Nice place. Salesman very friendly, not pushy at all. Just pointed out differences among models, price points. Knowledgeable. Fairly large store. Lots of different models of tread mills.

Quick and personable customer service. Decent selection of floor models to try out. Small on-site inventory; usually requires site-to-store delivery with 2-, 3-day wait. Small selection of used equipment; majority of inventory is new. Very good prices on most new equipment, especially house brands like Horizon and Matrix.

Visited the store many times before purchasing. Patrick was always friendly, never pushy. Felt very comfortable with my purchase as he always answered my questions, never tried to over sale.
