Awesome cookies & employees!!! Cute little place.

Yummy Cookies, the lemon one was on point. The store could be more inviting, it looked like they just opened up it was just a odd environment. Over all cookies are delicious.

I was sad to see the sweet tooth fairy close, but after trying Chunk out, I am learning to get over the change. Chunk has very good cookies, that are bigger than you can imagine.. on par with Crumbl for sure. I have not had a cookie I did not like here, and the extra gooey piece of cookie they throw on top is always welcome to bite into. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 simply because I find the menu can sometimes be limiting.. especially if you dont care for chocolate and also dont want something too sweet. I have also had several occasions where some of the cookies were cold, but they usually make sure you leave with nice warm cookies. There is no seating here, just a place to stand and a counter to get your cookies at. I would definitely check this place out if you have not stopped by here before.

I don’t ever remember having such great tasting cookies. I ordered 4 different flavors. The one (all I could eat -very filling & no leftovers) I ate was amazing. I will definitely return. Hoping they bake a ginger cookie for the holidays 😍

Okay so I would say the employees where two young girls who I feel can deliver more customer skills. There are very quiet and could use some personality. Other hand THE COOKIES WERE THE BEST!! I would have to say better then cookie crumbles cookies for sure! Definitely try apple pie cookie !

It been so long since I experienced a hot & fresh delightful treat like a plain and simple chocolate chip 🍪 cookie. It was AMAZING! 👏👏👏

Pumpkin was raw. Biscoff was so sweet it hurt my mouth, I threw both in the trash. Chocolate chip was also way too sweet but edible dipped in coffee. The one star is for the reeses it was pretty good. Overall will not get cookies here again.

They look good but arent. Served to us cold, the chocolate chip oatmeal was not fully cooked and the pumpkin spice wasnt either. It was like holding not cooked dough with frosting on it. My kids ordered the blue cookie and didnt finish half because they didnt like them either.

These are absolutely delicious cookies! So much so that I frequently consider driving thirty minutes to get more. If you love giant, doughy cookies, this is your place. They are served warm (minus the funfetti which was straight out of the fridge). The service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be back for more!

Went there to try their 4 cookies in a box. The chocolate chip is wonderful! The cookies were warm, straight from the oven. The chocolate chip one is slightly smaller, I couldnt resist nibbling a piece before taking the photo!!! Since they deliver to my zip code, will try delivery next time! This is a terrific gift idea to send a box if the recipient is in their zip code delivery area. They have 2 stores, one in Tempe, one in Gilbert. Love this business model, which works during the pandemic.

Ummm delicious !!! I deducted a star because the store front isn’t very inviting and the open sign was turned off even though they were open. Minor details but just nit picking lol but the cookies are seriously better than crumbl !!!

My favorite place to get cookies. I’ve tried all the cookie places popping up in gilbert and this is the best out of them all.

Usually one of my go to’s. Just tried to check the nutritional info, because every person should be calorie conscious, regardless of size. Based on your response, I’ll be ordering from Crumbl. They post their info without condescending comments.

We ordered these for grandpas birthday. They never delivered the cookies but sure did charge us $16 for the cookies. Two days later we asked grandpa how he liked the cookies and he had never gotten them. We called and they were very unapologetic. They delivered them two days late for us so at least they didnt rip us off completely.. Buyer beware!

Felt like a cookie after lunch -- our other 2 bakeries were closed and Im glad. Personally I dont know why this place is rated 4.1! Cookies were excellent! I cook for a living so Im VERY CRITICAL about food. I little doughy for me but I definitely think doughy is in. Highly recommended!

Every cookie here is so good! We placed a HUGE (like 750 cookies) order for an event and it was seamless and ready to go! They helped load my car and were so friendly and easy to work with!

Cookies honestly were not that great they taste overly sweet, the customer service was really bad from some kids young girls and I dont think I will be back. surprised they opened a place like this in Gilbert.

Sad to see all the negative reviews, my experience has been nothing like that. Customer services has been pretty good, store front is definitely sparse, but the cookies are AMAZING.

Our fantastic realtors had a box of 4 giant cookies delivered to our house and they were so delicious! There was no way we could eat them in one sitting (well, I could, but Im sure I wouldnt feel well) so we put them in the freezer and they were still just as delicious! I highly recommend!

These cookies were pretty bland. We got four different flavors and weren’t impressed with any of them. We actually couldn’t distinguish what the flavors of each cookie were supposed to be.

This place is SO rude I will not be returning here again. I am a recurring customer of chunk ever since they were strictly mobile, now that they have stores here in the valley I visit their Tempe location the most often. Tonight I went to their Greenfield location in full regret. I had tried calling the store 3-4 times to make an order ahead to just be sent voicemail each time. There’s a sign on the door that says their business hours are until 10pm, I get there at 9:57 and the lady is standing at the door already LOCKING it when there was still 3 minutes to spare. By the time I get to the door she walks away and starts to LAUGH with her coworker inside as they stare out door. I will ensure everyone knows about their horrible customer service skills & make sure we don’t return here again.

I’ve only had cookies delivered twice and both times they never showed. The first time my sister placed an order online to have them delivered to me for my birthday. When she called the store because they never arrived, they said they have issues with their system and the order never went through. Tonight I placed an order online and the same thing happened and I was told they have issues with their online ordering. The cookies are delicious, but they need to figure out what is wrong with their system, the person over the phone both times said it was an issue on their end as many other people were calling about the same problem.

Good cookies, the oreo style is my favorite. Not a lot of options, but they do swap out flavors every week.

Went to buy cookies and had none ready to go at all! Their excuse was their not busy so they dont have cooked ones poor management. Love the cookies and business but this location is poorly managed.

Good cookies. Terrible management who does not put their employees first. I did not work there but I saw how the team as a whole was treated. Would not recommend for employment.

TREAT YOSELF! If youre debating on trying these cookies.... Just. Do. It. You will not regret grabbing some of these massive treats. I recommend the Snickerdoodle, Raspberry and the Choco Chip. You can never go wrong with Choco Chip. A box is $10 and goes a LONG way.

Totally unaccommodating when trying to have one type of cookie delivered. It was too much effort to send 4 of one cookie.

Well there are a lot of cookie places out there and most of them are just mediocre at best. Chunk Cookies is by far the best out there.

Same thing as Crumbl Cookies. Taste is good, but over priced for cookies

We have been loyal Chunk fans since they first started and only delivered cookies to your door. I’m so glad they’ve found success and it’s no surprise since they have the best cookies. Their cookies are higher quality than other cookie shops and the taste is far superior. Plus their pricing is better and it’s a better bang for your buck because of their size.
