I was in the store looking for a connection for a gaming system to a screen monitor. After realizing they didnt have what I needed. I explained I wanted to buy a converter today. They helped by look up the screen I purchased on my best buy account. They looked at the specs and found a different connector that would work. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Called Gilroy Best Buy and was left on hold for over half an hour due to “high call volume” when the automated phone service said 8 minute wait time. I drove to the store while on hold and the store had no customers and zero employees on the phone. Lazy employees aren’t picking up the phone because they don’t want to.

Came in looking for a docking charger for pops I phone because his old one stopped working. The employee was kind enough to check pops charger first on his phone and found that the problem was actually with the phone and not the charger so I ended up buying a regular charger which works just fine.Good looking out Best Buy’s

Still has some good electronics and good prices. Friendly and quick to answer any questions. Went in to purchase a screen protector for my phone. Good price and they put it on for you!

Store was clean and well organized. Went in there with my daughter to by a computer. I came out with two computers and a microwave oven.

I like the attention, from the employees, they always helpfulness, with everyone, over all I like the attention.

Went in with my partner to purchase a new switch and ink, as we haven’t really been outside much due to the pandemic we figured we’d also browse the store and see what we could purchase as well for gifts for our anniversary. However the experience quickly went south as we noticed an employee following us around.We’d stop to look at a device and notice him stop as well and pretend to clean up merchandise. It just made us feel unwelcome, discriminated against, and really unpleasant.Definitely save stay home and order online from Amazon. Clearly they don’t want anyone else there.

Got a nice computer there!!! A bean new HP Except the HP desktop the I bought developed small lines at the bottom of the screen, and by the next morning, the lines went all the way across the front of the screen so I had to return it, and now I don’t know what to buy!☹️

Youd better hope you dont need tech support. We had the Geek squad install our Lorex 8 cameras two weeks ago. Yesterday the phone app indicated they were all off line. We reset our wifi, reset our iPhones and then called the 800 # for tech support! Something we paid for...After 45 minutes on the phone with 4 different people I was told that Id better visit the store because they didnt know how to trouble shoot or direct me to someone for help. REALLY!!! I tried calling the Gilroy store....so far on holding pattern for 10:1/2 minutes So Im headed to the store.

So I went in yesterday to purchase a Washer & Dryer and the girl working that Department was no help at all I know we are going through a pandemic with COVID-19 she looked at me like I was cover in COVID she made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. So I left the store without a new washer & bryer.

Customer service is great at this store... i was unable to make a purchase online using 2 transactions so I called the store to see how they can help me... I spoke to Issac and I told him my situation, I have an auto immune disorder and rather not go into the stores, he said No problem, we will make the purchase for you. I pulled up to the curbside pick-up and called in to let them know I was there... Issac came out, got my purchase info and item info that I wanted, went inside, made the purchase for me and loaded my product. He made it super easy for me and accommodated my needs. He was respectful to my health sittuation and was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Best Buy!

They didnt want to help us! Wow I have a lot of best buy points and rewards level but if it is an hour before closing, they dont want to help you get a phone. Ive never seen an employee who didnt want to help someone as much as he did. No more phones at best buy ever again and Ive bought at least 10 over the last couple of years. Sad their service is so poor now

Great Customer Service

I was getting an early start on my Valentines day shopping for my wife. I found her what I needed with the help of the staff that works there. I was surprised by the wide assortment of things to buy. They had electronic devices, appliances, car accessories, speakers, flat screens, toys, swag, phones, games, music,movies, headphones,ear buds, office supplies and munchies! The staff was helpful, and it was nice to finally walk into a store that didnt have merchandise all over the floor. Good job Best Buy and thanks for the good experience of shopping at your store.

Came here with my father in law thinking of getting new phone for him, since his old iphone is having issue charging. We were greeted with Issac, who is very knowledgeable about the phone. He was able to help my father in law fix the charging issue with his iphone, instead of having to buy new phone.

I needed a new unlocked phone and was able to see my options. I ended up wanting a phone that they didnt have at the location I was at but there was one at a nearby location and they called to save it for me so I could pick it up when I got there. Only 4 stars because the line was 1 person in front of me in line but it took about 30 minutes to be helped.

The sales associate let me know that my android phone and tablet already had a hotspot. He referred me to the phone company that provides my service. I really appreciated his honesty.

Store is clean and employees are always so kind and helpful. It wasnt Christmas however these guys were on it. In and out in less than 12 minutes. I just hope that Amazon doesnt purchase these guys or cause our local stores to go under. This is a valuable location and store for the local community.

Look its not their fault, now Im not the biggest online order guy but they (Best Buy employees) helped me get through it quickly and simple. I pulled up and from outside at the curb they asked what I wanted then showed me on my phone. In less than 15min.i had exactly what wanted. Also this needs to be 3.5 stars!!

I bought Two refrigerator and waiting four days for delivery, came only one order. I called the store and find out they only charged me for one.

I went in to do a return for my 93 year old mother, which started out very easy. When the very nice person was working on my transaction, she had to call someone over to override because i was past the 15 days, but with a receipt. This supervisor put in a wrong code yet walked away. Started talking to another customer while my person stood next to him for almost 5 minutes. I realize i had a return and he had a potential sale, but i was there first and had to wait because of his mistake. He came back and put in his wrong code three more times. No Im sorry... nothing. Just frustrated. And they were not busy and it was early in the morning.

Fast and helpful customer service

I have been getting a lot of parts for repairs and upgrades here for quite some time. Since the pandemic I have been making use of the phone app and doing curb side pickup.

Went to get my husband some sort of wire doodad that lets him play music on his phone over the car radio. Found it quickly with help from an employee, reasonably priced so I was happy, husband was happy and we didnt have to listen to static on the radio since we knew there would be poor reception once we got away from San Francisco going north.

Best Buy takes up to 3 ewaste recycling items for no charge and no questions asked. Its a great help!

Probably my last time shopping at Best Buy ever. Worst of all cannot reach the store as their phone is disconnect or purposely connected to their fax.

Salesperson was helpful, but didnt know about the bundle package. Even after I told him about it, I was able to find it quicker on my phone than he was. I also told another customer who was buying the same camera about the bundle because neither he nor his salesperson knew about it either.

Very clean and the staff are knowledgeable (only visited phone department). I felt like the gentleman who helped us at the phone department treated us fairly rudely, which prevented us from wanting to purchase anything more than the phones (wireless chargers, adapters, cases). We were irritated enough to just grab our phones and a couple basic cases and leave. We will order the other stuff on amazon.

Its a very well known store so you probably have an idea of what to expect. I would appreciate if they hired some more staff. Last time I went the person who ended up helping me was very nice, however, I had to wait about 20 minutes for her to finish with another customer in order to help me.

Always greet you at the door when you walk in. Very attentive people working here and someone always near by to offer assistance. Never had to wait in a long line and they have excellent deals. Will also price match..

They brought my package to my car after store hours..they really came through

I buy online and pickup. Person at the counter couldnt figure out I needed assistance and then he didnt read what I was picking up so he was looking for my name on much smaller packages. I was still out fairly quickly.

Third major purchase. The sales staff at Best Buy R outstanding. Very easy to work with, no high pressure sales, and best if all great price matching. First purchase 65 TV, second purchase a refrigerator, and now a 75 TV. Really nice people to deal with.

Very helpful staff

Best buy is great, however I have been to multiple locations and none of them have the new Galaxy watch active 2 on display. Pre-orders have already started why is there no display? To be fair, I cannot find a display at other stores either.

Very helpful. I bought a speaker a little while ago, and it stopped working a few months later. I was able to take it back and exchange it for a new one. I did buy the protection plan, which gave me the opportunity to do this.
