Buyer beware on Bullfrog spas. We put down a deposit in May with Tammy at the Gilbert store and were told late September. We fully accepted that delivery date. I never pestered them and finally called today because we have not heard a word. New manager (Gary) basically tells me they are a mess with backed up orders. Our spa hasnt even begun to be built. I suggested maybe I just get a refund on my deposit and he tries to tell me thats not an option. Excuse Me!! You havent even started our spa and Im suppose to be out my deposit money?? Three weeks ago they had spas in the Costco store in Gilbert and were selling them at a cheaper price then we paid in May. How can they be selling more spas when they cant even deliver one that was ordered back in May. Warning to anyone who is thinking of ordering.

We ordered our Bull Frog Spa first week of May 2021 from the Gilbert store. We were told at that time we would be contacted in August for a September delivery. Seemed like a long wait but we couldnt have been more excited. August came and I didnt hear from Bull Frog so I called the Gilbert Store only to be told it wouldnt be until October before the spa would be delivered. Well its now October and no communication from Bull Frog again. I called the Gilbert store again only to be told that it would now be November or December. Bottom line is they have a bevy of excuses but no idea when it will be delivered. To add insult to injury, your down payment is non refundable after three days.

Excellent service and attention to detail and personalization here at this Bullfrog location! Tammy was so accommodating and helpful in helping us choose the right spa and jet packs that suited our needs. She even took the time to allow us to test out several jet packs before we made our finals decisions. We looked at a few other places and I am so glad we decided to go with Bullfrog. We are more than pleased and highly recommend you check them out! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

The benefits of our Bullfrog Spa are AMAZING 🤩, more on that in a moment.Our kids had been begging us for years to get a spa. They love the pool, but lets face it, the water is ice cold 🥶 in winter.We started shopping. After Googling what to look for we were more confident shoppers.As luck would have it, we discovered a tent sale at SanTan Village, where we met Tammy at Bullfrog 🐸, the woman who ultimately sold us our A7 spa.Tammy is a 5-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ awesome salesperson in my opinion.My wife and I went with a list of questions, even though weve had a pool our entire married lives, weve never owned a spa and honestly didnt know much about their care.Tammy never tried to sell us, all she did was educate us and answer every single question we had.There was no pressure.There was no hurry up, people.There was no make a decision now.Tammy didnt rush us, she allowed us to take our time.This was by far one of the best purchase experiences Ive had in a long time. Investing that kind of money feels great when all of your questions have been answered. Additionally, we were comfortable making the buying decision because we knew we were dealing with a company that has integrity and backs up their product.Now, lets talk about the benefits of the spa Id mentioned at the start of my review.In the first weekend of use we had some of the best family time. I literally spent three hours in the spa one night with two of my kids. We talked and laughed the entire night. The spa has become the living room, without technology interrupting our family time. Last night, my wife and I got in the spa with my two oldest boys and one of their girlfriends. Again, the conversation went on for hours.I highly recommend getting a Bullfrog spa for your backyard. Ask for Tammy, too. She is awesome.

Her knowledge and patience on us newbie spa owners is commendable.No pressure selling, just excellent and concise advice on picking the right spa and more importantly the awesome jet packs.Instore testing of the spa and the packs was a great experience her expertise greatly assisted in picking the right jet packs.Communication on delivery was great and final delivery and fitting was done professionally and quickly.5 Stars is not enough!

My wife and I needed to replace our aging hot tub. We wanted something that really provided excellent therapy while holding up in the Arizona sun. After doing our research, we ended up at the Gilbert Bullfrog store. Working closely with Tammy, she listened to our needs and put us into the spa we really needed. The only challenge we had was getting the spa built. COVID caused significant delays, in large part due to a much stronger demand for spas. Jonathan was able to get our spa delivered sooner that the factory originally said they could get it to us, beating the original delivery date by as much as two months. Delivery went smoothly and we can tell you that the spa and the service we received has exceeded our expectations. We both would highly recommend the Gilbert Bullfrog Spa store and Tammy and Jonathan if you’re looking to add a spa to your yard. Just be patient...

Im only commenting on the service we received from Jonathan today as we havent yet had the hot tub installed. But man, no pressure, no BS, not attempted upsells at all. Maybe its why we ended up buying the most expensive one, I dont know. But the experience today was great! Ill be giving more reviews after the prices is complete, but so far so good.

We could not be more pleased with our Bullfrog spa. From the moment we walked in the door at the Gilbert store, our experience has been nothing short of suberb. We got a BIGGER spa than wed planned for LESS money than we expected. (We got the R7.) The jetpaks are fantastic. The color is gorgeous. Its easy to use. Easy to care for. FANTASTIC to soak in. Simple to maintain. Jonathan gave us outstanding service. The install crew knew exactly what they were doing and were in and out in about 2 hours. Recommended without reservation. Do it!

Purchased an A8 spa from Tammy a while back and had a great experience. Came in to buy some supplies and ask a few questions and not only did she remember us but she treated us and the other folks in the store wonderfully. Love our spa and love the great customer service.

The SPA has nice features. However, The Gilbert store doesnt know the meaning of customer service. Already have two issues with the new SPA and the store owner will not call back, response to emails or texts. I had to call Bullfrog headquarters and they asking me to call the dealer... The same dealer that doesnt response. Next step is to escalate to the regional manager. I will not buy anymore Bullfrog products based on the store experience.

We had to wait a while to get our new spa, but it was well worth it... great pricing and they were communicating thru the whole build. Tammy has been great with any questions that we have had as well!

I had a great experience with Bullfrog Spas. My salesman, Jeff, was helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the features, listened to what I was interested in and made suggestions. He was friendly and did not pressure me. My delivery guys were also great. They came on time, set up quickly and answered all my questions. The spa heated up overnight and two of my grandchildren enjoyed it with me the next day. I had two follow up calls from representatives, including Jeff, to make sure I was satisfied and that everything went well. I would recommend Bullfrog Spas Factory store to everyone!

We cant say enough about Bullfrog Spas and the great experience we had buying our spa from them! From first meeting Jonathan (the best in the business!), to having everything delivered and set-up, we couldnt have been happier... we HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to buy an amazing spa, we use ours more than we even thought we would!

If I could select no stars I would. No idea what the salespersons name was cause she didnt bother to give it to us. We, my husband and I, walked out of the store not wanting to do any business with this company because of her. Her response to our questions was short and given with the inflection that we shouldve known the answer. Basically her attitude was the worst weve encountered in a salesperson. She acted like she was doing us a favor. We wont be back.

My Wife and I are new to the valley, moving here from Minnesota last Oct. We decided to have a hot tub installed in our back yard and started our search and research. After going to other spa stores in the area, we found Bull Frog Spas in Gilbert. We walked into the factory store and looked around. Tammy was talking to some other customers so we just looked around at the demo models. Tammy called us over to listen to what she was telling the others. After she got done with them she spent quite a bit of time with us and our many questions. She was a fantastic salesperson, and a joy to work with. Needless to say we ordered a spa from her that night. Tammy was very patient with us as we tried to understand the different jet packs, she was very helpful with us to choose the options. The whole process working with Tammy was effortless and absolutely no pressure. I sold my first Bullfrog spa when I moved to AZ. I purchased my current spa from the factory store In Gilbert without considering any other brand. If you have not experienced a Bullfrog spa be sure to do this before purchasing any other brand. Trust me, you need to see how Jetpacks work. If you are buying anywhere in the Phoenix area you should go see Tammy in the Factory store. Whether you dislike sales people or love to be sold on a product, Tammy is the type of salesperson that you want to deal with. She is professional, if not fun, and knowledgeable, about all things Bullfrog. Tammy will be able to answer all of your questions, walk you through the buying process, and follow up with any concerns from purchase to delivery and set-up, to ongoing spa maintenance.

Best hot tub buying experience. Since summer vacation plans are indefinitely on hold, we decided to get a hot tub instead. We looked around and even considered going for a plug in spa at Costco. Tammy was our person and she answered all our questions and told us all the benefits of the jet packs while using less energy and chlorine, it was a no brainer. She even referred us to a fantastic electrician and when we got our hot tub a week later (we got lucky because ours was in stock) the delivery company did a great job and let me take pictures and notes on how to maintain it. Thanks Tammy, we lover our Bullfrog spa!

My husband and I bought a Spa at Bull Frog Spas in Gilbert, Tammy was our salesperson. She was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and on top of the game. We had done a lot of research and shopped at several Spa stores once we spoke with her we knew we were in the right location. We have continued to stop in the store with concerns and questions and each time she put our minds at ease and is always willing to help. This was by far one of the best companies I have ever purchased from. The quality of these spas is extraordinary. I cant imagine wasting money on some of the low quality tubs that are out there. To be honest, I had a few small issues in the beginning with the tub, and they were handled flawlessly by Jonathan and Jeff at the Gilbert location and Todd at corporate. Companies that stand fully behind their products are hard to find these days, and when the product is designed and works incredibly it is a double win! Couldnt be happier!

The spa itself is great. We purchased a 2020 instead of a floor model. We were told we were getting speakers around all the headrest so we added the sound system. It came with the speakers relocated inside the fiberglass shell. The sound is terrible. We would not have purchased the stero sound system if we had been told the design changed. We dont even use the sound due to the quality of the speakers and sub woofer. Would give it 5 stars if it were not for the sound system and stereo speakers. Frustrated that we spent the money on the add on.

Great service from bullfrog! Jeff regularly followed up on my calls and made sure I had answers to all my questions. I also didnt feel pressured to buy one which I appreciated. Have enjoyed my spa regularly for 6 months and am very happy I bought it. The interchangeable jet packs are very nice and I can use them differently as I need or want to. I hope to enjoy it for many more years to come.

Great sales staff they really took care of me. I like my tub. I got the basic model 110v it gets the job done. My recommendation would be if you can afford it and having a plug installed youll be more satisfied with the 220v. The 110v was what I could afford unfortunately it doesnt heat on the full jet speed only on low setting and could be a little more powerful in my opinion but thats what to expect from the lower voltage model

When our pool contractor heard we were interested in getting a hot tub/spa he offered some practical advice. He suggested we go with a top brand - he named both Jacuzzi and Bullfrog. Since his company handles home warranty maintenance for hot tubs - his experience has proven that top name spas do not fail as often as other brands. But when a part needs to be replaced, it can easily be sourced. You dont have to worry about getting knock off supplies that are not built to spec.We had never heard of Bullfrog and asked him why he would recommend that brand. He explained the efficient design of the underlying plumbing and how points of failure were minimized. He also said they have an excellent track record and are made in the USA.We did our due diligence and wet tested both Jacuzzi and Bullfrog spas. We liked models from both brands, but to us, Bullfrog gave us the variety of features and the best feel overall. Jonathan Bradford, from the Gilbert, AZ location provided an excellent offer and took great care of us from order to installation. Jonathan answered all our questions and visited our home after the install to make sure we were all set. Great service, excellent product! We have owned our Bullfrog for two months and only wished we purchased it years ago!

We had a great experience working with Jeff on the purchase of a Bullfrog Spa. We have purchased other spa brands previously, but the features, design, and construction of a Bullfrog Spa are much better than other brands. Jeff provided a no-pressure sales environment while explaining all of the innovations, details and features. Delivery time was set and they arrived as scheduled. Jeff followed up several times after delivery to insure that we were happy with our purchase.

Love this store! I I bought my Bullfrog spa from them a year and 3 months ago. The great customer experience and service has never ended! While I pretty much thought customer service was a thing of the past Jonathan the manager and Pam in sales proved me wrong! They have been great with every aspect of buying and owning a Bullfrog spa. After owning others spas who say they have the best spa to find out later that it wasn’t true, I can honestly say my Bullfrog spa is the best! I have enjoyed many relaxing hours in it with minimal maintenance. Sales people usually try and just sell you whatever they can but not with Jonathan and his staff. I know they helped me get what spa was best for me and not just to make a sale. I highly recommend buying a spa from them, which might not sound like much but for me to give someone a high recommendation means they deserved it because I am a tough consumer!

I absolutely love my hot tub. The best massage ever. I no longer go to my reflexology and the foot jets do the job and I save $60 a month. Great service from when I bought the soap to when I had it. Every time I am sore the jet packs melt it away. I went into store the other night and it was closed, however, the lady opened up and gave my son a led frog and free test strips. Very happy purchase

Talk about above and beyond...This is one of those rare times I would give more stars if I could Visited the showroom a couple of times and the salesperson and manager were great, no hard sell and they answered all our question. After a couple of weeks we decided on an R7 and went in to ordered it which went very great. Spa was ordered and set for delivery. The delivery company did a great job and gave us easy to understand instructions on the care and upkeep. Now here is the Above and Beyond.. A couple of handrails were missing and the store manager came down early the next morning to deliver and install the handrails... How great is that... This is customer service the way it should be

If you are serious about looking for a hot tub skip this store. The sales lady was so belittling when we asked even the simplest of questions. She made us feel stupid for asking questions regarding the Bullfrog line. Like which is your top model. Seriously I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a sales associate.

Im a proud owner of a Bullfrog Spa. My wife and I have now had our spa for almost a month and we cant believe how much we enjoy it. You can really see and feel the workmanship and the quality of this Spa as compared to the competition. Because of the design of the spa using jetpacks each seat has so much more water flow than our previous spa that it is hard to even compare.But most importantly beyond the fact that this is a great Spa I really want to say thank you to the people at the Gilbert store for the way theyve treated us and how they handled a very small issue that we had at delivery. Jonathan took care of me almost immediately and went above and beyond (times 10) to make me a very happy customer.
