Perfect little hidden treasure of sugary deliciousness! First and foremost, tip of the hat for A+ customer service! The atmosphere is warm, modern and inviting. Very, very clean environment. The wide variety of ice cream, toppings and sauce selections made deciding difficult as I wanted to try everything. Heavenly bliss.. Thats what it was when I tasted their dessert. And as if that wasnt enough, they have a cats show playing continously on the tv. Recommend without hesitation!

Frozen Creamery is where my wife and I treat ourselves for a good week.. or a bad week.. its just our treat! What can be bad about Coffee AND Ice cream?!? The ice cream is excellent and comes in a wide variety of flavors. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are a coffee person be sure to try an Affogato!

Huge selection of flavors! Cozy and very clean. Super friendly staff. You can substitute ingredients and flavors - just ask. My todays Classic Affogato was top notch. We first tried Frozen Creamery about a week ago by chance, only because it was open early when all other ice cream places were still closed. Now it is our ice cream destination of choice.

I called about their ice cream cake options and spoke to Kristi. She was so nice and helpful. There are so many options to customize. I ordered an ice cream cake with banana and salted caramel ice creams and yellow cake. It was absolutely delicious! Thank you Frozen Creamery for making such a great birthday cake!

Black tie parfait with waffle cones was delicious. Ice cream was smooth and creamy and so flavorful. Parfait was expertly made and each bite was perfectly balanced with toppings and ice cream! One of the best sundaes I have had in Arizona. Will definitely be coming back. Service was great. Not pushy and made for a very comfortable and friendly experience. Allowed me to try several flavors, too!

When I got here with my friends on a week night (at about 7pm), this place ran out of the bubble waffle cone. This was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons to go there. The floats were not served with the remaining soda from the bottles, like you would typically get from other places. The ice cream was above average (the best part about this place), but you cant try the flavors before committing to order, again, like you typically can with other places. Prices seem on the high end for what you get.

This was real good. A little pricy, but worth it. They have a lot of flavors to choose from that it may take you a while just staying at the menu. I would suggest the Belgian waffle cone. They make the waffle fresh and so the ice cream melted in the coffee. It was so yummy. My favorite was after everything was done drinking up the remaining melted ice cream.

We came to try their non-dairy ice cream after seeing it on Channel 3. Delicious! Well be back.

We recently checked this place out, and we are still thinking about the delicious ice cream lattes we got here! We couldn’t decide if we wanted their delicious homemade ice cream, or a coffee drink, so why not both? They were each absolutely delicious, especially the one I got with the marshmallow treat ice cream. We definitely can’t wait to show friends and family this place!

Stingy with toppings...bought the bubble cone which should provide unlimited toppings, however, it was not worth the money. Yes, the ice cream was delicious, but I would like to have more toppings. Maybe do without the paper cone and just fit in the cup.

Your place is hard to find online even when I searching for it... For example, when I search ice cream in my iPhone (safari maps), nothing, when I search coffee it does not come up. While I know marketing is not the most fun thing to spend $$$ on, I think it would increase your sales volume which might allow you to reduce prices to a more market/area friendly rate. If you don’t want to reduce prices, come up with a more aggressive rewards membership program. Just some thoughts to consider...

This place is REALLY good. The caramel craze was honestly one of the best caramel desserts Ive ever had. My picky 3 year old also really enjoyed the simple vanilla ice cream offered. A little pricey though.

Such a cute place and crazy good ice cream! Lots of options to choose from and lots of flavors. The service was friendly and fast. They even have some board games you can play while eating your treat. The only downfall was that two of the tables were messy with ice cream and it was pretty much empty when we came in. No matter though, we will definitely be back!

Years back we had came to try this place. It was alright at the time. We decided to come back after a coworker recently said they were really good. We did! Came back and got the waffle bubble with seasonal Pumpkin cream ice cream. It was sooo good! I think they are so much better now. So happy with the customer service too! I like this place and would go back (weve been there twice). They have a pretty big menu in terms of ice cream related treats. The have unique flavor combos, and fun types of sundae combo/mash-ups. My little girls liked the options for kid-friendly flavors, I liked that they offered kid sized scoops so they werent too big for little ones, and I enjoyed the ice cream flavor combo that I got. The staff was super friendly and helpful both times we went and they seem to enjoy working there. I havent tried any of their drinks, coffees, or anything but would maybe do that next time since I love coffee. The only drawbacks that I could see is the plaza isnt a place I often drive to so its kind of its own separate trip which isnt the biggest deal but something to consider (though its located right next to Venezias Pizza which is always a great choice so pizza and ice cream are perfect). Their prices are a tad on the higher side but not outrageous especially compared to similar ice cream shops. The store is clean and nicely decorated with plenty of inside/outside seating from what I could tell. Give them a try :)

This place has AMAZING DRINKS and ICE-CREAM!!! My frozen drink was so delicious every sip was Amazing. My husband said the same thing everytime he drank his drink. And my daughter LOVED the ice-cream. We will definitely be back.

You would have gotten a 5 star for the quality of food. I stopped by Saturday evening about 8pm and there was a young gentleman sitting in customer area with his cellphone with head phones on. I am new to the area and I have been here 5 times. The 4 other visits, there was a smiling friendly face, young ladies, very helpful. If this is the way it is with the young man, I will come back when he is not here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hard to see the shop hidden in the mall from the street. Had a vanilla sweet cream coffee which was delicious. Definitely more of a dessert coffee. There are stronger coffee options as well. All in all a fun little hidden gem. The more natural route of the shop with the use of cane sugar etc was also very appealing

This place is Terrible! I was doing Grubhub and had to wait for two employees to make 4 drinks about 30 minutes for customers ahead of me. No one asked anything or even glanced my way. I don’t get it at Starbucks they would of been done with these drinks in 5 minutes. All they needed to do was hand me my order. Very disappointed with the service here.

Really good ice cream, and really friendly service.The ice cream here is great. I had cookie dough and my father had mint chocolate chip. The lovely Brazilian woman at the counter was very helpful and cheerful.I prefer this over something like coldstone because its local and in my opinion, better quality.

Lots of options when it comes to cold brew. Being a keto person, the sugar-free options and heavy whipping cream as a milk option were nice to see. FYI, they measure out the syrups, so our sugar-free coffees were VERY strong. Little too sweet for my liking. But we now know for next time.

I wish this place was right in my neighborhood!! We had the opportunity to take the grandchildren to Frozen Creamery during their Summer break. We had heard great things about this place but the experience exceeded the things we heard. The ice cream was phenomenal. The children left feeling very good with the treats and Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed the treats as well. The young lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. We noted they have much more than ice cream--they have a range of coffee based drinks that are the rage these days. This shop is a family-owned business versus a franchise so that is a huge plus. I encourage the owners to branch out--our area of Gilbert by Chandler Heights and Higley is starving for a venue like this. Best wishes to the owners for continued success and thank you for operating this store.

Frozen Creamery is fantastic! They have a broad selection of both coffee and ice cream choices, and outstanding customer service. We showed up around 30 minutes prior to their opening, not realizing what time they open. They were in the middle of a special event when we stopped by, and still they opened the doors and let us in, and made us our delicious coffee drinks. They’re our new favorite neighborhood coffee shop.

This is my familys favorite spot to go, they have unique drinks and the costumer service is outstanding! Every day after my sons class gets out he yells lets go see Candace! She always makes good conversation and is always so friendly! She is our favorite part about the creamery, besides the delicious items! It’s perfectfor a date activity, they have board games available, a great interview location, 11 out of 10 would recommend!
