Were great to work with- as in easy to schedule, nice etc. Only problem we had was following through with phone calls/updating on status of truck there. They did great work, and were extremely kind every time we called, just always had to call first to get an update on our vehicle. Seems like maybe very busy. Would recommend them.

They did a good job repairing my girlfriends car on an insurance claim after she was rear ended. The body lines look factory, and the paint has no drips or runs. Took a while waiting for parts but that isnt their fault.

Went up to get a quote on getting some overspray removed off the body and fix some orange peel, really not that extreme whatsoever, was quoted 8,000 just to fix the paint. 12,000 to fix the 5-6 small hail dents and repair the paint. I was quoted $250 to take a clay bar to it and get the paint fixed at Baysingers. Seemed as if the main guy John didnt want my business, just threw a price out to get a customer off his lot. Will not be taking my vehicle back anywhere near Hillcrest.

John worked with the insurance company for me and did all the heavy lifting on the paperwork. The car looks great, and I am very happy with the result.

John took good pictures of my hail, and Jacklyn was in good communication with my insurance company.I couldnt appreciate it anymore because during these times I was focused on my own work, and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with my insurance company. John, and Jacklyn did that all for me and you cant put a price on that service!

Hillcrest Auto has poor customer service when it comes to informing the customer. I had to call them to learn why the insurance company just paid them and extra amount of money. Plus the original estimate was $60 less than the insurance company original estimate. Yet when I paid, I had to pay the insurance company estimate and when I questioned the $60 difference, the owner couldnt explain it. After I picked up my vehicle, I used the hatch and it didnt function properly. I called, i was told someone would call me the next week as i was Christmas. No one called me, I had to go in. Then on top of it, the John, only then looked at what I was talking about, but had told me moments earlier he was waiting for the insurance company to call him back. Long story short, it is his word against mine and he had no balls to even call me to tell me. He had the insurance company call me. So I will never recommend a company that has no backbone to contact the customer. I have researched the issue and other body shops dont see how he did the repair without removing the part in question. So since Hillcrest Body will never get a recommendation from me and if I hear someone is going to them, I will be suer to tell them not to.

Owner is great. Helping us fix our van after hitting a deer or antelope.Got our van back and they really did a great job. Cant say enough about how happy we are with their work.
