As a maintenance manager in the area, I depend on suppliers like Grainger to keep my plant running. This branch has always provided great service and the staff knows the products theyre selling. They have always delivered when I need parts fast, which is why Ive been a customer for years.

Not 2A friendly as they have a no firearms policy posted. Did not have any parts that I was looking for in stock. Otherwise, friendly staff.Edit: My main complaint is your no firearms policy. You say you have a no firearms policy for the safety of your employees and customers. I was a customer and I didn’t feel safe leaving my gun in my car to comply with your rules. A couple questions for you:1. How does your policy/sign keep someone with a gun and intent to do harm out of your store?2. Would you really prefer your customers leave their loaded firearms unattended in their vehicles for a criminal to steal?
This store has gone downhill in the past couple months. They cant seem to ever be able to check in overnight pallets, then can never find the parts that are supposed to be on those pallets (special orders). Seriously considering switching to the Phoenix branch if this store cant get it together quickly.

Make sure you have the right part before you leave the store otherwise you wont get a refund, even once youve returned the product to the store. Been waiting for our refund for almost 3 weeks. My husband has been in twice times since he returned the wrong part. He has been told three times the money will be refunded to our account, weve waited the time we were told each time and still havent gotten it. I have never had such trouble returning anything anywhere. He should have known better when the part wasnt put on will call like he was told it was by the employee over the phone. May be time for new employees or training the ones they have to actually do their job correctly.

Spent 15 minutes with the salesperson Manny looking for hard attachable hearing protection that he had on his screen in 2 minutes just for him to tell me he doesnt have it in stock 15 minutes later. Would of been nice if he said that in the beginning instead of wasting my time.
Very disappointed. This branch failed to fulfill my online order. One of the rep told me my order was cancelled two weeks ago but the official grainger email states clearly that my order will be available to pickup till today. No further explanation and no assistance to re-order again. Will not recommend this branch to any business.

Extremely slow and unable to navigate the computer, which looked to be on the Grainger retail site. jerry was not only almost unable to find what I was looking for (with my help only), he then saw my use of a corporate credit card for $7 as a high-security transaction that required multiple forms of ID as well as a couple of sideways glances. I will be using one of the other locations, as this one was out of stock of almost everything I was looking for anyway. FYI Jerry, brass bushings do not work as steel spacers.

Ordered a product that was supposed to be in on Wednesday. I showed up on Thursday and it was still not there. I changed my order the same day and they assured me it would be there mid-day Friday. I called before driving out the second time only to find out that it is delayed till Monday. The weekend is now wasted and I must wait two more weeks for another window. Your experience may vary but I am first time and last time customer.

If i could give 0 stars I would every time I go to this location there is a older gentleman with a goaty who so rude to me every time the problem is I dont know what i ever did to him but to order parts so today he was rude again i told him nevermind I will just go some where else and he told thats fine with him go so if you ever stop there dont waste your time with him find another sale rep and another sale rep not available just leave so he dont mess up your day im thinking about pulling my account and going some where else sign never going back
Ordered a box of screws hands was told they would be in 0930 next morning. Got there at about 1030 no screws, was told be there at 1230 no screws. All I got was sorry about that but you can drive to pick them up or wait another day. Told them to cancel the order and not charge my credit card. Very slow to wait on customers and dont acknowledge customers when they enter.
The employees are abrupt and border on rude. Products are overpriced.
If this location doesnt have it in stock and you have to order something DONT wast your time. They will tell they ordered it but for some reason they dont.
I wish they would stand by there word they said my parts would come in Monday well Monday came and went told me Tuesday morning well Tuesday afternoon I was canceling my order dont waste your time here
