I love their juices, they carry brands you wont easily find elsewhere. They have a nice selection of mods and accessories, some higher-dollar stuff that Id usually have to order online and wait to receive. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a nice pup that always greets me when I come in. I wish they had every brand of juice that I like, but I can usually find those everywhere, so I understand that they are bringing value to a somewhat oversaturated market.

Ive been a proud supporter of this small business and the wonderful people that work there for five years.I smoked a pack a day for 11 years, and was intimidated by the idea of quitting cold turkey. When I decided to stop smoking cigarettes, the plan was to make the transition to vape and then, ultimately, to quit nicotine altogether. After researching, I ended up trying out Offbeat and Unique. I immediately loved the staff - very attentive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I have a ton of examples over the years of the amazing level of customer care - everything from the staff custom ordering juices and mods for me that they didnt normally carry in stock, to the owner TJ letting me borrow his own personal mod - a model I was considering ordering for myself - just so I could try it out for a week and make an informed decision. These guys are ALL ABOUT customer service. When I moved to a different part of town after my first year of patronage, I continued to make the 20-minute drive to their store from my new home, just so I could continue to support them and get the best service in town.Most importantly, the staff understood my ultimate goal of quitting nicotine and were extremely helpful. Over the years, at my request, the staff continuously ordered my preferred flavors in lower and lower nicotine concentrations, until the juice contained just a trace level of nicotine.As I write this review today, I am proud to say that I have now been able to completely quit the vape and have been nicotine free for over a month. These guys were absolutely invaluable, and even though I dont vape anymore, I still send them customers all the time - friends that I know who are quitting cigarettes and weening off of nicotine. I dont need to speculate as to the effectiveness of quitting nicotine over time through vaping; I am living proof that it is possible! Austin was awesome, great info, walked me through how to set up the device I bought. I had a terrible experience at a smoke shop but Austin worked with me to get a great device on a budget and Offbeat is the place to get educated about alternatives to cigarettes, they’re no smoke shop, they are a legit, modern, and professional.

I really like this vape shop. They have a good selection and a knowledgeable staff. I have been given good advice on flavors, machines and batteries on every visit and a staff recommendation became my main flavor for over a year. They have a killer rewards system and I found I was getting a discount almost every time I came in. I would drive out of the way to come here.

Still first class, and I wont go anywhere else. This is the first and only business where Ive come to view them as friends. When you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly and adorable chocolate dog and an eye-catching decor. If you are not sure of what type of Vape flavors or brands you would like to purchase, they will not only provide you with a catalog... they will sit down with you and explain how each liquid is manufactured and allow you to sample them as well. You never feel rushed here, on the contrary they make you feel as if your complete satisfaction is their only goal. The prices are reasonable and the merchandise is great quality. You can also buy mods/replacement parts here and they have a wide variety to choose from. I noticed they also have higher end vaping pipes (shaped like the ones you see Sherlock Holmes using in the movies).
