If you have a need or desire to have custom t-shirts made, I highly recommended Tees and More at 2470 Val Vista Drive. My son is having a birthday during this covid time, and because we do not wish to have a large gathering in an indoor environment, we decided on a small party. We wanted to create a humorous shirt that commemorated his birthday during this strange time. We were unsure exactly how to go about it, but we wanted to use a locally owned business. We called a few local businesses, but my sense was maybe an employee answered the call, or if not, we were still left scratching our head as to how to get it done.I made one last call to Tees and More. Barb answered the phone. Right away she was able to help us on how to do what we were trying to do. You could feel her experience. I liked her. She appeared knowledgeable and the pricing more than fair based on other price quotes.When I need more custom work done, I will be using this company. And when anyone asks if I have a recommendation, I will gladly recommend Tees and More.

Tees and More did a great job for me. I really wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, other than my sons baseball team logo. They showed me several options and asked me questions about things I liked and did not like. Based on my answers, her recommendations for styles and sizing ended up being spot on. I love the items they made for me. In addition, I had waited until the last minute and the turn around was faster than promised. They did a great job and highly recommend supporting this local business!

My experience with Tees and More was great!The online lab itself is pretty simple and neat. The graphics in the online lab are a bit elementary so its hard to really get a clear visual on what your shirt will look like for sure, but I didnt have any trouble using the lab to upload designs I had made beforehand. Maybe due to some online glitches, the colors in the images I uploaded for the design were somewhat inaccurate. This discouraged me a little as I was more unsure of what the final product would look like so I didnt contact them; however, I was contacted directly through email by Jennifer.She informed me that the online lab was new and wanted some feedback. I felt reassured by her initiative to provide additional assistance and service so I continued the process from there.My project was for an organization I am currently interning with. They wanted the shirts done within the week. I was out of town and felt sorry to rush Jennifer and her team, but they were more than helpful and amazing. They were prompt with emails and answered my calls. I also got additional help from Barb when Jennifer was unavailable. It went relatively smoothly.At first, they said it usually would take about a week to finish an order, which is entirely understandable so I wouldnt have even been upset at all. However, they were SO awesome and finished the order for us in just a few days! I was impressed and grateful! Thats not all! Since I was out of town, I told members of the organization to pick up the order before they closed on Friday, but none of the members were able to. Jennifer and her team were so understanding. They sent someone to the store to allow my colleagues to pick up the order on a Saturday morning even though they are closed for the weekends. I was so thankful for their kindness.The shirts are awesome. The service is awesome. Theyre awesome.

HORRIBLE customer service! They didn’t give us a whole size of our t shirt order and when we told them we never received them they came back and said we would have to repay for them if we wanted them.Also, they’re not friendly when you walk in. They’re abrasive and treat you like you’re putting them out. Took my business to Ten Cow Tees and am SO happy I did!Quality of the actual shirt and print was nice, too bad they didn’t give us what we paid for because they lost out on all of our business.

If I could give a zero I would. We came in to order shirts from our business. As we were sitting down to discuss it, people would walk in and Tara would stop us in mid sentence and ask if they were here to pick up and order or why they were here. There was another gal at her desk without anyone in front of her. The other gal did intervene and say she would help the lady that came in. (I was thankful for her) She then began a whole conversation with someone that walked in while we were right in front if her about a design she thought would be great for this other person.After talking of options Tara kept telling us she would see if she could find the shirts we needed but kept trying to sell us a v neck tshirts when all our employees are men which we explained. When we came back in again she told my husband she could give him the v neck and he asked if we could get it in the crew neck she couldnt ever just answer us or send a quote with what we needed. I got the impression that they were just too busy to help us because the last conversation I had with her was can I get a quote today (this is 3 days later) she told me they had two big orders to get out today and she had to leave by 300 pm so it sounded like we were on the back burner again. This was just super frustrating for us and I prefer to keep my business in Gilbert but another tee shirt place was more professional and much easier to work with and never made us feel as if they were too busy for us. We had a good experience there with a gentleman about 5months ago. Maybe its a fine place if you dont deal with Tara. Maybe she just does not handle stress well but it was the most unprofessional service we have received in a very long time!I am sad to have to go elsewhere. We called and asked for the owner and Tara hung up on us 3 times. She claimed the owner had retired and Jen was the owner. We are calling Jen today to see if she is truly the owner as the gentleman we dealt with before was the owner and did a great job for us.

I agree with Kris review, i was subjected to the same poor service but i also witnessed how rude both of these ladys are when customers questioned ANYTHING that was wrong with their orders! I should have gone elsewhere right away (which is what i ended up doing) but i had already ordered, NOT ONE THING was right!!! i am not kidding... and of course i knew better than to say a thing, i now have a new box of expensive rags. Dont waist your money or your time on this terrible business, oh ya they are not open on Saturday, what a joke!

I have never had such a consistently bad experience. Who ever owns this place must be rich, because they do not care if you come back. The girls up front Jennifer and someone else act like you are interrupting their social time on the phone and would rather you just leave then put in an order. DO NOT ASK when your order will be ready. They take extreme offense to you wanting to know when screen printing will be done. They have no idea and do not want to make a prediction, Bottom line save your self the aggravation and dealing with mean people and go somewhere else.

If i could give a zero i would! Went in and to have a small project done. And after the girl comes out to talk to me she asks about the design and as I start to tell her another couple walk that she obviously knew and she starts talking to them and they sit down! The female customer says oh Im sorry did we cut you off.? And the sales lady says oh yea when do you need them by? and I say next week she then says oh no I cant do it then. So I said fine and walked out! They were rude and unless you have a large project they dont want to help you!

Worst place in the southwest. People are rude in the front and will leave you standing there forever before helping you. Jennifer is the rudest person I have ever met.

Horrible customer service tried using them in a crunch. Kept saying be done tomorrow. Tomorrow never came and when I demanded my deposit back Jennifer actually called yelling at my secretary.
