Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and patient. I visited the store and the lone employee (I didn’t catch his name... maybe Alex?) spent 30 minutes going over my part selections, giving recommendations, and pulling up websites to find the best prices. He didn’t try to sell me anything and was more than happy to provide advice. I was worried the staff would be condescending to me but his recommendations gave me the confidence to pull the trigger on a prebuilt gaming PC (since GPUs are out of stock everywhere)! Thank you!! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Says they are open, and to knock or call the phone number for them to unlock the door. Two groups of people tried and didnt get a response. Best to make an appointment.

These guys are absolute professionals at what they do. They’re experts at diagnosing and repairing PCs and are very knowledgeable about any issue you may have. Both Steve and his employees are kind and welcoming and are also always available to give their customers build advice. These guys really do go above and beyond for their customers, and they deserve all the business they can get and more. Worth every penny I spent, as my expectations were greatly exceeded. :)

I cant recommend this place enough! Ive worked with Alex on multiple occasions now and he has always gone above and beyond for me. I started out with a pre built PC I got from a big box store. I wanted to transition into a custom build. They helped saved me money on parts from my old PC into my new one. Any small issues that have come up with my PC they have solved that day within the hour! I dont even waste my time with online builders or retailers anymore. They are very COVID safe also.Support this local shop and you wont be disappointed.

Glad I found this spot, very professional and make great custom builds. Had my build ready in 2 days. This is my first pc and Steve made sure to show me everything I needed to know before I took it home, even went as far as helping me setup my steam and battlenet account.

These guys are amazing and they know their craft!! If you have any issues with your PC they will figure it out and will go above and beyond. Pricing is fair and AWESOME customer service. Will be coming back for any upgrades I cant do myself and any issues I have!

Went there one time and even though they didnt buy anything I had to offer the service was terrible. The guy I dealt with was not very friendly and had poor customer service skills.

I brought in three full systems and asked for a mini ITX system because I am moving to Japan I got my mini it system. just didn’t know that it was about to overheat I had also sold them multiple fans of high-quality and they didn’t have the decency to put any of them in my new case. On top of that it cost me just about $200 when I know all three systems combined were worth way more than what they gave me.

This is a great place to game and meet new people who are gamers. I have my own gaming PC but its nice to get out and be around other gamers. The machines are flawless and run every game I like to play perfectly. The prices are VERY affordable. If you are interested in PC gaming or maybe you have a PC thats older and cant play newer games, this place is absolutely a must!
