We love Frost! Its easy to see why they have won so many awards. We always go for birthdays as they offer a free small gelato. All the favors are so good. I love that they also have many dairy free options. The staff were beyond friendly! So fun!

Huge selection of gelato. Everything weve tried has been very good and creamy. Maybe could use some flavors with more crunch but its a minor complaint. Very filling too. And the staff has been friendly.

Prices are about the same as other ice cream places and has lots of options for anyone and everyone. Would recommend if youre wanting something sweet and want to try something new. 😊

Never in my life had I ever tried something quite like frost. The first time I went their gelato marinated my taste buds with its sweet sensations. If you’ve never had gelato, specifically Frost’s gelato, let me tell you… Ice cream is NOTHING next to this place. I definitely recommend the raspberry and the lemon. I’m often in a fruity mood and that combo hits the spot every time.

Went with my two kids. Not a treat I would normally buy for kids, but I wanted to try it. I got the lotus cookie one for my kids to share and I got a shake. Both were FANTASTIC. I must have gone during a down time because there was no line. The gelato was creamy and the flavors were so good. I highly recommend when going out with adults, if you’re not afraid to spend a pretty penny on your desert!

I love this place so much! They are super awesome about being so patient and allowing you to taste a few flavors before you commit to one or more. The kids finally tried it for the first time and they loved it as well definitely going to turn into a more regular spot for us.

I absolutely LOVE Frost. Its our go-to sweet treat place and its not even near our house, thats how good it is. We drive for it and its worth it. We take all of our friends and family who come visit here and always recommend it. We even had them cater gelato for our wedding, withe the cutest gelato cart ever!On top of all of that, most of the gelato is gluten free, which is so nice. The staff are knowledgeable and always do an excellent job. I HIGHLY recommend Frost!

Too many flavors to choose! But the staff was super chill letting us try all of them before we picked. Note some maps have this located all wacky. It is inside the San Tan Village mall next to Cantina Lardeo.

An absolute gem in this hot climate, Frost is a weekly favorite of ours. The staff is friendly and the Gelato flavors are plentiful. Toasted Marshmallow and Lemon are my favorite go-tos, but you really cant go wrong with any of them. They have a lovely area inside and out to sit and enjoy your gelato, and theyll even bring around small water cups to go with your treat. I highly recommend you try Frost if youre in the area!

A little on the expensive side for ice cream, but its so good! We happened to hit it right in a lull, so we only had 2 people in front of us. Shortly after, the line was out the door. I got my favorite; dark chocolate and coconut. So good!

The absolute best there is in Arizona! Never a bad experience visiting here.

I have to admit that I was surprised when the man behind the counter came around and asked me if I would like a glass of water. Nice people. Also I really enjoyed my gelato so thats a plus. Ive also had some of their coffee, ice cream combos before and they were good. The music when I was in the store was modern as well. I also appreciate the dairy free options.

Customer service was a breath of fresh air. Made me miss going out and seeing friendly folk. Personal favorites are the Irish Whisky (big ladies and lads only), the one with peanuts on top (rightmost display), and dark chocolate.

Excellent experience here. Place was p.a.c.k.e.d. and yet the server who tended to me acted as if I was the only patron in the room and honestly I needed that this particular day. Everyones out and about now so going from ghost town to lines deep waiting, its easy to experience short temper and low patience but I must say I received better service than I thought I deserved and it felt great. My order picture says so much about whats going on in the world right now. Server could have thoughtlessly stacked these flavors bottom to top, but seemingly cared explicitly about what is considered to be the most proper way to display the shear awesomeness of the most fantastical flavors of our time...just for me. Peace sign? Maybe. Symbol of tasty unbelievability? You bet your bottom dollar Annie. Clean tasting, fresh and deliciously cold homemade Gelato. So frikin yum I didnt even remember the line.

6 of us ate here. Some flavors were incredible and dont not so much. I think samples would be better so you know what youre getting for the price. Expensive but worth if it you got a good flavor.

Easily the best gelato Ive ever had. And they have so many options. And theyre all amazing. I got some cherry one and it was heavenly. I keep wanting to go back. Very nice servers too. There was a very slow family in front of me last time and they did their best to take my order quickly so I didnt have to wait as long. Glad theres one near me.

Three weeks later and Im still dreaming about their gelato.I ordered their espresso gelato and was not disappointed. With three cases full of gelato, I almost had decision paralysis if not for the friendly staff giving me more than enough samples to try. They even have rotating seasonal flavors, so dont hesitate if you see something you want, because it might not be there!

I just visited Frost for the first time with friends who are big fans of the place. It did not disappoint! I will be back! They had many delicious flavors to choose from, including fruit flavors. The displays were creative and beautiful. The gelato was super creamy and fresh. The seating area was clean and the employees friendly and helpful. The 5 stars are well deserved.

Frost has an amazing staff, a high quality product, and they let you try as many samples as youd like. They get a lot of foot traffic, but they handle it well and dont make you feel rushed to make a decision on your flavor, which I appreciated as a first time customer. The young lady behind the counter also helped suggest which flavors I may like best and she was absolutely correct, so kudos to her! Ill totally be back! I wish Id taken a picture of my cup bc it was beautiful! Just trust me and give them a visit.

I wish they used reusable metal spoons. The plastic colorful spoons are so wasteful it makes me not want to try anything. It’s so easy just to buy metal spoons and wash them. Ice cream and service is good though. But I won’t be back until they get reusable spoons

The people are usually friendly (only time it wasnt was when we were asking business/franchise questions... I love learning any new business ideas... They didnt seem to love the questions). Other than that...I cant believe there arent more of these Gelato spots around. The flavors are great. If I think to call this gourmet Gelato isnt a stretch. They clearly use quality ingredients... Real, authentic ingredients ingredients for real, authentic flavor. Innovative, right? Use real strawberries for strawberry flavor! Or champagne for champagne flavor! But seriously, this is great. The equipment comes from Italy. A+.

Very yummy Gelato. Went there for the first time last night (8-24-19) and we met the owner. She is a very nice lady and very friendly. I am hoping my son will get a job there, because its seems like a really good work environment.

I was looking for a place that made you want to savor every single bite and this place exceeded expectations. Because Im mot allowed to eat this type of deliciousness very often, a small was more than enough. I also had great service as I tried about 5 flavors before choosing Alpencaramel.

Prices are high, but they have a line out the door so don’t expect the price to change. They need better line management. Lotus cookie is good.
