Excellent sales and processing staff! We walked in intending to look around and kick tires, and ended up with a signed contract in hand! With the market for RVs this tight, we think we got great support and information from SeeGrins.A few days later we came back to pick up our new motorhome and it was prepped beautifully! The trainer knew his stuff, was ok with us video recording the orientation and we hit the road. Now 2 weeks later weve had some great trips already!

Huge Shout out to Vanessa in Parts! I had purchased a new travel trailer from a Camping World big mistake🤦🏻‍♂️(I have bought my 2 previous rigs from See Grins they just didn’t have what we wanted in stock) anyways I literally was getting no where with the other dealership. Called See grins and explained to Vanessa my issues, she was amazing! Called me back and got the parts needed and was more helpful then I could imagine. I would highly recommend them, they really do take great care of you. Again Vanessa your awesome!

I LOVE my new Travel Trailer we just got from here. I think the deals are good and they have high quality RVs. The only issue we had was through the service department putting a used/old electric tongue jack on our Travel Trailer. It was dented pretty badly but they immediately switched it out for a brand new one so thats cool. It just held us back on time but everything else went great!

We will never ever buy a trailer from this place again. They hardly ever answer their phones. We’ve been trying to call for the past two days and no answer, phones busy, they don’t return calls, email messages. Just bought a 2019 Sundance trailer last year and only used it 5 times. The price was great, but now we see the reason. The slide out gave out and we had to crank it back in, tried to use oven for the first time and it doesn’t work, storage compartment leaks, no caulking in the shower, and windows are hard to open. So disappointed. We want to sell or trade-in this piece of junk and go elsewhere to buy another one where their they value their customers and are important to them.

Through no fault of See Grins, our brand new Minnie Micro Winnebago fridge broke after just one trip back in June. Along with the temperature control cover, the door lock/latch, and a decorstive peice over the dining table.. Ok. Stuff happens. Here it is Srptember 30 and just picked it up again after the 3rd time of leaving it there for a couple weks. All but the fridge have been fixed at last, Winnebago company finally approving those repairs. Fridge still not fixed or replaced because WINNEBAGO cant seem to figure out its communications with See Grins nor send parts or a replacement fridge. I do not recommend Winnebago as a result. We understand the first couple months with supply chains disrupted. But seriously, by July the rest of the nation had figured out how to call people back and move products along, but here we are after bringing the RV back and leaving it at least 3 times for at least 2 weeks each, 3 months later,, still no fridge. What we hear each time is that See Grins is waiting for a response from Winnebago about the next step when a step fails. And then when there is an answer See Grins has to wait another month or 2 for the next part to arrive. Really? It is hugely disappointing to have bought a NEW RV in order to avoid problems and yet here we are. See Grins Service Center itself has been struggling with communication issues with us as well but has recognized its communication problems and is making progress by now at least having a person in the service department who can talk to us. See Grins still has some progress to make in the area of calling us back, or even the receptionist being able to track down a service agent to get an answer whole we wait on the phone. Apparently they still dont have a way to even use a walkie talkie to ask the person responsible for doing the service work a question. Johnny was very nice to us, called us personally once to tell us a part had come in, but the rest of the communications have been frustrating. And timing needs work still. We needed the RV back by last Friday for our current trip and called to remind them on Wed that, ready or not we are getting it on Friday. The receptionist told us no problem. We were on the way there ( over an hour trip) when she called and said it would not be ready. We called again early Monday and she couldnt tell us if it was resdy and told us she would call back in a couple hours. We explained again we had to pick it up and that it was a 3 hour round trip..and we needed to pack it and go. Begged here to track down Service and call us right back. 1 hour later called her again. Left message. 1 hour later got her on the phone and she promised it would be out and ready for pick up when we arrived about 1:30. It was. All but fridge fixed. Yay! Everyone at lunch so no paperwork to pick up and no communication about next step with fridge. Nice folks but communication still challenging.

I use See Grins RV Parts Department when I am in the area 7 months of the year for work. Nikki is just the best customer service rep there is! She always helps me hunt down parts for my RV and figure out what to do about weird issues with parts. She has great follow through on ordering and communicating with me. I highly recommend her and See Grins RV parts department as a reliable source for sourcing RV parts.

I purchased a 2019 RoadTrek in Feb. 2019. I began to have problems with the 12 volt system shortly after. I took it back to their repair facility and they said they fixed it and charged me $165.00 for their shop rate. I drove it home an hour away and noticed on the electrical panel that the house battery was not being charged during the drive as it should have been. I called the service rep. and got the run around. I might ad that i also bought an extended warranty at the time of purchase. The problems kept getting worse and the under the hood generator burned up. I called them back and was told they no longer work on these problems for this unit but tried to up-sell me on a lithium battery upgrade system for over $8,000.00. I contacted the RoadTrek company and told them my experience with SeeGrins. They were very nice and suggested i take it to LaMesa RV in Davis, Ca. It took me 3 months to get an appointment and i dropped it off after a 3.5 hour drive. They repaired it to the tune of $3200.00 which my extended warranty paid for. LaMesa RV treats customers the way they should be treated and Tara, the service rep. is the best ever. Ill never buy or deal with SeeGrins again.

Was there for a warranty repair and had an appointment. Backlog estimate was 4 weeks for the work. Took closer to 9 or 10 weeks. Poor communication & slow to return phone calls.

First is Ibefore I went to this dealership I have my preapproval amount and my bank even email them the approval amount so I verified with them that they have it so I started looking a toy hauler that we wanted we deal with the price and they even gave me there sale price at $49,995 when my bank trying to fund them all the sudden they wanted $5k more coz they’re giving me bs that it will cost them $5k to get the loan thru my bank which my bank is charging them$5k to get the loan funded so without them knowing when I called them they didn’t realized my bank was on a three way call while talking to them and when they told me that my bank was charging them$5k I immediately said well I have my bank on the other line and that’s not true what you are saying and the bank said we don’t charge any fees like that so all the sudden the dealer hang up what a unprofessional dealer to deal with the managers name is Tom don’t forget not to deal with him he is a greedy sales manager so I gave them another chance to fix this issue but all they do is ignore my phone call and another salesman said the price is not on sale anymore they just change it what a dealership to deal with very unprofessional

Really enjoyed going here on a week day and just roaming in and out of their wide selection of new and used trailers and motor homes (all classes A, B, C..) Dont miss the showroom, and theres lots to look at outside as well. If its raining, you can see plenty in the showroom.

These guys are truly professional. I am not an RV newbie, so I could tell that everyone I talked to was a long time RVer and they know what they are doing. The showroom in Gilroy is definitely the best and worth seeing. Matt, during the walk through of the Class A we bought, was obviously extremely familiar with all the features.Tim Jasper was great to talk to and really came through for me when I found my towing equipment was not adequate after hours (otherwise, I would have been stuck in the parking lot, or had to leave my car behind for later pickup).
