Ive been a fan of big lots for a long time. I know its a salvage store, with shelf pulls and etc. Great deals a great selection. Employees, most of them, are friendly and helpful. Plus, theres an awesome Chinese buffet in the same shopping center..

I love Big Lots because you can ALWAYS find bargains!Plus the store stays clean and oderly.

It is a good discount place to find a bargain. They have up dated the store and organized it. It is clean.

This place is kinda run down, it seems like it could really use a good cleaning but is fine otherwise. The bathroom was always slightly terrifying lol

It is a good place it is overstock items really do need to fix the bathrooms but other than that not bad

They have good deals but there are no wheelchairs or motorized scooters for those who are handicapped and unable to walk. They definitely need to fix this I had to walk with one good foot all through the store on crutches. Talk about a painful experience.

Went to see a piece of furniture, found out it was damaged in shipping, they gave us a discount which helped alot !

Very great place with reasonable prices. They have some beautiful home decor and furniture. I bought my bed there 15 years ago and it is still going strong.

There items seem to have a price increase. They actually seem to have the same price as Walmart on a lot of the items and there quality is the same or less. Very disappointed dont plan on returning anytime soon.

Best place to buy your mattresses. A lot of cheap products are sold here. But a lot of little stuff you can use can be found

Just as expensive at walmart and dirtier than a truck stop.

First the store dont have a wheelchair for people who needs one.Went to purchase a recliner had a room full but had to order one..

Alot of stuff isnt marked clearly with prices while other items have no pricing marked at all. I do like that more and better brands are coming in and I noticed alot of cute decor. Im giving it a 3 for now bc of the pricing issue and alot of bare shelves(that might be due to this time of year or even Covid). Hoping in a few months I can give a better rating.

Really belive in my heart yall need knew management.. the guy that waited on us was really not willing to just be postive .. my Mother was going to lease to owen over 2,000 worth of furniture.. he pretty much talked my mom out of getting it.. and told her she would have to do 2 leases .. this is not how you do business.. just really disappointed in Big Lots Management

The store personal were nice and attentive my problem is with the timely manner of receiving ordered items or lack there of. Hff as been 1 month since I place an in store order for furniture with no arrival date due to corporate not sending..my advice if its not stock go elsewhere.

I love shopping at Big Lots, but they are not very handicap accessible. I am on a scooter, and usually have to get it out of my van to shop there. They should have at least two handicap carts. That would hekp a lot.

Close to workout anytime, very handy to grab things I want and need after leaving the gym...

Theyve been here forever. I remember shopping in here with my Grandmother as a child. The building has always been in bad shape, but there is a wide variety of interesting items and usually with good deals. This location has furniture section too, not sure if they all do. Staff is always friendly and there are bathrooms, though in the rear and oddly two toilets in one open room. Nope and nope. Thankful for them though and they are usually clean and you can lock the door for privacy.

Just purchased sofa and loveseat on sale last week and this week they were no longer on sale, I saved over 200.00, wuhu!!!!!!! After searching for the right furniture with great prices, this was the best place to go.

Visiting in Glasgow for the holidays . My daughterin law and I went to Big Lots for after Christmas bargains . While there I went to their restroom . Filthy, dirty, disgusting restroom. I dont think that the toilet has ever had bleach put in it. The floor was gross .
