All the old and elders women in the pharmacist are completely rude they have no customer service kindness whatsoever they need to really talk to their employees and give them a attitude reality check if youre going to be dealing with customers servicing them helping them checking them You should at least be nice and have at least a smile on your face if youre going to be mad about your job! why are you there!? You should get a stay at home job if you cant be kind and look representative and well respected to customers got one rude old woman saying twice... As if I need her to keep track of my stuff!

Probably the worst pharmacy in Gilroy. They take forever and are very rude to customers. They treat some customers better than others I guess you just have to be familiar.

The new store was terrific after it first opened. It appears theres been a management change since, as service has gone downhill. Often the pharmacy doesnt have my prescription in stock and I have to wait for them to reorder. Lately--in the middle of the pandemic!--the drive through is closed or only open for short periods (which are not posted on their website or app).

Extremely rude staff.

Worst service ever I got in pharmacy. They had my insurance information and but I still had to check every time price and give them info. Medicine never ready on time, I spent a lot of time waiting. Last time after I waited 20 minutes, they told me wait another 20 minutes, the personal is rude! I decided change my pharmacy!

Absolute worst experience! There was a white older gentleman (I think his name was Roy) or something like that. He was so rude to me and my fiancé. He rolled his eyes when I asked a question about a product and I had never felt more belittled than I did with the way he was speaking to me. He did not have good customer service. Makes me wonder who trains their employees!!

Online says open until midnight, but they close at 10pm : (

I called the store prior to leaving my house, and the automated voice system had all sorts of info regarding covid19. It also informed me the pharmacy was closed, and that the store was open until midnight. I get there ay 10.30 pm and there was a gentleman in the store shooing me away saying they were closed. Come on CVS. Get your damn automated voice system right.

Cant give lower than 1 star. P.O.S. website says open until midnight (12:00AM). I went at 10:30 pm and they were closed.

Staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful, even when I come in at 3 in the morning. Service can be a little slow late at night, but its never a hassle.

New building. Relocated from across the street. Same stuff. Not uncommon to find no one manning front checkout counter. Checkers looked just as bored as at the last location. But hey, a lil consistency isnt bad right. But if youre like me, and you think one car in the parking lot is going to make this an easy in and out trip, youre wrong.

Pharmacy is the best. I love that everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Their drive thru for the pharmacy has been closed for a month, which means I took my business elsewhere. I have a hip injury and at times it is very difficult to walk all the way to the back of the store to the pharmacy when I have several prescriptions that get filled monthly at different times. Such a shame that the disabled and elderly cant use the drive-thru window at the pharmacy.

The new place has lots of exclusive-to-CVS parking and they are well marked. CVS sends me coupons regularly vs Walgreens although I have a card for both. That helps me save money.
