Repeated, I have had nothing but good things to say from this dealership and includes over the years of dealing with them.It started in late 1990s when I went to Toyota of Sunnyvale after my mom a car from them. Naturally I went to Sunnyvale from her recommendation. I had the most horrible experience and did not buy. I started driving down to Capitol, but instead drive farther to Gilroy Toyota.I ended up a happy customer and left with a brand new Camry then.But this review is for parts. I have purchased or at least attempted to purchase parts from different Toyota dealerships, but time and again, I end up at Gilroy. For some reason, some of these other dealerships have a complex, they (other Toyota locations) felt snooty and nose in the air. It felt as if I was inconveniencing them when asking about parts and prices. But not at Gilroy, I always end up being greeted politely and friendly which is very refreshing to experience from a dealership. But the added bonus is, everytime I had asked a quote for parts prices, I always get a better price from Gilroy Toyota. So, now I only get my factory Toyota parts from the friendly staff at Gilroy Toyota.

The employees who work here are amazing and nice and very efficient. Compared to the Toyota in Palo Alto they are ten time quicker. I probably will go to a different mechanic however for maintenance since it is quite a bit cheaper this Would for sure be my second choice.

Got my first Toyota in 2019, prior to that only had Ford vehicles. Noticed the service prices are higher at Toyota than Ford. Also Toyota doesnt offer courtesy car washes with service like Ford does.

Wonderful experience. parts dept. had what I needed for a fair price.
