After checking with other stores locally for the best deal, I chose Cellonly. They did their best to answer all my question and provide the best resolution to migration of my data to a new phone and cell-network. There was no wait for my phone and fhey went out of their way to make sure everything was transferred and working. Thank You.

This was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had upgrading our phones. Brandi and Dorothy were very pleasant and beyond helpful. Brandi went 60 x2 miles out of her way to pick up a watch for us. And then, after all that, was not able to sell us the watches because of Verizon’s billing policies. The ladies there have been helpful every time I’ve been in, patient and kind with any transaction! I typically hate having to go to Verizon because it takes a long time and reps are just wanting to get everyone in/out but here at this one they take whatever time is needed and don’t make you feel like you are putting them out by being there. :)

I was so aggravated and frustrated with my phone and trying to get through the Verizon website, I had so many questions. When I went into this Store, Bryson Helms.... was amazing, he had so much patience, explained everything I needed, and was there for me 100%. For me, it was one of those moments, I knew he was being honest straightforward and helping me. This is a quality that is hard to find these days, but it is so nice and reassuring to be helped by someone like that!

The employees said Hi with a smile as soon as I walked in and let me know that it may be a minute or 2 wait. I dont think I even waited a minute before someone was able to help me. The young lady was courteous, kind and helped me make a payment and I was on my way in about 10 minutes from the time I walked in.

So I literally just called to check on a product. The lady on the phone is the worst representation of customer service for this location. I asked her if they had a specific item she says no we dont have any, then she kept repeating herself instead of just listening. I was trying to ask her how many she might have later and shes like were out, she didnt hear my question because she was still talking. I responded with well yea obviously you sell phones thats what you do in retail, but when will you have more and she just says she doesnt know. And then *click*I work in retail too. Your follow up question should always be is there anything else I can help you with? Or be apologetic, dont just hang up on someone, its disrespectful.
