Ordered 2 dressers to match my master bedroom and guest bedroom. Both are beautiful pieces.

I will not buy any furniture from this place again. I bought a farmhouse dining table and I haven’t had it a year and the wood is bleeding. Customer service continues to allege its “normal” however, if it would of have been manufactured correctly- this wouldn’t happen as this is supposed to be “real wood.” The table on display had been there many months and coincidentally it didn’t bleed? Additionally, the entire table was manufactured incorrectly (holes where they shouldn’t be) which makes the table unstable and unsafe. I addressed this and they sent someone out. I was to get a new entire table without nothing out of pocket and now I am being told by a customer service manager that I have to pay $150. I am beyond disappointed about this place. Their lack of responsibility for their poor manufacturing is mind blowing. This is under warranty I should NOT have to pay anything out of pocket as this was manufactured poorly.-*** update ** 10/23/21 American furniture - Tiffany in customer service (number below) continue to tell me that I have to pay $150 for a manufacture defect and continue to tell me “I’m out of warranty” when I’ve been trying to address this for weeks and weeks without success. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Their “managers” have zero regard for customer satisfaction.To everyone out there please beware of this place - they are shady. I would rather spend a bit more elsewhere and know I will have a company who takes responsibility, is transparent, and cares about customer satisfaction.

No call from a manager to correct . Fail2. I tried calling for resolution, customer service hung up on me. Fail3. I contacted their email system only to get an automated response. Fail4. I paid for a New Massage Chair NIB; AFW Didnt deliver one. Fail5. Note photos. I bought an iRest Massage Chair: the box has Ashley Furniture packaging-- reBox job. Fail.6. I paid for Platinum Delivery Service for product that was to be unpacked, & setup at my home; AFW didnt perform service paid for; Fail.7. We wish AFW would make it right.They havent; Fail$3,265.57 dollars...and this is the way they do business? Not right.Thank goodness I purchased this on a VISA Credit card and that I will have time to do a claim in court should that become necessary. The photos and video are very clear with driver showing how product wasnt New Shipped Product.I have had respect, and admiration, for AFW going on 3 decades now, and the multiple failures are sobbering and eroded my confidence in their system. I can only hope that a Real-Person Manager will contact me and make it right.

We ordered a full living room set it arrived on time and was all set up in our home. Great experience all the way around . An email was sent to me prior to delivery as to when it would arrive. Also I was given a text a half hour before arrival. We shopped around a lot and found this to be the best deal hands down. Delivery to northern Arizona was well worth the delivery charge as I didn’t have to lift a finger only to answer a text if there was 6 stars I’d give 6.Mic drop BOOM!!

Dave was a person that work with me he’s help me find exactly the amount of furniture what I need it this size but everything I described I showed him he was amazing he was very supportive he was patient with me I give them kudos like big kudos...I thought the delivery people Jesus was the only one I remember the name of, but the whole team worked with me because I had no GPS for where I move because it’s so new it doesn’t exist yet and they worked with me to find me to deliver the furniture. They set up my furniture exactly where I wanted to I am so happy with my choice of going to American furniture warehouse as they had met and seceded my expectations… thank you .

I dont normally leave reviews but I thought I would this time. I went there for the first time to help my brother with buying new furniture and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service we received. I wish I got the names of the gentleman who helped with the truck Rental at the docks but I do remember Dale helping with the purchase and Justin at the counter to help with renting the truck (a service that I was also pleased to learn they offered). If I ever need to purchase new furniture for my home, this is the place Id go in a heartbeat. Thank you all for providing a level of service we dont normally see in our day to day lives.

Oh Wow! was our first response when entering this store. It was huge! I was able to check out a mortorized chair at no cost to curize the miles of isles of wonderful furniture displays. The scooters were wonderfully shiny and new looking and so fun to opperate.The best deals I found were in the center of the main floor. Outdoor, indoor and even office funiture coudl be found here.I love there there was a cafe to grab a snack over in the customer pickup area. Once we paid for our funituure they gave us a gate number that we could pull up to and they would load the furniture for us. The parking lot had special parking places not only for handicap but also for Expecant mothers too.Very organized and helpful. Go for the experience. I hope you have as much fun as we did.

Overall good selection say they have the best price and you for sure can find some deals I bought two couches when I went to check out at the express check out everyone was just standing around talking no one would help me then I asked the 6 people there if they could check me out and they finally helped

HORRIBLE, please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I ordered couches and 6 months later I’m still waiting with no communication. I call to inquire about a delivery date and they keep pushing the date back. Whenever I call to speak with a Manager I’m told there is no Manager available. I get it with the pandemic things are delayed but 6 months, thats insane.Horrible customer service when you call

Great couch until I needed a repair. The repair was our fault we knew it wasnt under warranty. They sent out some to look at it to see if it could be repaired in house. It couldnt which It wasnt able to be based on what the repairman said. Honestly I wasnt all that surprised, it was a pretty substantial tear. He told me Its probably going to be around $125-$150. Ok I figured $200 to give some room for error. A customer service representative called to take payment of nearly $350. I told her what I was told by the repairman. Her response was he doesnt know hes on the road. I find this hard to believe that this guy doesnt know. I talked to him briefly and hes been doing this for a long time and I believe him. I believe he knows exactly what it takes minus the cost of the material. I asked the customer service representative if she could work with me on the price her response was I put in the numbers and this is what it came out as. Sounds like shes the one who doesnt know what shes talking about. She lacks the ability to retain customers. Even if she couldnt bring the the price to what I was told. She could have made some sort of effort to bring it in a more positive direction. Plus on topic it when I finally conceded on the price their system keeps rejecting my card. There plenty of money in the account it never happens anywhere else. Its only this company and this card. I have no idea why.

We love this store and have had pleasant experiences with everyone we have come into contact with. The low inventory from their suppliers makes it hard when they dont have everything available, but that is in no way their fault. The have so much to choose from you should be able to find something you love. Its fun just waking around their store. It gives you so many ideas for your own space. Their prices are fair and the quality of their wares is unbeatable. We have bought many items from AFW and will continue to give them our business.

Wow just wow! First time coming here and it is ginormous! And the prices are definitely oh so affordable and unbelievable! Love this place that we are going back again tomorrow to cover the rest that we didnt get to see the other day! So much furniture selections and customer service is fantastic! I liked this store until they sold me a dining room table that was never sealed then tried to charge me 190 bucks to fix. It hasnt even been a year. So they can come get every piece of furniture I purchased from them for my new house and Ill take my business elsewhere. The people in charge of this establishment are TRIPPIN the furniture looks good on the floor but pay attention when they drop it off. Most of it is damaged before it ever reaches your home

Nice furniture, amazing prices, and great service.

Will NEVER purchase furniture from here again. We got crooked!!We purchased a couch from AFW earlier in 2021. Within the first 90 days the couch frame was breaking. We called and had a technician take each piece of the sectional to the warehouse for “repair”. The couch came back in what seemed better condition but within 30 days the frame was in worse condition than before. Pieces of the frame are disconnected and caused injury to one of our children from merely trying to get a toy out from between the cushions. Another technician was sent out in July to “repair” the couch and stated that he would do his best but it should have been done on a machine. At this time AFW acknowledged that this piece of furniture was “faulty” and offered either a refund or exchange regardless of the condition. We went with an exchange. Within the same week (mid-July) we ordered the new couch and were told the couch would be delivered 30-45 days later. We then waited, calling every 2 weeks being told each time that expected delivery was even further out. Mid September they told us late October/early November and promised we would be contacted as soon as it arrived in warehouse. On October 23rd 2021 we called in to check status and were told it had been in warehouse for a week. we paid the balance owed and scheduled delivery. Tuesday Oct 26 three delivery men arrived with the new couch ready to pick up the old one “despite condition” as we were told each time we called for status updates. They are now saying we “abused” the couch and all damage is customer caused and the return is being refused.

The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very polite and efficient. The overall delivery plus installation took about 30 min maximum. They made sure to not break or damage anything and even cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased!

We are from California and have been buying furniture from American Furniture Warehouse in Arizona for several years. The quality of the furniture is top notch and that is important to us. They do not sell cheaply made furniture. We get the quality we want without the high price tag. Shopping at American Furniture Warehouse is not a high pressure experience. From the sales people to the people that load the furniture onto your truck we were treated as valued customers and the people are just plain nice to work with. American Furniture Warehouse is a super store and the showroom and warehouse are beyond anything we have in CA. We highly recommend anyone who has not been to American furniture Warehouse as it is an experience in itself.

Compared to the other couple different furniture stores i have been able enter in. I like American furniture very much, they have best sales, the space is bigger and considerably lower priced furniture. The nearest store is over 35miles away from home. I don’t care how far, they also have stand out delivery service. Again which is cheaperThere is no way i can stop shopping here.

Pretty big place, was clean, organized, and we werent required to wear masks! Which was wonderful to be able to shop and breathe. It was probably 50/50 with masks and no masks. There were however several salespeople who just sitting on the furniture and chatting about politics and socialized medicine vs non socialized??

The absolute BEST customer service experience. I felt like I had a personal shopper. Jodie at the Gilbert location was amazing. She helped me order the furniture I was interested in over the phone. Super easy. She then continued to follow up with me on the status of the backordered furniture. Knowing that I was pretty bummed about the delays from the manufacturer, Jodie took it upon herself to text me pictures of this new set that just came in stock. It was perfect for my office and way better than the set I had ordered. Jodie never forgot me and kept my best interest at the top of her radar. Really good prices. We shopped around and found the sofa I wanted at the price point I could afford. Left room for me to add tables! Our shopping experience was good, everyone on the floor is knowledgable and helpful. The delivery was on time, well communicated and they did a good job (no dings or scratches).

We are Canadian. bought 2 recliners. wanted to rent the truck for 20.00 instead of paying 100.00 delivery fee.Doug a manager told us we do not meet the criteria for renting a truck because we dont have American insurance even though we have insurance with our credit card. He was very sarcastic and treated us like he didnt care.said we would have to pay 100.00 delivery or find another way to pick up. Canadians spend alot of money at that store..we were not treated very poorly

Many errors with my order. Waited a week longer then expected. Then Ending with delivery expected by 2:30 to find the item not on the truck, new promise of delivery by 3:30 NOT but I got confirmation receipt so they think it was delivered. This rug has made our home more cozy & modern looking and we have gotten so many compliments from our visitors. The colors are white & beige.Shout out to Gregory Wallace (CPU), who works in the warehouse side for loading the large rug into our truck with a great attitude, even during the busiest time. Gilbert store is nice. Very clean. Good staff that are super polite and not pushy. Ive made a few purchases over the last few years. Whats most impressive is the delivery. Yes theres a cost but they have always been on time, within the stated time frame. Today my delivery time was set to be between 945-1215. Got heads up via text they would be coming closer to 945 and they got here at like 940. So my day wasnt spent waiting for delivery. They work fast and are very respectful with the set up.

Weve determined that we dont go anywhere else when we want to buy something for the house a piece of furniture or something like that. Im not sure why you would go anywhere else because this store has everything at a price that you can afford. The salespeople are nice the process is very easy. AFW was recommended to us by several friends when shopping for a new couch, so we decided to check them out. We were immediately impressed at both the size of their warehouse, as well as amount of selection. The associates were not sales-y or pushy at all! We decided on our sectional (a fantastic price by the way), and placed the order. It was estimated to arrive about a month out. It didn’t just show up on time, but actually came about two weeks early! Overall, the whole experience made this first-time experience buying new furniture an absolute breeze for us. We’ll recommend them to anyone, and have already received numerous compliments on the new couch!

I ordered a few furniture pieces from American Furniture and the leather chair that was first delivered, had several cuts along the base so f the chair.I called Customer Service and after getting thru to a person, she sent me an email, which I responded to with some photos of the damage. They reviewed it and scheduled a new chair delivery 2 Biz days later. I was so grateful for the quick turnaround and No Hassle on then swap out of the chair.I would definitely recommend A.F. and will be an on-going Customer myself.

This place has something for everyone! I love just browsing through the items and feeling inspired to redecorate my space.The only complaint is that there are not a lot of helpful employees. You have to flag them down, fight off other people, because they are few and far between, and then theyre not even friendly.At least the stuff is cool. 😁

Our very favorite sales guy is Brian Slaughter. Hes just super awesome and weve bought tons of furniture from him. Hes always upbeat and personable. We just had a new bedroom set delivered and Brian phoned us ahead of time to let us know it was in. It was about 3 weeks early -- we were so excited. Scheduling went smooth, the delivery was not only on time but it was early and we are VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS ONCE AGAIN !!!

We moved two Arizona just a few months ago and have recently made several purchases that required in-home delivery by American Furniture Warehouse and I can’t say enough good things about their delivery team. They’ve been great since our first delivery.This morning, we were awaiting another one. I heard the banging on the front door at 8:30am and realized I’d overslept. I quickly hopped up, went to the front door and told them I’m sorry, but it’s going to be a few minutes. They waited for about 5 minutes until I could let them in. What they had to bring in and install only took about 5 minutes to do and two two guys couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. We gave them each $10 for their help.Anyway, would I recommend American furniture Warehouse? YEP. Go see DiDi in Gilbert. We have went back to her for every order. :)

The technician was great. He even checked to make sure everything underneath was tight.

We had a great experience here. The sectional that we bought is great. There was no pressure at the store. We were told that it would take about a month and a half to get here, but only took a little over a week. The delivery men were awesome. Overall, a great experience.

Great service. The sales lady and the young men that delivered the furniture were great! They set up the 7unit curved couch and cheerfully moved pieces as I asked. I found that 2 pieces of it didnt fit in my room and they returned the pieces to the store without any problem.

We got a really neat power recliningcouch and delivery was the best experience Ive ever seen... Delivery guys were amazing... The only problem we had was with our salesperson Gina who failed to clarify about the different plugs we would need to use to power all parts of the reclining sofa... We are floating our sofa in the middle of our living room so that creates a problem and we had mentioned this also... Highly recommend if youre looking at Power anything you make sure what you need to have plugged in and where its going to go in your home otherwise u may have to run extension cords in different places across your living room or whatever else....

Normally, we have a great experience here, however we have been waiting on part of our couch for 5 months. We ordered a sectional in May 2021 and we were told that we will have all 3 pieces in June and July of 2021. We have two pieces, which we have basically had to fight to get and have transfered from other stores. And we are waiting on the third piece. They kept informing us that, oh itll be here next week, next week,next week. We had to make a request that they ship the piece from Texas and if we didnt make that request they would have been waiting for who knows how long on another piece to be made. We were most recently told it would be in October 2021 but today we were informed it could be the end of 2021 or early 2022 and they will not ship it separately. This has been very disappointing and if anyone else buys furniture here I would recommend that you only buy something that they can give you that day, otherwise you may never get it.
