I liked the selection of Rowan University merchandise especially the Rowan University Mom/Dad hoodies! The store is very well organized and clean. It is also very convenient for Rowan students to order and pick up there textbooks. Whenever we visit our son, we stop in and buy something Rowan related.

Was at Rowan University for parents weekend and bought a coffee from the Starbucks coffee shop there, went out to meet my son, then we’re going back in to browse and was told I had to throw out my coffee, pointed out it’s their own coffee, didn’t matter, still had to throw it out. Stupidly at its best

I came to the cafe today (7/18) for my morning coffee and was rudely greeted by a cafe worker after I interrupted her scrolling on her cellphone. I didn’t get a name, although she had black hair and bangs. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, my usual, but I was given dirty looks when I was ordering, paying, and even at the end when I asked if seating was available. She said no, but I asked her when she thinks it would reopen, and she shrugged me off and looked me up and down. Normally I don’t complain about employees, but customer service makes me not want to come back to this starbucks.

Sales woman treated me horrible. She yelled across the isles for me to cover my face with my mask. My face was totally covered! The mask covered my mouth and nose. I was touching my mask.Very disrespectful! She actually yelled in front of many staff and customers!

This store is terrible. Worse run bookstore i have ever seen. Staff is so ignorant.

Okay Barnes and Noble, a bit small. So its missing a great selection. But its still a decent enough trip.

The cafe has good coffee and a warm staff. I had ordered books which arrived promptly. The store also has a well stocked childrens department which can supply parents of school age kids. Parking is available close to the store.

Employees are CONSTANTLY farting and the store is full of books, very unprofessional :(five stars. love it here

Two story bookstore. Ok selection.Childrens selection was rather small. The toy section was bigger then the book section.Second story was only about half full. Mainly textbooks, supplies, and Rowan stuff. Small selection of books.Theres a Starbucks cafe. Seemed clean.Employees were super nice and very hospitable.

Was nice and clean, staff were not so great, asked for a book at front desk, was told go to information deal, took a supervisor to find the book on his phone, staff couldnt find it on the reference computer with name of book and author.

We went here to purchase apparel to celebrate my sons decision to attend RU in the fall. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the apparel is, with quality brands and a variety of styles. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place. Fun for all. Picked up some great books, toys, and games.

I lost my AirPods and when I came back to find them I went to the clerk and told her what I was looking for and she found them I wasn’t even there for two minutes and they help so I Appreciate that clerk.

So they are NOT affiliated with the true Barnes and Nobles. So if you have an acct with the regular locations and dont have your card your out of luck. They honor the discounts, but only if you have the card in hand. However this place is perfect for the college kids given its on campus. Plenty of Rowan swag to purchase and school supplies galore.

Very laid back vibe.Yeah, I know, you read everything on your tablet or phone. Just put them down and pick up a book. Nothing feels like a book. The weight, the sound of the pages, the delicate smell of the ink. Aah, good times, good times.Just go, youll be glad you did.

I go to find a classic book that literally every bookstore and library in the nation should have. System says they have it but they have no idea where it is. Clerk gives me attitude because the store can’t get their inventory straight.This has happened over and over again during my time as a student at Rowan. You’re better off skipping the overpriced BS of this place and going to Amazon.

They have tons of apparel and accessories for Rowan. The store is spacious, well lit, and it is easy to find things. They have food, books and toys too! The best part is the staff is very friendly and really helpful!!! I havent even been to the upstairs part yet, cant wait to see what s up there!

This place is a hidden gem. This is not only a full service book store, it also has a great youth lit section, childrens picture book section and upscale toys and games section. And a cafe.In addition it is a one-stop shop for all your Rowan University merch.The staff is friendly and helpful.Make a visit, youll be glad you did.

Great bookstore. Barnes and Noble and a school bookstore all in one, so its very convenient to get Rowan gear and a book/coffee/textbooks, anything you might need. Parking is available on the street or in the parking garage down the street, but its very easy to get to. Prices are fair, but the school gear is a little high priced. Overall I highly recommend.

Large space and plenty of seating for all your needs. Plenty of caffeine skills you need it and the wifi isnt half bad should you need to get some work done. Selection is copious and so are the tables to get some work done. Parking can be problematic on the streets as it does get pretty busy at certain times of the day. However, if you do find yourself a need to some relaxing atmosphere to study or get some work done. This will not disappoint.

Wide selection of books, as well as Rowan university apparel and other merch. Love the feeling and open atmosphere of this establishment....fresh, lively and flowing. Theres also a Starbucks cafe, and quiet nooks on the top floor to read, work or just relax. There is a large multi-level parking garage a block away that offers free short-term parking as well, since parking on the street is hit-or-miss because this is a very busy downtown area.

No selection what so ever

Nice for students, but not for others. They do not honor B&N coupons and member cards. I was told to go to another store to use my member card and coupons because they are a college bookstore and not a regular B&N store.It is a nice store, selection limited to what students would need. Would like to see them consider nearby residents, and to honor B&N memberships.

Love the atmosphere, amount of diverse books ranging from drama to history and it carries other items like games and toys.

As a Barnes and Noble its limited. Great place if you need Rowan gear which is the point.

Stopped in for the first time and was surprised to see it wasnt just the RU bookstore, but also had a nice selection of kids books and more. Cafe area has plenty of seating and the staff was great. Will definitely be back with the family.

Beautiful University bookstore, although prices for Rowan apparel out of reach for students, ridiculously expensive and goes against every principle of being a student/family friendly place to purchase University memorabilia. 500%+, it seems, markup to value, $35+ t-shirt, $50 sweats, $70+ hoodie??? These are students, not rich executives Barnes and Noble! Youre taking advantage being in all universities now and should be ashamed of yourself.Books and everything else, can always find a good deal, love that about B&N, only reason for 3 stars!

Staff is extremely helpful and the store is well organized and clean. Theyve got a large stock as well and plenty of places to sit down and hangout between classes or grab a quick bite from the Starbucks inside.

Great selection of books, a Starbucks of course, and plenty of Rowan University gear, and textbooks. Perfect place for college students and non college students to shop. There is a parking garage right next store that offers free 2 hour parking. Anything over 2 hours, you have to pay a parking fee.

This place is a good hangout spot. They have good food, great service and good free WiFi. However, they should try being open 24/7. By the way, they dont sell TY beanie boos.

Small kids section for books but tons of toys?!😕 Nowhere to sit and read books besides upstairs which was taken up by college kids, which is understood. I just dont suggest bringing your kids here bc they are going to want overpriced toys not books.

I went there during my Masters studies at Rowan. I used the 2nd floor to study quietly, until 3/4pm it is calm and great but after that all students come hang out there so it becomes noisy. Dont bother go there on Saturday after noon it is very noisy because it is the hangout place of this small dead town

I ordered #11 book of my series online for pick up in Deptford store. Credit card charged, get there & store has no online order for me, they made me pay more then I already did. SMH

Nice book store, large toy section, second floor where u can sit and read and do work, there is a Starbucks with seating area on 1st level. There is also a kids section with books and small play section.

Besides being a full service Barnes and Noble store, they carry lots of Rowan University swag. Street parking available. Starbucks on site, but doesnt take SB gift cards and/ or the SB app.

I gave 4 stars for glassboro, only because you cant do memberships there. Its college books store also. So you have to go to the Deptford store for a membership. Other wise love love to read and shop there

Great studying atmosphere. I especially like the large selection of Rowan clothing, although I wish it were cheaper considering it’s the only place to buy Rowan stuff.

There are cheap ways to get Rowan gear, but if you want to take your pick then its expensive. Textbooks frequently run out for general education courses. Store itself is beautiful, just pricey.

I wish they had more clothing options for ladies. Prices are pretty expenses. Need to make it more affordable for college students.

Starbucks inside, restrooms. I walked around, read a bit of a book while drinking my coffee, and let my daughter play in the little kids section. No stares, no upset workers.

After calling 3 times to see if my text book for a summer course came in, with no response I went to the B&N bookstore to see if it came in for myself. The service sucked. Nobody helped me. When I did finally get some help, the employee knew nothing more about getting my book or if it had come in anymore then I already did. I would order through Amazon. Its quicker and you actually get the book when they say so.

The Barnes & Noble is very nice, but the Starbucks is absolutely atrocious. It doesnt deserve to be part of Starbucks family: none of the speciality drinks, doesnt take Starbucks cards. Not worth the hassle unless you are a student there.

Great place to chill for a bit. Real studious get-it-done environment. Built-in eats from Starbucks and decent Wi-Fi. Cant ask for more... Other than better wifi. :-)

Great place to visit when on campus. Experience is great but expensive as expected.

The online book store service desk is a joke. No one wants to be there and they are not helpful what so ever. They canceled my order twice, both times no communication that they were cancelling it. When I asked why they didnt, I got a shoulder shrug and said the emails automatic and you didnt respond... So you couldnt call me? With my number on file??? Horrible customer service. Theyre only in business because college students get most of their books there because its convenient.

A great place to come, browse, grab something from the cafe, and $upport your local bookstore with a purchase versus sending the money online.You can also park FREE at the Rowan Lot adjacent to the bookstore for up for up to 2 hours.
