If I could rate this place without a star I would. I took my sister who was in from out of town to their store. There was a man outside that we didnt think he worked there. He asked us what we were looking for and we said Alltribes. He said what do you want? I said to buy jewelry of course. He said that we dont allow anyone in the store. I said that it should have stated so on the website . He said it did and we dont social distance...it definitely did not. He said that this is not Walmart shopping and he needs to know what we were there for. I said there were 2 rings that we were looking for her husband. He wanted to know what size and what the item number is. No, he didnt let us even near the door. They didnt have what she was looking for. He said sorry...I said no Im sorry for driving here. I will never order anything from this place. He insulted us with a nasty tone...I could go on and how mad I was about how we were treated.

I bought the sterling silver with inlaid turquoise arrowhead unisex necklace and opted for the sterling silver 22 inch chain to go with it instead of the chain provided for free. It arrived in just a few days and in time for my sons birthday. He liked the gift and even understood its meaning. Very pleased!

I had such a bad experience at all tribe today. I bought a turquoise bracelet for my granddaughter for Christmas. She has only worn it a couple of times and two stones popped out. I called on Friday to tell them about my situation. The lady on the phone was so nice and offered to fix it with no charge without me even asking. I told her I would bring it in. So today I brought it in and the man that was there was so rude. He immediately told me the stone came out because the bracelet was bent. I explained that I had called on Friday and the lady offered to do it for free, she also explained to me that stones will pop if the bracelet is bent. I offered to pay but said I would have appreciated knowing that at the time I purchased the bracelet. The man just got mad and called out some poor worker from the back to deal with me because I wanted a bent bracelet fixed for free and he sold it to me. I felt so bad for the worker and felt so uncomfortable. I offered to pay for it again. The man then grabbed the bracelet from the worker and said I guess we will fix it for free but never again. I was just left standing there wondering why he was treating me so bad and why he was so angry. Then when he came back he just acted like it was all good saying “here you go young lady”. I don’t appreciate being treated like that. We have bought other items from this store but never again. If the lady had just explained there would be a fee to fix it or if the man would have just said things in a nice way I’d be back. But sadly I won’t!!!!!! It so sad that people are so mean and I could help shedding a few tears on the way out.

Was in the Mesa area for 4 days over Labor Day and was looking forward to purchasing a turquoise bracelet. GOOD LUCK finding this place open even though it was listed as Open. Tried calling number which seems to be a private residence with a full mailbox. Very disappointed with the store.

Ordered a nicer torquoise coral mans ring for $154.Ring came missing one of the coral pieces.why did this happen? All tribes wont accept refunds or returns.They want me to return the ring to attach another piece of coral.it was glued in sparingly.I want a price adjustment refund of $50.Im not returning the ring too much time and a real hassle for me.i will just throw it in my jewelry boxWas gonna order another ring from them; but I gottaPass. It was beautiful, crafted extremely well, and the quality of the complimentary chain was beyond my expectations! So terribly disappointed, I suspect, mostly my fault for not reading tiny print, but I guess I would have thought it would have been ... silver, not nickel, and it would have been higher quality even being nickel.. but its totally not.. especially since I paid up for it.. and I could have gotten less expensive elsewhere... I just have always thought you pay for what you get.. not so much in this case.. play on words intended. Bic lighter case is not worth the fee they charge. Kokopeli design is ok.. just meh.. not 65 bucks worth of thats cool.. disappointed

My wife and I had not only left with a couple of wonderful rings but had a wonderful time in the process. The owner/manager showed me around the facility which was fascinating as a crafts person and the sales woman who helped us was just wonderful and friendly. I wish I could call her out by name but I am terrible with remembering these things.My wife and I have visited the shops in old Scottsdale years ago and they were nice but not at all friendly and honestly very pretentious.Our trip to All tribes was just plain FUN! My wife was looking for a ring and they took out every tray and she just tried on rings to her hearts content. Evidently ... I needed a new ring too. They buffed them up before we took them home and I thought everything was reasonably priced.Its not a fancy place and .. it can read a little disheveled but dont let that dissuade you. Friendly Great people, and wonderful finds at reasonable prices right there in Gilbert. Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE:I really wanted to like what I got and be a long time loyal customer but the quality is very very terrible and the customer service even worse. I spent a total of $288 (Belt Buckle: $222, no sterling silver hallmark and just says handmade on the back) (Belt: $66) not including shipping on a belt and a belt buckle. Both of which looked nice on the site but I urge people to be weary of the products sold at Alltribes. The hook of my belt buckle broke after literally only about 5 times of use and I only had it for about 2 weeks. I had to send the belt back twice and had to ask them (was not offered) to provide me a shipping label because I was tired of paying shipping. The customer sales rep was always rude and literally huffing and puffing on the phone while Im trying to state my case. The belt was dry (very dry) the first time I received it and was cracking everywhere and Im not sure they cared to read the size I put for the belt when I ordered because I got a belt an entire ten inches bigger than what I put down. The second time I explained exactly what size I needed and they gave me another dry cracking belt with only one belt hole and when I called the woman I spoke to said we thought you can make the rest of the holes if you need to. I thought that was ridiculous. They are going to try and repair the belt buckle but well see about that because I do not think it will last at all and I tried explaining this and they would not even consider giving me my money back. Oh and I got store credit for the belt! Didnt stand behind that product either. If you want something of quality and unique go to Etsy and buy from a small shop. It might take a bit longer to get but the care and quality is there and it is way better than going through this hassle. And just to be clear I DO NOT LIKE WRITING ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I really do not like it one bit and I wanted this to be a simple transaction but I think that people should really read and have experience before buying from this company.Update: Do not believe the below rebuttal from the company. Everything I have said is 100% accurate and I have no reason at all to waste my time and lie on a negative review. And I respect all elders but when someone seems to be annoyed with me calling about my order does that mean I should just let it go? Not at all. But the rep being older has nothing to due with the quality of the items I received. She was there to take calls and I had many issues. And look at this. They admitted to a faulty dry cracking belt and blamed it on the artist trying a different new technique. Well....they still sent me that dry cracking faulty belt banking on me being inexperienced and just accepting a low quality belt. If they knew it was dry and cracking then why even package it and try to sell it. Real handmade items are made with care and if they are done incorrectly they are re-made before even sending the item out. And the second belt was just the same. A tad better but still dry and cracking with only one belt hole. Proof they do not care or respect their customers or the money they spend for the items there. I wrote this so other people dont have to go through what I did. Just goes to show they do not value customers at all with the way they wrote what they did saying I am pretty much not telling the truth and dont understand handmade quality items. Its the people who understand quality and service that have issues with Alltribes not the other way around. Just please read other negative reviews about this company before you make a purchase because they are 100% in line of what I experienced. Oh and the company keeps on flagging my review on Trust Pilot and getting them to take it down which is just another reason to just take your business elsewhere. They do not stand by their work and if anyone had a problem then they do things like try and say you are lying and try and take your review down. Good think they cant take it down anywhere else.

This bracelet seems to me to be the ultimate Native American design! Its just great!I looked at allot of sites and hundreds of styles and I kept coming back to this simpler design, but authentic design. I wear it every day, and enjoy it immensely.Somehow it reminds me of Route 66 of the 1950s with dozens of Indian Curio Stores in Arizona and New Mexico, that we visited on our family vacations and somehow this design seems to represent that time and place too me! Very pleased to say the least!

I like this thing. I think its 100% copper. My wrist has not turned green. I got it to help with arthritis. Everything I read says copper stuff doesnt work to reduce arthritis pain. They say your money is better spent on fish oil. They are probably right. But I think the bracelet helps a little. If it helps 10% Ill take it. Ill take 2%. Plus it looks cool, like the silver link ID bracelet I had when I was a kid. It doesnt pull hairs. I also think its doing me some good, and thats really what matters, no?

I have been searching the internet for years, looking for the perfect cuff for my husband. Finally I thought I had found it. But after it came in the mail, I realized it was not the one. A week after the return, I called and talked with Teresa about my refund when I found out I had not read the return instructions completely, and instead of a refund I got store credit. I was bummed cause I had now found the perfect cuff on another site. No worries she said we can make it for you. Which they did, and it was beautiful. Sadly when I surprised him with it, it was too big. I called Teresa again, holding my breath when I told her it was too big. She said, no problem, send it back and we will make another one, just email us a picture of his wrist with the correct measurements. Six weeks later, the prefect cuff came in the mail. This store is very nice and has many beautiful items however I’m giving it 1 star due to service. One of the women working there literally followed my boyfriend and I around the entire store. I get that they don’t want people stealing but come on, they have cameras and you don’t need to literally stand right behind me while I’m looking around the entire store. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable, rushed, and as if I couldn’t really stop to look at anything. I didn’t even have a bag on me so I don’t know where this woman thought we would be putting things if we were stealing. She was also very condescending and rude. My boyfriend and I aren’t suspicious looking people either, and I really don’t appreciate being treated as if I’m stealing just for walking into a store. I’m not going to give you my service if you’re treating me like I’m stealing when I’ve done nothing to even seem like I am. Maybe we seemed suspicious when we came in because we had some trouble opening the very heavy door, which also had a large dog standing right behind it barking at us. Maybe don’t have an aggressive dog at your store either.

Took jewelry to get it appraised and they wanted $75 per piece just to tell me how much its worth and I had 20 pieces so that was definitely not worth it when people can share information for free. Plus I have some old Navajo signed turquoise that he threw around on the table and tray like it was nothing and then offered me $300 for everything when I know one piece is worth 1200 easy. The guy was actually not even friendly. Very rude and self-centered. I would never recommend this place to anybody. 0 customer service and it was complete waste of time driving there.

They have a ton of jewelry, such a huge warehouse of Native American Jewelry. They do repairs, custom orders, and they buy jewelry collections everyday. They are also always looking for Silversmiths. The owner is an interesting guy. They also have a jewelry shop with Native American artists working full time.

I ordered a silver & turquoise belt buckle for my sons 50th birthday. It was even more beautiful than the picture showed. I wanted to have it engraved but when I took it to the engraver she didnt know if she could do it if it had a coating on it. So I call Alltribes and they assured me it did not have a coating and would engrave fine. So I had it engraved and gave it to him and he absolutely loved it. The people at Alltribes (both times I talked with them) were very helpful and knowledgeable about their items. I will buy from them again.

Do not shop here!!!!!! Bought a bracelet here and an hour after I left a stone came out. I went to return it and they refused to return it because they sizes it for me. Excellent chocker, love it, beautiful. Just wish you would put Velcro closures on them instead of ties. I cut them off and use Velcro to make it much easier to put on. Those ties just about make it impossible for one person to put them on.

Liars. Completely ripped me off - bought a Hopi belt buckle thinking it was authentic Hopi overlay but its not. Took it to a respected Native American jeweler and they informed me that it is most likely made overseas and the hallmarks are not of any Hopi artist they have seen. On his site he list it with Turquoise Belt Buckle with its Hopi motif - motif being the misleading term to imply its Hopi made - but its not. Absolutely livid - this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.UPDATE: The owner says this review is fake - he says they carries no such product. SKU #: 0015-23488-BB / SKU #: 0575-23287-BB / SKU #: 2012-6257-BB - the item is a fake and not real Hopi. He twists words to make it sound authentic to fleece anyone who doesnt actually know or care. The price difference between real and fake Hopi jewelry is enormous. Imagine paying double the price for fake gold?

The Coral Pendant I purchased is beautiful and unique - was promptly shipped - Great Company!

It really is beautiful. But I was disappointed in the materials. Several of the leather strips are frayed and Im and I am not sire how well they will hold up. I am framing it so it should be ok, but if I was not making it stable, Im afraid it would tear loose.
