Saved money on a standing desk and chair fast pickup and great customer service.

After 2 Canon printers we decided that we would take it back and go somewhere else for our printer needs. They would not help us they assigned me a cannon representative and he helped but there are some things that he cant do remotely and they wouldnt send up printer technician out to my house. Very poor service.

Went in today after seeing on their website that they had several laptops in stock I was interested in buying. Walked in pointed out the laptop I wanted to buy to the lady (whos name I didnt get but wish i would have) she was working in the printing area. She told me they were put of stock so I pointed out 2 others Id like that the site also said were in stock. She told me there were none so I said I would head to Walmart. To which she said they wont have any there no one has them in a very rude tone. So I went to Walmart, low and behold they had a HUGE selection of laptops so much so that they had to dig through cabinets full to get the one I wanted. I got the original laptop I was looking at from office depot for cheaper at Walmart. And it was even in stock. So to the horrible customer service rep I had today I thank you, for saving me 100$.

Walked in very last minute just before closing not even knowing how to make photocopies or if I could get white copies from yellow paper.. lol. The nice young man walked me through all the steps on the self service machine very kindly and even made sure I finished the transaction so my card info wasnt left on there! Great experience. I forgot to catch the young mans name but he definitely deserves a raise.

I bought a laptop a year ago & then was charged a year later for some type of warranty that no one in store or over the phone could explain to me. I asked for a refund and never got it. Was told by the go Depot phone number I would and by the manager.I went in to the store 2 weeks later and finally got a refund within 20 minutes of being in the store. The manager was very rude both times I was in store and I will not be shopping here again.I don’t recommend using your card at the store as they made unauthorized charges on mine and couldn’t even explain what for.

William in the print and copy area was great. I had come in way early for my pick up and he still got it finished for me at that moment. He also helped me get my package shipped. I really appreciated her customer service skills. It was a great experience.

Theres .4 people in the print and copy area since we came in we were not greet it we been here for about 40 minutes and no one even bother to come and see if we need anything.we did make eye contact with them and they still ignored usSo ridiculous its not even busy There just talking being lazy .Office Depot hire people with better customer service .Will be getting a computer somewhere else

Originally I had posted something in here about how they helped me with something or something.I have even greater news now!!!! Shh quiet… don’t tell anyone this... this is between you and me… okay?The workers at Office Depot are… they are… they are CYBORGS!Stealth-ed into the break room (I missed lunch and was looking for spare donuts or candy or something) and there was a Office Depot worker plugged into a wall socket. Also had monitors and stuff plugged into her. If there not cyborgs than there...ANDROIDS!Its so FREAK-IN AWESOME!

Nice place. Products are a little over priced. Like the ability to pay with my phone and have my receipt emailed to me.

Stores always pretty empty and has a ton of stock. Employees are very nice and willing to price match with no problem. Prices are very on point and I will be coming here again.

Is not a UPS drop off location. Was told it has not been one for a year. Girl at the counter stated they have asked corporate to change it on line but they havent. Doubt anyone really followed up on it. Not their problem attitude.

I realize they were busy but we waited an hour and still they didnt have our order done.. so we left to come back later only to find out their printer broke. 🤨

They have what youre looking for sort-of. The only person who really seems into helping you is the person checking you out asking about that rewards card you never have. I wouldnt tell you to not go here, but I would advise you to know what you are looking for before you go, and be ready to find it yourself. Also avoid this place like the plague on Black Friday.

Got a good selection of computers, printers, and other computer parts.. Found what I needed quickly and with ease

Fast printing service. Usually very knowledgeable staff.

Worst customer service, nobody asked if I needed help, so I had to go up front and find it. They supposedly sent help back but nobody showed up after 15 min of waiting. Waited another 30 min for them to look for the product they claimed to have only to walk out if there with nothing because they didn’t have it. Biggest waste of time.

Highly over priced for the exact same material you can get from Walmart or other store in the area. For example $8 for index cards that you can get at Wal-Mart for $3
