Worked with Scott in parts and Victor in service to fix some issues with my V450 trencher and these guys went above and beyond to find a solution. Helpful, friendly and efficient very happy with my interactions.

Have bought two woodchippers from Vermeer Southwest one from Keith one from Scott. The sales part is the easy part but the customer service is the reason for the 5 star review !!! I have called Keith and scott both all hours if the night with chipper questions but Recently i had a flat tire on my 8000lb bc 1500 and the rim was damaged !! My sales guy scott came outside and changed that tire on the side of the road !! Brought me out a brand new rim and tire changed it in a 100F+ day !! That’s customer service !! 5 stars best customer service I have had anywhere with any of my Equiptment !!

I have had great service all the way around . i have chippers and stump grinders that i have purchased from Vermeer, Michael Leonard has been a great salesman and friend . Thanks everyone from sales to service and in the accounting office

Took months to get my order and every person I talked with was extremly unprofessional. Borderline fraud. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Wouldnt be surprised if these guys arent around much longer.
