This store is a joke when it comes to following Covid protocol. I watched a guest berate an employee today over simply being asked if she had a mask. When management was called to assist, they didn’t back up their employee, but instead, allowed the woman (who was in the wrong) to continue to publicly berate the employee (without a mask). There are numerous signs as you enter the store claiming that masks are required, but that’s really just for show. Once you walk through the door, their only priority is money, not anyone’s safety.

I almost went into the womens bathroom because the Spanish translation is twice as big and way more wordy than the English so my eyes couldnt focus quick enough. Then half of the employees cant even say good morning or pretend you arent even there. Worst of all is that they dont speak English. This is backwards and crazy.

Not sure what’s going on but suddenly they’re low or out of stock of products in tons of aisles, so it looks empty. It doesn’t help that they also keep some lights off to save energy. That’s good and all, but between scarce items and the shadows, looks depressing.

Chargepoint L2 J1772 chargers in the parking lot appear to no longer be connected to the Chargepoint network. There still appear to be Tesla superchargers here.

I went to Target to spend my gift card, I walked the whole store. My main reason was for clothes, but I have found them to be the worst place for clothes. I dont know who does the shopping for the store, but the should be fired. The worst assortment to choose from. It shouldnt matter if it was just after the holidays. I found nothing! I will not be returning. I registered my gift card!!

In comparison to other targets, id say this is one of my favorites. Its usually air conditioned in here, and not as busy as other locations. I give three stars based on the overall price and quality of the products sold at target.

I love target but every time I come to the one Gilroy, I noticed I always get followed I’ve been asked to show my receipt multiple times. And it’s funny because I’ve never stolen anything in my life. Like it’s literally frustrating. And every time I ask a for assistance they’re always rude, and some don’t even acknowledge me. And I understand it’s sometimes it’s just stressful because I do work at THD. And that’s not how it’s treat customers. The next time I come in do I have to show them my bag, my ID, my receipt, and have them stay with me? And if it was the first time I would understand but it’s happened multiple times.

Pat the cashier is outstanding! She showed many of us how to use the product scan feature in cartwheel and saved me $$$

The kid who checked us out was very helpful and very friendly. He made the target experience worth it. And no I dont know him personally.

This target is really disorganized I use to live in Salinas and recently moved to gilroy we wanted some baby formula and they didn’t have any only their brand Salinas target is so organized this target is really outdated please remodel this target ASAP or please organize it good for once and there’s so much trash in the floor

This is one of my favorite targets in the area.. its not overly packed with people, and its always well stocked.. no complaints here

I love the variety of products that Target has to offer, especially during the pandemic. The clerks are helpful and polite Today, at the Gilroy Target several associates helped us quick[y and swiftly.. Someone scanned patio furniture to find the price for us. Joan at cashier register helped scan clumsy items, scanned my gift cards and called Sean to help us get a patio table into our car. Sean was so helpful when he figured out how to get the table into our hatchback KIa with the four chairs that we had bought elsewhere. A potentially stressful shopping trip during these difficult times turned into a happy excursion as we looked forward to our newly decorated patio.Thank you Target]

This Target is nice and all, but literally the entire town of Gilroy smells like garlic.

What a difference from the other big box store across the way. This store is always organized, plenty of helpful staff, great prices and selection.

Target has always been so organized and now with the whole change, they are definitely doing a great job to keep us all safe.

Nice neighborhood store with friendly staff. Bathroom isnt always the cleanest and sometimes there are no available carts or baskets. However, the do always have the latest trends in fashion and shoes and they always restock in a variety of sizes. The clearance section always has great deals and they also restock on makeup frequently. The store can be busy on the weekend and can be low on cashiers so you do need too have patience. Overall, its a good store that slowly but surely keeps improving.

Lots of parking, easy to find most things. Lots of local kids work here. Generally clean and not too busy. Find most of what you need. Quick same day order pick up in store and drive up. Really good for quick lab supply trip. A must for any teachers! Really appreciate the pick up by drive though during the pandemic.

I absolutely love shopping at Target. Either on-line or at the store. Never come out empty handed.

I never come to this location anymore. The store could offer groceries and does not. They remodeled and I was told they would start stocking fruits, vegetables, etc. But they did not. Wasted space and they never have a huge stock of anything. Worse location around out of all the Targets in the bay area. Customer service is decent but tends to have one register open when more is needed.

Most of the times that I have gone there it is fairly empty. It has the same amenities that Target usually has except for a food court and a Starbucks although it is currently being constructed and might soon open. Ive never had any problems going to this Target.

Fast customer service and the store is usually fully stocked and clean. But if you are doing a price match guarantee be ready for pushback and lots of questions... its definitely not as easy as it should be.

Customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. Simple task should take 5min to process are more like 25 min disappointed in this store performance. Much rather drive the extra 20 min to Morgan Hill Target because their employees have brains.

Easy to find

Today, my wife and I visited the store to find the parking lot littered with trash, many shopping carts scattered around the lot. In the store the mens room was messy with towels and toilet paper on the floor, as well as many shelves empty and products scattered about on the floor.Is anyone managing this store??

Oh my gosh, I bought some clothes for my daughter and she did not like them. I tried to return them at the store closer to her house the same day and they refused to give me my cash back. I had a fit and they fixed it. Their fraud is not my problem I had the receipt, they just have a glitch in the registers that will not allow it. NOT MY PROBLEM, I LET EVERYONE CLOSE TO ME KNOW WHAT THEY TRIED TO DO.

I like how much food there is. The electronics and gaming peripherals are sad, though. There were left out items from Razer that were just left on the ground. Other then the lame electronics, this store is great!

I only really go here for little things that I dont want to buy in bulk at Costco. Ive said hi to staff on the floor or smiled when passing them and rarely get a response. We went in once just to purchase some batteries that their website said was marked down...they were marked at regular price in the store. Took them to the service desk with the website pulled up on my phone to show I wasnt lying and the rep pulled out her phone to do the same then called another person over to pull it up on one of their portable store devices. When it kept coming up as on sale (and the website even said it was only available in stores) we were told Im going to give you this price even though its probably a mistake. But if anyone else comes in with this we wont honor it.

I like this Target. Especially over the Walmart. It can be a little pricey but I feel the store is clean. There usually isnt very many people in there. I dont mind shopping here.

This store gives Gilroy Walmart good competition for the worst big-box hell-hole in the city. This store, and many others like it, ought to be shut down as a community service until and unless they can train up to function at a minimally acceptable standard. As they are now, they are a blight on the city. We, as a community, ARE WORSE OFF for this stores existence as it currently functions. We should demand better, because we deserve better. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
