Amazing selection of alcohol and snacks. If you want to stock up for holidays or birthday parties this is the place to go. The staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful, so feel free to ask them for assistance. I went in recently to buy some supplies to make some sangria. I wasn’t sure what wine would be best for the job but luckily the staff there helped me pinpoint on the best option. The sangria turned out great and my guests loved it.An added plus is that they are super dog friendly. I took my pup Ares the other day to socialize him and he loved it. He got lots of love and praise from the staff. He was even given some treats which he gobbled up with joy 😊.

It is amazing! The manager helped us navigate the store and was excellent in making bourbon recommendations for my friend. A great employee went in the back to get wine that was out of stock. The cold beer section was limited to six packs but they have many many beers. I didnt have time to peruse the very large humidor for a good cigar but that would be a relaxing thing to do. I enjoyed the visit greatly and wished I had an hour to kill to really look around.

Total wine is a decent place with a big selection of everything from wine to cigars and everything in-between however dont expect customer service to know where anything is if its even in the correct spot for example the red blend wines are against the back wall but on their website the red blend (says it on the bottle) is in isle 14 when asking an associate about where the wine was they directed me to the back wall even after I couldnt find it and me showing them it was in stock said our inventory is off we must not have that item any more (I later found it in isle 14 like the website had said and I had showed the associate) next comes to beer I was looking for mother road beer as its one of the best beers around walked down the craft beer isle talking to my buddy talking about mother road the associate directed us to the next isle over even tho the beer was at the end of the isle we where in knowing exactly where every product is isnt super important but general location would be helpful

Disappointing at checkout, the cashier eagerly offered the gentleman in front of us information and assistance on registering his phone number and info on app. Also accepted his ID for VA discount. My husband retrieved his VA ID prior to check out. At checkout she didnt even give us the opportunity to present VA ID nor any info on app. She just rushed thru the check out procedure. A quick check out is fine but we would of appreciated the same courtesy as the fella ahead of us. Maybe it was our brown skin that made the difference.

We came here about once a month and would pick out a bottle of wine from every country we could think of. Loved the product selection and had mostly positive experiences here till recently. Long story short wed spend about a hundred bucks easy every time we walked in the door. Recently we came in and we were being stalked through the aisles by a middle aged male manager. He said got a mask?. I let him know I was medically exempt, he then offered to get me a face shield. I should have taken my business elsewhere, but having gathered all our supplies I just wanted to be on my way. Against my better judgement I let him get me a face shield. This must be the community face shield because it was so worn from use that I literally couldnt see through it. Correct me if Im wrong, but doesnt giving out a mask thats been used by God knows how many people make absolutely zero sense? I saw him trying to approach me as I walked out the front entrance to get the mask back. I took great pleasure throwing it in the adjacent trashcan so he couldnt reuse it. Glad they are following the science here. Its a good motivator to support local businesses that treat you with respect and dont get off on purely tyrannical behavior.

The adult candy store. This store is incredibly comprehensive in the selection of anything that is adult beverage related. Best part of this particular store is their employee / team members. In over a year of going to this store I have only encountered the most courteous, knowledgeable and friendly employees. Regardless how long Trishs line is we will wait for her as she is so friendly and outgoing and remembers us, dont know if that is a good thing or a bad thing that she knows us by name? I am going with a good thing!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the selection is amazing. We had trouble finding a certain spirit we were looking for, and a gentleman stopped what he was doing and spent 10 minutes helping us find it. In the end it didnt have a shelf spot and was in the back room and he went and got us one and helped us check out. Fantastic service.

Given the lift on the county mask mandate, I respect your decision to enforce using masks but will not be shopping at your stores anymore. I find it convenient that I shopped the whole store, had passed and waved at multiple workers, and was in the middle of checking out when the manager came up and shoved the box of masks in my face asking if i had one. If you were really that committed to requiring masks, you’d have someone at the front of the entrance enforcing it. Instead, you waited until I had paid and supported your business to enforce your policy to make yourselves “look good”. Ultimately, let people choose if they want to wear a mask.

Stopped by 3 other liquor stores while I was in town visiting family looking for a particular drink. This total wine had everything we needed and more! Friendly staff and great selection. Dont make my mistake and visit the other smaller places, make this your first and only stop!

Staff was on the phone and didnt have time to help me find the wine i wanted. Excellent selection but their customer service is non existent. After 10min the lady finally took the phone away from her head with an annoyed look on her face and gave me the location of the wine i wanted. They werent friendly.

This store is like a field trip for us! More selection than we need, yet we some how need it. Customer service is fantastic, store is well set up. Prices are better than almost everywhere.

We were there today and were there over an hour trying to find something, we asked 3 people and everyone kept saying they were too busy. All this while the manager is just walking around trying to look important. We were about to spend $200 and just left because of the terrible service. Either pay your people more so you aren’t so short staffed or have your lazy managers help.

Best craft beer selection around. I simply wish they would go back to the old store layout, where they had beers grouped by type of beer not by brand name. Takes too long to find each particular Pale Ale when there are two aisles of craft beer! Better now to research the beers and find the brand you may want to try before you head in.

Wanted some obscure liquor. Went to a few places to find it, before trying Total Wine. Not only did they have it, they had a bunch of great items around it and I ended up walking away with a bunch of good stuff I’m excited to try. The staff was very helpful, all I had to do was show 1 person a photo of what it looked like and she instantly knew where it was and brought me there right away. I just wish it was closer 😠

The location is great. However one older service person needs another job. I was trying to ask questions about a cider wine product. The guy was on a high lift acted as if he was afraid to answer customer questions.. he ran from everyone as they asked questions.. I think he was covid afraid.. he need another job.. the lady in the stella /Orchard apple drink area answered everyone questions..she was fantastic.. thanks for turning a bad experience into a good one..

Great selections, only gave a 3 stars cause the coupon I had was 15% off for 6 bottles of wine 750ml. So I bought 6 different names trying them all, couldnt use it cause 3 of them were domestic. REALLY!!! what ripoff. Spent enough as is at this place alot and cant even save any money. Very disappointed. Dont think Ill do this again.

When I travel I always bring a bottle of local/state wine for my husband. Total Wine and More is my store of choice because they always stock local wines. I think its great that they always support thoer local wineries.

This place is great. Impressive selection of any adult beverage that Ive ever searched for. While Im not a big drinker, I can always find a variety of beers on tap to fill a growler (todays trip), grab a unique bottle as a gift or discover something new during a tasting. Picked up a growler of the Sum Up White Russian Imperial Stout this time - tasty stuff.Plus, there are other beverage-related accessories or gift items available. I prefer this place over the other big box liquor retailers.

Clean and well organized, as well as having a vast selection, one if the only places that I can still find my favorite liquor at. Lots of interesting goodies to go with your drinks too. Glasses bottle tools all sorts of mixing utensils, wisky rocks along with other non dilution chilling stuff as well as fancy large ice cube molds. I had fun just checking out at the interesting contraptions made to enhance your drinking experience. Cool place.

They have a vast variety of products, from beer and wine, to hard liquor, with a lot of gift items and specialty wines and liquor. They also have a tasting room where you can try a lot of different wines, and I believe some specialty hard liquors, (although you would need to verify that, because I dont drink hard liquor, I prefer wines.)

Clean, well organized labyrinth offers myriad choices and vast selections of everything beyond imagination. Do your homework beforehand; bring your own backup because should you be struggling between red or white; Riesling or Gerwurtztraminer or Sauvignon Blanc, you will be ON YOUR OWN! NO ONE will come if you misunderstand the difference between scotch or bourbon; or if youre uncertain about Tempranillo or Valpolicella or Sangiovese. Nobody will come if youre uneducated about cordials or whether sherry is dry or sweet. Youre free to languish in the labyrinth all alone without any assistance.

Clean, well organized, huge selection of all boozy products with reasonable prices and friendly staff. The only drawback is the location is congested. I recommend entering by The Keg restaurant versus Barnes and Noble, etc.

Decent selection, but beer is not rotated well. Often things that should be kept cold are not. If you ask for suggestions on whiskey youll just get directed to the stuff labeled for total wine. Too many times do I see employees push that stuff or make uneducated suggestions instead of nudging the customer in the right direction.

My favorite location is queen creek, but this one is okay. Staff is a little stuck up, especially to colored people.

I come here for their excellent selection of beers and prices. They seem to have everything I’ve ever wanted from Trappist beers to niche ciders. I love that they also give a military discount via their loyalty program (double points).

The domestic beer prices were more expensive than local grocery stores. My favorite domestic beer was not even in the chiller, only on the shelf hot will not go back there again

Stopped in to look for some bourbon. After not getting any help, even though 2 employees were right there, and then after about 8-10 minutes, I walked over to the smaller size bottles and found this. I liked the fact the tasting notes of this whiskey was listed. Havent tried it yet, but will this week.

Had literally everything I wanted at my fingertips. I felt like I was in heaven! Didnt expect to walk out with 16 bottles but the specials were simply to hard to pass 😅 up on lolI was able to go in and actually come out of store for the first time with everything I wanted and More! OH and 2 bottles of Chianti which is my utmost favorite and not break the bank. Just not sure why Ive never been in here before. Or that Ive ever seen it there for all the times Ive been up and down this area.They were very helpful in the store as well, as I needed some assistance at times and they were able to point me in the right direction or even offer their expertise on the matters to help my partners not so developed palate, as her tongue doesnt like the delicious taste [she cant handle dry wine and otherwise needs fruity stuffs lol] of red wine.She always has me to look for her a wine so we can indulge together. Because she tries to choke a glass of wine with me but my I end up finding wine thats still not fruity enough or crisp enough for her 🤪🤮 So I asked them and it was funny he took us to an aisle that had Sutter homes and Boones Farm it made me laugh this is the stuff that I drank in my teenage years, so we both got quite the laugh out of it as we looked at their stock.Three-umbrellas which also had many different flavors for those w/a weak wine palate would most definitely gravitate toward their house selection and the prices are not out crazy outta this world either! As I drink Apothic Red and the cost was exactly what I normally spend on a bottle so Yes! This place earned by far a 5 stars from me and also my business from here on out. When I need my wine, and Im not at the box stores in a pinch Total Wine & More is NOW my home place to buy all things wine & whatever else I can fine to go along with my wine 😁🍷CHEERS🍷
