Its was okay. Nothing special to gave me say anything else on here. The employees were okay they didnt smile but they werent rude. The place was clean Ill give um that. But just a average donut shop

I ordered a sandwich, donut, and smoothie for delivery. I asked for ketchup on my sandwich which wasn’t there, which is small and not that big of a deal. The sandwich overall was not that great of quality but the donut was fine. When I tasted my smoothie, something tasted wrong and I could not figure out what it was. After calling the location, I found out they don’t even use real fruit. Nowhere in the item description did it say they used “powder and milk” to make their smoothies. What is the point of getting a smoothie if you don’t have the fresh fruit in it? It takes a lot to disappoint me enough to write a review. Won’t be eating here again :/

I love me some Bosa donuts and the 24 hour location on the S.W. corner of Val Vista and Elliot my favorite one! They are always so friendly and nice! I highly recommend trying the Tuna sandwich on a Bagel! It might sound weird, but you’ll eat every last bite guaranteed! It’s insanely good!

What’s not to love about this place? They are quick in their service it’s always busy but the line goes very fast. The food extremely fresh and very affordable. I highly recommend the Thai iced tea with Boba. One of my favorites

I generally LOVE bosa donuts so I was glad to see this one in the area. After a night of Xmas light looking, little Rian wanted a donut. He loves the strawberry glaze with sprinkles. Kamila loves the chocolate glaze with sprinkles. I generally love the fritters and classic donuts. Ericka got a classic with chocolate glaze and I was super stoked to try the mango jelly filling. It was BOMB! The place was clean and the folks working there were friendly. They offered hand sanitizer and socially distanced their tables. The place was busy with take out orders. Thanks y’all!

The food and service was great. I loved the maple long john and honeydew smoothie. However, they are still requiring masks even though the mask mandate has been lifted for a while now.

Went today to get Boba and Donuts . Met Mo the sales girl very friendly. But the iced coffee and Boba tasted like ashtray and coffee was so bad couldnt drink them threw both of them away completely full. Was absolutely disguising never tasting anything that awful before the coffee was obviously very old and were the ashtray taste came from I guess only MO will know. The donuts were good but flavorless the worst Bosa I have ever visited. Gonna stay away from all BOSA at this point . Dont GO HERE NOT WORTH THE 30 BUCKS FOR TWO ASHTRAY COFFEES AND A DOZEN DONUTS. Save your self the hassle and just go to Starbucks WE ended up there after all. And the drinks and service were spot on.

Twice a month we get those coupon in the mail buy a dozen, get half a dozen free. We love coming here since the staff are friendly. Donuts are yummy! Best paired with coffee. Theyre not dry and cakey. It could get busy on a weekend morning.

My family loves Boss Donuts, but I didnt know how good their sandwiches are! I was I bit peckish and needed something a little more substantial than a donut. I ordered a tuna sandwich (trying to eat healthier) and was blown away by the simplicity. It was not saucy. The tuna was rich and flavorful on its own. I went simple (tuna, lettuce, tomato and red onions) and was not disappointed. I had it on a croissant that was wonderfully flaky and warm. I am looking forward to trying some more of their sandwiches another day. I finished it off with an apple-filled donut. Mighty tasty!

Im surprised this place had so many great reviews. I had a horrible experience this morning. the girl who helped us was not only rude but looked like we were waisting her time by being there. I got a ham and cheese and she cooked it so long that it burnt my hand when I tried to eat it and then turned rock hard when it cooled all I got to eat was the ham inside even all the cheese dried up! My sister got an old fashioned and she couldnt eat it. She said it tasted like ash tray. That is disgusting I just waisted 8$ on donuts we didnt even like. Its such a bummer because its right down the street from us :(

Didnt get my order straight. I had a coupon but it wasnt applied. Donuts were not as fresh but it was 2 in the afternoon.

Donuts are delicious. Kolaches are featured at this location which is why I went. They use ginger in the dough which isnt my preference, but the kolaches were also very hard and all around not great. They refunded us for the kolaches and were wonderful to us when we were there. But yeah not great kolaches.

These are always so good! Normally take try daughter here in the morning but when you take them home they are still great the next morning!!! The service is friendly and they try to get you through quick. Always appreciate that during busy mornings. They also have a soda fountain and a couple stand up fridges with soda and juices. My favorite are the huge apple fritters and the vanilla creme.

Best donuts on AZ if you are looking for a good dozen or 2 or more to take home. These are not crafty donuts, just a fantastic basic donut shop with good customer service.

The lady that works here, whom I presume drives the Mini Cooper, is NOT equipped to be the customer interaction point. My first time, she was condescending. I thought I wrote a review about the attitude but I looked back and guess I didnt. I went again tonight, probably 10 days after my first bad experience with her (time was 3am) and the attitude was the same. She seemed like she didnt want to be there. Bad mood. Bad customer service. Honestly, it seems like most recent bad reviews are about a woman that ruins the customers experience. Maybe something to think about, Bosa. All that aside, great food and great donuts, as always. Just want great customer interactions as well.

Ive been a Bosa customer since the location in Chandler 14 years ago. Always loved it. Was so excited when one opened by my kids school. We stop at least once a week for donuts and I get a ham and cheese croissant.Today my croissant was REALLY doughy. Made me nauseous to chew it. So I told the girl at the counter and her reply was They were cooked, I checked. Okay... she said she could get me another one. I know theyre cooked in batches so theyd be the same. Instead I asked for a couple donuts. She said no but she could get me another croissant. I asked if it was still doughy can I just get a refund. We dont do refunds on food. O....k... she got me another. It was still gross.So disappointed. Bad batches happen, I get it, but the customer service was awful. No apology, no acceptance of responsibility just straight denial that anything was wrong and zero willingness to make it better. I used to work at a bakery. I know what raw dough looks like.

We hit up this Bosa Donut Shop at least twice a month and are never disappointed!Their donuts are always fresh. Ive never been here and eaten a stale donut. For a dozen donuts, its around $8 which is insanely cheap. I also love the fact that you can special order and customize your donuts. If you want a glazed donut but want it Boston creamed filled, just call ahead.The service is always polite and friendly. Never had any issues with the service people.No better donuts in all of Arizona!Ill recommend to everyone who is looking for delicious and fresh donuts to go to Bosas.

Donut cases full to overflowing. The place was only somewhat clean. I was served right away. The woman was pleasant enough.Glazed old fashioned was already dry and it was only 9:30 in the morning.Maybe they need humidifiers during the summer months?Not the best Bosa location Ive been to.

Love love love their sugar glazed donuts. It is simply the BEST donut Ive ever had. It melts in your mouth and isnt as sweet as other donuts Ive tried. Whenever my family from Cali visits they have to stop at Bosa. Sometimes I feel like they make excuses to visit me for Bosa donuts.

It was great. The cashier found out they have a new cash register system while I was there, so that was funny. And now they have a new system.

My family loves Bosa Donuts but the woman who works the 10pm shift asked if we were casing the place. We understand that it was late but we simply wanted Sunday night donuts, not a racist statment. We returned the donuts and will not be returning.

Best donuts in town, honestly THE BEST. I wish the staff were more friendly but its hit or miss. Depending on whos at the counter that day makes a huge difference. Most of the woman are semi rude and not very helpful when you request specific donuts. Theres a young man who has high energy and always eager to help. Love these donuts

You just cant beat bosa donuts! They always have fresh donuts there, and stay well stocked, Its rare that they are out of any flavor donuts. Top favorite is the blueberry cake donuts! But the jelly filled is pretty good too.

Went there on Sunday night and the doughnuts we bought tasted very bad. It tasted like the oil had a lot of burned doughnuts in it. The vanilla cream was strange and one person had diarrhea after eating it. We went by to take all the doughnuts back and they wouldnt provide a refund but rather said theyd give us 3 free (less than what we brought back let alone the ones we threw away). Very sad because they were a good place to get doughnuts.

Donuts are always good but this blonde chick literally shouldnt have a job there, its embarrassing to have to interact with a person with such an undesirable presence sadly...Id go to a different location peeps, it may be worth the drive for better service 🤘

Bosa donuts is a legit place to grab really good donuts. Prices are reasonable and the selection is great. One bummer is that they no longer make French cruellers. The coffee is not that great so I would recommend picking this up at one of your favorite stops before grabbing a donut. Staff is friendly and usually not a big wait.
