He got me in quicker then I was told it would be. Very friendly. Needs to turn up the heat back in waiting area I was freezing the whole time.

Had to get 2 tires put on rims and balanced. After all is said and done, it was 48 bucks total.

I was the first arrive at the Automotive Dept close to 7:10 a.m. The worker said it would take about 40 minutes to do the oil change and the cleaning of the oil system. The actual time was 80 minutes. It would have been good if someone would have been kind enough to give me an update and to explain the reason for the additional time needed to complete the service.

Folks are nice, took a while, but they were nice about it.

Every time I go to the Auto department there are hardly any workers at the check out and usually a long line and I have a hard time getting them to acknowledge me

Bought my tires here and had good service. I added the warranty coverage and you cant make an appointment to have your tires balanced and rotated. I am sorry, but I think that is poor service.

Gal who usually runs the counter is super friendly. They usually hey cars in and out pretty quick. Havent had an issue and its my first bet if I just want some cheap tires.

CHECK oil level after oil change at this place!They are overfilled my engine with oil. That may cause big and expensive damage. Cussing out......

Took my car to get the oil changed. Which I usually do myself but didnt have time. Checked the oil the next day and it did not get changed. Either did the filter. Paid $50 for Walmart to babysit my car for an hour. Changed the oil myself anyway. Walmart is pathetic

Customer service is exceptional, the ignorant reviews are just mad because they dont understand that when they give a wait time that its estimate. No one can control what happens in a day, but you can control your attitude towards great hardworkers. Ive been there a few times and witnessed sexist comments towards the girls at the front desk, and that shouldnt be acceptable. They are willing to work with you if you are to them, be kind you pathetic mortals

Took them an hour and a half for a simple tire repair. They yelled at my kids. Then when I set them up in the car and came in to check the status of my repair got locked in and they yelled at me for leaving them unattended. Not friendly service. Unorganized functionality. And if youre going to lock people into the store make sure theres always staff to attend to the door! Not impressed one bit!

Paid $100 less for tires than I would have for the same tires pretty much anywhere else. Could have had prompter customer service, but overall good experience.

When i got a screw in my tire everywhere but walmart was going to cost 30 to 40 to fix it walmart 10 plus tax so a little over 10 nice staff yes i had to wait cause their busy but honestly didnt mind the wait cause i mean come on its walmart its like going to applebees and expecting fast service..... and waiting an hr isnt bad. Loved the staff super nice and knowlagble.

Said we didn’t need an appointment the next day. We showed up and we have to wait for 2 and a half hours with no way to leave because we don’t live in Gillette

Horrible customer service. Left grease stains on my steering wheel. Horrible attitudes. Horrible workmanship. Got a grease stain on my seat as well. Didnt fill oil back to full line on dip stick. Wish I could select zero stars.

Went in for a $50 oil change came out with a $500 rear diff leak Which they claim they did not do even though they’re yellow silicone writing is on it and the oil filter they changed.

Wow.Tire place that will not help order tires. They tell you go look it up. That is your job. I came in for help. Place is a joke.

Got new tires put on they messed up my rim did know it got a flat took it to get it fixed and they informed me my rim was damaged and they have been having problems with there machine and wouldnt remburse me for the new rim I had to buy
