Cannot contact the local office directly via phone. Our area is rural that is have to drive 2 hours to the shipping center to talk to the people in person instead of talking to a person in India who is absolutely no help. Our driver has been delivering my mothers packages to a store in hulett and not bringing them to us. Didnt even call. Last package that was delivered was left out at the mailbox. On a rainy day and they didnt even bother to bag it so it didnt get wet. A box from chewy, cat food and cat litter, sopping wet and totally destroyed by the neighbors nosey horses. The driver didnt even try to call.
They dont even deserve one star. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!! They are rude and snappy wow what a great way to treat your customers. I have a package that was supposed to arrive today. I get things happen. Contact the shipper who contacted FedEx and was told by FedEx that I can have the package held for pickup. Get off the phone with a shipper call FedEx they say thats a lie get short and raise their voice and then hang up on me. When you ask for a manager they say none available. Much prefer UPS to this joke of a company. Thankful the shipper was able to get sense through to them.

Absolutely rotten. We received our shipment today. Horrible, The delivery person dropped the tires off beside the tree . No knock no call NOTHING!!!! If I had not been paying attention I would not have heard them outside. They dropped the tires drove off. Thats real nice to know FEDEX CARES ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS TO LET THEM KNOW THEIR SHIPMENT IS OUTSIDE OR AT THE DOOR. If thats the way FedEx treats their customers I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICE!!

I would give no stars if I could. I am rural, and I pay for delivery to MY house, NOT where I work! Have had to address this issue SEVERAL times. It will get better for a bit...Other than they just pull up to the house and if the box is light enough, just chuck it at the house...Then we have to go through delivering to the house again..LOVE UPS!!

Every time I go to Fed Ex here in Gillette it is always a pleasant experience. The ladies are always friendly and assist with everything that you need. They are the only place here in Gillette that we ship all of our packages from.

They seem to deliver earlier in the day than other one. Docked star because it had been an issue to have them hold a package.. they have to attempt to deliver even when you tell them that no one will be home. You have to go in in person and talk to the right person to get the package to be held there. Its a inconvenience that isnt necessary. Otherwise, they do a good job getting packages to theyre destination in a reasonable time.
Didnt deliver my package and when I call and checked they said I have to wait longer on my next day delivery because the drivesaid he tryed and I was home all day liers

This place doesnt deserve even one star.I mailed an envelope 2 day priority to Hulett, WY, from Minneapolis. I could tell by watching the tracking that there was going to be issues.I phoned the next day to FedExs 800 number seeking assurances, I spoke with two different representatives, one of them was a supervisor. On day two, I could see by tracking that things werent moving. I phoned again, and learned that there was a pickup at FedEx in Gillette placed on this order. I stressed over and over and over again that this package MUST be delivered to Hulett (which is 2 hours away form Gillette). Day 3, I was now demanding to speak with the folks in Gillette, I got the rudest lady at the Gillette FedEx, she insisted that we agreed that the package was going to be picked up in Gillett, I had to really press them to get them to agree to deliver the package. After hounding them, calling them incessantly, speaking to corporate etc. and on and on, it was finally delivered on day 5! I paid for guaranteed 2 day delivery.Of course, they used weather as an excuse. This was early November. Sorry, my brother is a commercial pilot, and in his prior aviation career, flew freight (I wont say for which carrier). Got news for you, the airport can be totally CLOSED and freight plane still GO. So long as the runway is plowed, the plane can be deiced. Also, I check the weather in the locations my package was tracked at, and there wasnt any weather that would have prevented a flight delay.The bottom line is, my package was a LOSS for their company and they DIDNT want to deliver it 2 hours away from their hub. Not my fault, you agreed to deliver it to Hulett, some packages will not make you money, that is the price you pay for being a nationally recognized carrier.FedEx has left a bad taste in my mouth more often than not during the past few years. UPS is much better.I think the issues pop up when they outsource their services to the locals, I see it here too in MN, these privately owned FedEx stores are not reliable.
I love going into there building and getting lied to. Horrible experience, if I didnt have to i would never use there services.
