is. But if youre one of those people that get off by haggling for six hours with a dealer just to save a few hundred to a grand, youre better off going elsewhere. Remember, its a business, and they need profit to keep running, so youll never get a rock bottom price, but youre certainly going to get quite the bang for your buck at Matt Blatt.

They ran hard inquires on my credit multiple times without telling me to rate shop. I saw them when I personally pulled my credit to check for errors. They also played too many car dealer games . Im an educated vehicle shopper and they are very untruthful. I told them no games and I guess they didnt understand that I can do math. I personally will never go back to this dealership and you should not either.

They created a Fake CarFax report. The report said I had airbag deployment which lower the value of my car. I went to another dealership and they said Matt Blatt lied in order to buy my car from me at a cheaper price. I trader my car in for its full value with another dealer with no problems. STAY AWAY!!
