Over $500 to install 1 simple amplifier?! Youre not ripping me off and stealing my money, ever! 👎 👎 👎 👎 they had poor attitudes as well aka horrible customer service. Shop somewhere else with honest prices instead of this place, you have been worned.!

I originally visited this shop back in late June, had a head unit installed, and shortly after had subs and an amp installed. After around two weeks later the subs completely stopped working, and upon further investigation it was throwing sparks in my trunk due to the installation with the positive and negative wires on the speaker touching out the ends of the connectors, causing the wire to melt and attempt to weld together. There was also a razor blade, and a makeshift razor blade (made out of wood, a blade, and electrical tape) left in my car. I went back expecting this problem to be fixed, especially upon the return of the snap on blade to the owner. An argument took place for 5-10 minutes that it were my fault it was shorting out in my trunk for messing with settings on the amp (I know nothing about speakers, I brought it to them, so I don’t screw with it) and that I needed to cough up the money for what happened, after a small fire started in my trunk. In the end the owner who didn’t hear the argument(big thanks to him) allowed me to take my car free of charge, thus the second star. Check your connections if you go here.

I bought a box, an amp, and a sub. The staff was helpful and talked me though the purchase educating me along the way. They were able to get me in quickly. The work was done on time and looks good! I will for sure come back when I need AV help.

I had a subwoofer get blown and I needed it warrantied and went to AV Audio to get it done. Super helpful people who always gave me the most information on when they thought it would return and were always helpful when I had a question. Would highly recommend coming here for all of your audio needs!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Absolutely the worst install Ive ever seen. They not only broke parts in my truck but the only way I can get the Seriusxm to work is l have to push on the dash and if I hit a bump it quits.l would not let these guys check my oil let alone install another raideo in anything I own

We had these guys install TVs and an audio system. They got it done quickly and the install was super clean and sharp looking. We havent had any problems with any of the equipment but whenever we have a question on something, they get us taken care of right away. These guys are great!

Great business!! I contacted them to see if they could fix a remote starter that had been poorly installed at another company.They got me in the same day, got the job done fast, and the previously unfixable car starter now works perfectly.This is the best AV company in town, it aint even close.

What a difference a new owner makes. This is the old sound works,under NEW OWNERSHIP! Met Mike and his wife today, great people. If you are like me and fell victim to the old owner what a shame. Took my 4Runner to Av Tech to trouble shoot and get my remote start functioning again. Richard was able to get to me in a few hours and had it repaired in 45 minutes or less . Much appreciated Richard !

Had a stereo and sub installed. Estimate was $250 final charge was $378.On the way home, check engine light went on and gas gauge was fluttering. Codes pulled for theft deterrent system loss of communication and evap sensor bad ground.Returned to the stereo store but the owner said there was no way the stereo install could be responsible and I would need to take it to a mechanic.Mechanic said it was most likely the stereo install and would be expensive to diagnose without knowing what the stereo installer did. Said the stereo install could have damaged the BCM, instrument cluster, or sensors.Took it back to av tech but they were more interested in arguing than fixing the problem. Said they werent responsible and the problems showing up right after install was just a coincidence. Said I would need a written letter from my mechanic saying that they were to blame.I told them I was more interested in fixing the problem than establishing blame. After much arguing eventually convinced them to take a look. Codes cleared (hopefully for good) but gauge still flutters.Would not have bothered to leave a bad review if they had been more professional about accepting the obvious possibility that disconnecting the battery and wiring up stereo equipment could cause electrical trouble.

I brought in my vehicle for a security system swap,I was quoted $200 before I brought it in and also when I dropped the car off.When I picked up the vehicle I was charged $225 .When I called back to ask why the up charge,they said there must have been a misunderstanding.I talked to 2 different people one before I scheduled the install and one when I brought the vehicle in so there was no misunderstanding.They do a good job but beware of the up charge afterwards and get the quote in writing I guess.
