We moved into a home and the previous owners were renting a unit from Wyoming Water Solutions (WWS). They easily have the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. First off, they would just drop by the house, unannounced, to put salt in the softener. We work 9-5 and they would always come by before 5. The lady that answers the phones is very rude. VERY. We decided to go with a different company and I called to cancel our service and she was happy to get rid of us as customers. You run a customer service oriented business. Dumb move... The woman answering the phone must have more business than she knows what to do with because she has been very rude every time I have called. She is hurting WWS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. You will regret it.

Great tasting water, the experience may leave a sour taste though. Keep your receipts, it will be the only thing that saves you.
