I love visiting Eyecare Associates of Wyoming for my eye checkups. Dr Clark is always veryfriendly and professional. He also explains the procedures and findings to me. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and quick to check be in. If you need your eyes checked out this is a great place to go.
They always get us right in! They are amazing with my young son and make sure we have exactly what we need and ONLY what we need!!

Dr. Clark is the best doctor in Gillette Wyoming he is wonderful he’s awesome he’s always has a smile on his face and he does his job very well he’s very pleasant if you’re looking for a good eye doctor go see Dr. Clark at eyecare and Lakeway that’s why I always give him a five star because he’s a wonderful doctor

Went with my wife to pick out glasses, the lady at the desk seemed like we were bothering her when my wife asked a question, not friendly or customer service oriented at all. Next another woman joined her and they both sat there whispering and gossiping like a couple of teenagers.Fast forward to the next day, I had an appt. I thought it was at 1130, I showed up at 1115 and I was confronted pretty quickly by another unfriendly woman who said my appt was at 11 and she needs to see if I could be seen. I told her not to worry about it, ill go somewhere else. I own my part on not having the correct time, but the unprofessionalism with two employees in two days sealed the deal.My wife then called to cancel her glasses and the lady laughed at her, and said she wasnt sure if they could.I had called and asked to speak with one of the Drs (which never called). So I stopped by and the grumpy Ole woman at the desk still had her attitude so I matched hers. I asked if the glasses were canceled, she said yes and I asked about the refund, she said if something matches up. If? I dont know what that means. I then asked if she is the one who laughed at my wife on the phone, it took her a minute to come up with a response, she said she was choking. Riiiight.... you eat at the front desk, answer a phone, say your deal, listen to someone then suddenly choke? who lets the customer service eat at the front desk while helping customers?!? I told her that chimps have more customer service skills then the front office and to keep choking. She threatened to call the police. After reading other reviews, the lack of customer service seems to be normal. Still never got a call from the Drs.
EyeCare Associates is the very best in Gillette. Dr. Sarah Koehne is very professional, thorough, competent and compassionate.I highly recommend her for any of your optometry needs.The office staff are very competent and helpful with all your needs.

Exam was good but had a follow up question the next day about switching to a different contact that the doctor had suggested. No one has bothered to return my call. Pretty frustrating.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how friendly the entire staff was to me. The Optamologist was very knowledgeable in everything we spoke about. Dr. Koehn was actually very easy to be around while discussing my eye exam. It was an enjoyable time to get eyewear. Thank you.
Love Dr Clark, there was a mix up in my glasses and needed a bigger frame in which was more expensive, and they took care of it all at no extra charge to me, and they put a rush on them and had my new glasses back within a week. THANK YOU Dr Clark and team

Asking questions like this is the third time youve told me it will be another week on my glasses, when will they actually be ready? and The deal was two weeks for the glasses, which is already a long time, now youre telling me its going to be at least 5 weeks, dont you think you should do something like give me a partial refund? Is considered SASS and Deb doesnt need it. She blamed the delay on coronavirus, okay, but when asked how that prevented her from returning my call the day before she hung up on me. When I called back and said Id prefer to do business with someone else, may I please have a refund, she hung up again and a few minutes later I got a call from the police because she prefers to weaponize government instead of address a customers legitimate concerns. You read that right. The crazy lady called the police because I asked for a refund. 500 dollars, 5 weeks, and one police report later and I still dont have my glasses. I reccomend you go anywhere else for your needs.
Its my first time having to get glasses. I set up an appointment went in. Didnt know how to use my insurance they were very helpful DR Clark was real good at explaining everything as I went through my examination.Everyone was helpful with picking out glasses explaining what was covered by insurance. Even got my new glasses before they said they would be in. Would recommend them to anyone needing eye care

I had been seeing another Dr. in town and never felt important. I found Eyecare Associates and from the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. The staff was very polite and friendly. Dr. Sarah Koehn Was very professional and very kind. She is an amazing Dr. I would recommend this office to everyone. The entire staff is polite and helpful.
Dr. Koehn has been our go to for more years than I remember. She is always thorough, friendly and professional. She makes my 8 year old feel at ease every time! I highly recommend her or either of her partners.
Have been going to Sarah Koehn for all of my eye care needs since moving to Gillette. They are the greatest period end of conversation. I dont know why everybody in Gillette doesnt go to them for their eye care needs. Eye Care Associates of Wyoming are the greatest
The Doctors are great! I would recommend getting your exam here and NOT your glasses. They are not informed on the prices before they tell you what the fees will be.The most rude, unprofessional and disrespectful workers you will meet. Cindy was the rudest woman I have ever came in contact with, I was an inconvenience to her from the moment I came in. Deb gave us incorrect pricing, overcharged us and failed to admit when she was wrongly charging us. BUYER BEWARE. She was extremely rude and had ZERO interest in fixing her mistake so that we may continue doing business, she was happier to refund our money than DO HER JOB. We will never return to this place and we will let everyone we know that they are not honest and could care less about their customers. The Doctors should really pay attention to all of these negative reviews and the unprofessional responses from the company.If customer service matters at all to you, go anywhere but here. Zero stars.
I have been going to Eyecare Assosciates for probably ten years and used to love them. After my most recent appointment I won’t be back. The secretary was extremely rude from check in to check out. When I got there and handed her my insurance card she told me she didn’t see vision coverage on it, handed it back to me, and basically stared at me. I have vision coverage, always have. She acted inconvenienced that she even had to check. When I tried to pay for my visit, she loudly announced repeatedly that all FIVE of the cards I tried to use were getting declined. Was extremely rude about the whole thing and finally got one of my cards to work, even though all five of them were completely fine. Called office staff when I got home to tell them my family and I would not be back ever again after their secretary’s behavior and all I got was a “sorry”. Hopefully they consider new staff, as the doctors are absolutely wonderful. Sad I have to find a new eye doctor.
In my opion the staff is just there to get a paycheck and get out. Its impossible to try to get any issues resolved, one you talk to someone new every time. OK so I asked for a manager, I get the office manager. Geez I tell her the glare on them is horrible. In the process of looking at the new glasses I see a scratch on them(mind you Ive had them one day after waiting three weeks to get them) so I take them back and the gal says oh yes I can see the scratch. We can send them back but you must use your one time warranty to replace them. I thought no Im not they came that way from the factory. So in the mean time the office manager said she would talk to the doctor. She called me back and said the doctor sees nothing wrong with them and he doesnt see any blurriness on them. I told her well Im sure he didnt see any blurriness, because that wasnt even the issue. So after TWO months of waiting and $600.00 I was told if I needed them fixed it would cost me $120.00. So I am not a satisfied customer,nor will I ever return there and I will tell EVERYONE I know to never do business with them.

Most unfriendly staff I’ve ever met. The front desk ladies acted completely disgusted that I was even in the office. Wayyyy unprofessional, I’m sure this has caused many people to not return.
My 6 year old son had to get glasses he was scared and didnt want to get any they where awsome with him and made him feel comfortable and helped him pick out a pair he likes to wear. Thank you so mych for making this easier on us.
The staff is a joke. Drs are great but they need a serious overhaul of employees. They do not communicate and act put out when they have to answer a question or actually do anything related to ordering glasses/contacts. Leslie, the office manager, is passive aggressive and avoids any and all issues you bring to her issue. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Based on my experience, they are rude and incompetent. My glasses from here made everything distorted and wavy. After giving them a second chance, I had to go somewhere else. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
