I live out of town and I have amazing Internet! Collins is such a great company to work with. No issues on install. Everything is perfect. My bill is always the same which is GREAT!

Little problem with installation but great customer service dealing with it. Great customer service since, 1 year later!

I just called in to install new service, the lady answering the phone acted like shes been forced to do her job. I asked her a simple question not once, not twice, but three times lol and every single time she replied with another question bahaha it was funny because she thought I was already a customer thats why I kept asking her. Obviously I didnt get the service, just hung up and went about my day with a better company...

They came in to troubleshoot a phone line issue on our alarm system and charged $530 for 45 minutes of work! Called their offices because surely that charge was a mistake and their customer service was absolutely the worst. The lady acted like she was doing me favor to see if there was a problem, but only if I treated her like a princess. It took a week for them to tell me that they refused to correct the bill. Looked back at other bills and they consistently overcharged by large amounts. In the end the owner was gracious enough to credit $50 on one bill (that was overcharged by $75) from hundreds of dollars of excessive charges and that was it. I cancelled all services the following day. Stay away and if you are already using them run away before you get hit with some outrageous charge.

I have been with Collis for many years, good times and bad but this time is the worst. I have been without internet since Friday afternoon. I called and was told they were having issues, ok I can live with that. Saturday morn no internet, I call they give me the tech, I call it all morning, no answer. Finally got internet that afternoon, lasted about an hour. I call the tech line all afternoon, no answer. I call the answering service. She says the tech people are supposed to be the until 10 pm but will send in an order. Sunday no internet. I call the tech line no answer, I call the answering service and told the story, she sends urgent message to tech support.......still no response. I contacted visionary.

Small hiccup at the start, Running smooth now 4yrs, very happy with the service and reliability.

Well my experiance started with the tech installing my stuff for my internet service then the man behind me coming over the barbed fence to ask the tech why his service is allways cutting out it should have put up a red flag then but i went with it so know im stuck with the most horrid service i have ever had i called them 20+ times to fix my stuff they will not do nothing about it and after further research i find that there facebook is loaded with the same complaints i have been putting up with it for 3 months now and its time for diffrent service im just glad that i have monitored this issue they will be in for a surprise when they try to hit me for the breach of contract this could have been averted 2 months ago just by fixing there problem

Broad band is weak, always looses connection a little rain nothing, but hey they sure like there money like yesterday

The sevice sucked and tech support did almost nothing to help.
