Fast and friendly, very happy with my visit! This was my first time going to an Einstein Bros Bagels (Im 43 - I knooowwwww!!!), and will definitely be returning! Thank you!

I totally feel for the workers when this place gets busy. I do find it a bit intimidating to pick up my order sometimes though when it’s super busy. The line was long and the dining room was crowded so I had to walk past a handful of customers that were waiting in line before being able to grab my To-Go order. I felt like I was being watched by hungry sharks because the customers waiting in line have no idea if you’re cutting in line or just picking up a To-Go order. I usually announce “just picking up a to-go order” in case anyone is thinking that I’m cutting but it’d be nice if there was a way to make it easier to access to these orders during busy times. Does make me think twice before ordering from here if I’m being honest.

There was one lady ordering when I walked in and I was the only other person there on a Monday morning at 7:40am. As soon as the cashier took the other customer’s order she went on break. I waited for 10 minutes while the manager walked back and forth behind the counter asking the shift lead who the other cashier is. Finally someone came to take my order but all the registers were locked into other crew members codes so they had to run around and figure that out. Got my order in, got a chai tea latte with it. The chai tea latte tasted like nail polish remover. They swapped it for a coffee instead. My order was a brunch box and came with smear. They put it together fairly fast but no one told me I was supposed to get the smear from the cooler. I thought it was in the box. So when I delivered the food we had no cream cheese to go with our bagels. It was the worst service I’ve had and I’m a pretty patient person. I’d never recommend this location to anyone.

This location is always packed with people. They usually have a great selection of bagels and treats. I love that they have outdoor seating at this location. They no longer have fountain sodas available, they only sell soda in 20oz bottles. If your looking for a clean place to grab a coffee and bagel you found it.

It was a bit of a struggle to order, the staff didnt seem to know what products they sold, could even tell me if they had a bagel flavor or not. The cold brews were really good, but they made the wrong drink at first. Overall not a great experience. I generally dont like it when the staff makes me feel like I am inconveniencing when I am trying to pay them money for their products, the sole reason their business exists.

8am on a Wednesday this location had plenty of options. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Coffee is so so but mainly going for bagels which are delicious.

We just moved to the area and were looking for a local place to grab a bagel this morning. Googled it, and this place came up. We thought, “ Great! Coffee & Bagels! Just what we needed. Sounds like a great mom and pop joint.”We looked at a pic or two.. the bagels looked awesome, and so we decided to go. When we pulled up... we saw that we had been tricked! I’m sure upon viewing more pics, we’d have seen that this place was a chain, but we didn’t look that far.The sign out front does technical say Coffee & Bagels... it’s just that no one mentioned that it said caribou COFFEE & einsetin BAGELS..I mean we were disappointed, but the bagels were still really tasty so in the end, it’s whatever.

Full of bagels and plenty of attitude. We went to the Gilbert location and ordered at the drive through. The girl made the order experience difficult and spoke in a condescending manner. There is no reason for this. You are there to serve customers. We have been to several locations and this one is by far the worst. If you are looking for coffee and bagels go to another location and avoid paying for extra side of attitude.

We thought wed try something different for breakfast. We wore masks to enter the store and all the tables are still stacked up. We ordered and had to wait a long time. We noticed how dirty the store is. It needs a vacuum and mop. The service was so poor that no one was greeted when they entered. We noted three people wait a while and just leave. There was plenty of staff just very disorganized. I suggest the drive thru but even that line was long and slow.

Einsteins is the best! Went to the counter and immediately knew that this would a great place to have breakfast!! Clean, great environment, friendly staff. Very nice gentleman I met earlier today! Didnt get his name but he was a nice guy. Tried their chorizo and 2 egg bagel! Oh man! I even got their Bacon Avocado and Turkey on Asiago bread, it looks fantastic cannot wait to bite into this one! I ended up going somewhere else to grab lunch.The clerk tried to get me purchase a bottled drink instead.Frankly, bottled drinks are a rip off, as the quantity is much more limited, and bottled drinks aren’t refillable.This location needs to get its act together and get a fountain beverage machine.I recommend going somewhere else to grab lunch.

My son and I have been to your store twice recently. Both times are order has been wrong! I tried to call and register a complaint. You can’t speak to a person because you get a message that stating that all the employees are assisting customers with excellent service. That was not the case with our in store visit. No welcome, poor service, dirty store, on top of all that our order was incorrect.Very disappointed with our last two visits!!Will not visit your store again.

I order their Farmhouse breakfast sandwich every time I’m there. It’s the most delicious thing for breakfast in the world. Legend has it that Einstein invented this sandwich after he developed the bomb as an apology to the world. Apology accepted!

Dont bother with this einsteins location. There is the one on val vista and guadalupe. They have much better service, and they toast your bakers dozen with no qualms. Also you dont have to wait in the drive thru for your order ahead order.Also the employee on the phone named eric hung up on me mid call and never cancelled my order.

Erik runs a real tight ship here... I come here for the quality bagels but also for the quality management. Other Einstein locations will disappoint with unevenly distributed cream cheese and burnt bagels, but not this place. Thank you for all you do, bud.

Had a bagel toasted with egg and bacon and two chocolate milks.

Im a die hard Chai lover and theres is so strong! 99% of other chai shops Ive been to will over charge for a weakly brewed tea. This was only time its been too strong but I loved it! I added milk to about 1.5 times the original volume of what I ordered and that made it perfect. For once Ive found a place where I can order a small and have it meet my needs.

I scheduling caterings all week with Einstein Bagels and they were amazing to work with. The manager, Eric, was so helpful and assisted me with carrying my orders to my car. The bagels and cream cheese were fresh and tasty and were a huge hit with all of our staff. I highly recommend Einstein Bagels (especially this location) for caterings or even if you want great tasting bagels. Thank you, Eric and Einstein Bagels! :)

Cashier/order taker terse. He seemed to think I should have the menu and any changes memorized. You cannot see which bagels are available till you are at the register. Sorry I didn’t know hummus had been discontinued seven months ago— I have been ordering sweet bagels lately. Sorry I don’t have the coffee sizes memorized. During my last visit I had ordered a regular sized coffee and ended up with what I believe is the small size. I asked a question. Shame on me. He walked over to the coffee cups and made a point of making noise every time he placed one on the counter. Continued doing so even after I pointed to the size I wanted. Guess he was having a rough day. But don’t tKe it out on a customer. One customer might have been behind me. So he was not that busy.

Their bagels are delicious and the staff are friendly...but their coffee is NOT GOOD. You can tell that all of the staff who drink the coffee either drown it in cream and sugar or they have never had a good cup of coffee. Considering that coffee comes first in the name they would have something way better. I was disappointed. But again, the bagels are really good as can be expected anywhere that serves Einstein.

The kid at the drive through window wasnt very good at his job. Couldnt figure out a coupon. It held the line up for 10 minutes.

My wife and I love Einstein Bagels. However, this location was a disappointment and we won’t be back. When we went up to the front to order, there was a loud audio speaker blastocyst music behind us. We had trouble hearing the employees. We had to yell and have them yell just to place our order. My pepperoni pizza bagel wasn’t toasted enough and barely even warm. My wife asked for her ham and Swiss bagel to be toasted and it wasn’t. They wrapped it in foil which is normally what they do to keep toasted bagels hot, but it was ice cold. Won’t be back at this location.

This place is great when they actually have bagels. We try to go here every weekend because it’s close to our house. Wait in line and then find out they don’t have any of the bagels we want (everything, garlic, raisin, chocolate chip). Once ok, this is an every time occurrence and we get out of the drive through line to go somewhere else. Won’t be wasting any time with this place I the future. Funny how a bagel place doesn’t have some of their most popular bagels. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Val Vista and Guadalupe or Bigornos

The people at this place are always eager to help, my wife and Ihave been coming here for years, we enjoy the place very much.

This place does nothing but false advertise, this isnt the first time just the most recent...I was sent an e-mail listing all the new family bundles....none of them are available!! In fact the staff knows nothing about them! They say call ahead, but I was told by a manager they arent allowed to answer phones on weekends, that makes perfect sense! The management seems clueless. I know times are tough and Im understanding of mistakes but this type of service is never ok!

First time in and stoked they have bagels with avocado spread. Not stoked the avocado is watered down into a thin puree. Otherwise looks like an awesome place. Service was excellent.

I think some staff serving & making drinks in this place may need some general/basic knowledge of coffee. I asked two times for light or medium roast and the lady taking my order kept saying yes, we have medium coffee. When I got my coffee, I realize that she thought I was asking for medium size coffee. I cant believe people working in a coffee shop could have zero idea of what medium and light roast means.I dont think, however, that everyone in this place shares the same problem. I rarely had any problem communicating with the staff about the coffee I wanted, but the encounter today was just less than ideal.

Do not go here there customer service is horrible. The drinks are extremely disappointing and not what the normal caribou coffee drinks should be like and they taste horrible. The employees clearly dont care about there jobs and are rude.

I love Einstein’s for a quick, more healthy than fast food breakfast. This location has really nice employees. One gave me a free drink because they made the wrong one the first time. The coffee isn’t as strong as I like but overall tastes good. The smearfuls are delicious, as are the bagel sandwiches.

My 10 year old son wanted a chocolate chip bagel so I gave him some money and he walked inside to order while I waited outside in the car. The place was empty so I figured he would be in and out pretty quickly. After waiting for 10 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long. When I walked in my son was sitting in a chair waiting for his bagel while several employees were just standing around talking and having a good time. After I stood near the counter for a couple of minutes one of the employees finally notices and asked if he could help me. I told him my son ordered a bagel a while ago and Im just waiting for it. He then quickly got the bagel for me and I gave it to my son. The employee then asked if I would like a pastry or something for free. I told him no thanks, I dont feel like waiting another 10 minutes. I guess if your a kid ordering at this establishment be prepared for sh*t service.

Great little experience with the best French toast Ive ever had. They have indoor and outdoor seating. A quiet getaway 4 time to yourself or time to study.

If you are going to eat here...go early.The quality is good (its Einsteins Bagels & Carinou Coffee), but the location is not well run. Today marks the third time I have been here in mid afternoon and they are out of food to serve. Today it was more than 90% of their bagels + potato salad + fruit salad. This location is open until 5PM...which is still three hours away. Thats not how you run a restaurant.The staff are friendly and keep the dining area clean.Prepared to be disappointed by the lack of selection if you stop by after 12PM. Hopefully, they can figure out how to prep for the full business day. Once they do it will be a good spot for breakfast, lunch and early dinners.

I did an online catering order, and pickup was flawless. Everything was ready on time, fresh, and exactly to order. The staff was also friendly and helpful.I went back the next day for an individual order and again, service was excellent. Coffee is amazing and bagels fresh.This location will probably become a regular stop for me.

I love Einstein bagels and Caribou coffee is hands down WAY better than ANY coffee Ive ever had! Im so happy that these two companies joined together to provide the best of both breakfast worlds for my enjoyment! Service was fast; we had barely paid for our order and it was already waiting for us to pick up! Employees were polite and friendly. Dining area was clean and tidy. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Was at this location at 6am on a Wednesday morning. Maybe two or three customers in the store. The location was filthy! Front and back of the house. Whomever closed the evening before must not of cleaned and the morning crew was more concerned about chatting with each other and one person seemed to on a break sitting at the bar counter. The majority of the surfaces were covered with crumbs including 60% of the tables and,/or the chairs. Not sure the last time the carpet was vacuumed or the customer area under the Coffee and Bagel sign was wiped off (crumbs embedded in the lip of the riser, wholes to put trash is filthy with cream cheese and who knows whatever esle). If the front of the restaurant is this filthy I can only imagine the areas we cant see. I tried emailing the manager but the only contact information I found on the web site was an address. If you care about cleanliness I would avoid this location.

Food was good, staff is not friendly at all. Every other one Ive been to has exceptional staff who take the time to talk to you and greet you. The employees could definitely use some customer service training.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I donated a bag of coffee to a local charity, and Joshua made me feel like I donated a kidney. These people have such enthusiasm, I love coming her to get work done or just to grab a quick bagel in the run. And if you havent been here in a while, the inside is totally redone and has this awesome urban lodge aesthetic. Definitely check it out.

Im from Minnesota and I missed Caribou. This tastes just like home. Worth the drive for me. Coffee is solid and the milk chocolate hot cocoa with marshmallow flavor is like a warm hug. Go here. Give them business. Its delicious.

The people who work here are nice, but I havent had an order made correctly the first time around. Always have to send something back because it was made incorrectly. Have been here 4-5 times, hopefully 6th times a charm.

Very poor experience. First, I understand it was Christmas eve And a $7Monday. Im sure they had lots of orders. However, that is even More of a reason to double or even triple the amount you would normally bake on top of your orders. I called at 825am and was told they are not taking phone in orders because they have no bagels. At 825am? Seriously? I get it if you are out at 1030 or 11am. I mean, thats just very poor planning and terrible reaction to a busy morning. It did not seem like they were short of staff either. There was just no direction/leadership there. Its unfortunate too as I really do enjoy their product.

Customer service was great. We were able to get bags of coffee at the rewards member price. I got a Farmhouse bagel, which is a good breakfast bagel, and of course a plain bagel with strawberry spread. GF got the caramel coffee and bacon/egg bagel. We enjoyed it

I had been craving a bagel so I came here because Einsteins has a great selection. I ended up getting the nova lox bagel off the lunch menu which has plain cream cheese, tomato, onion, and raw salmon on a plain bagel. It comes with a pickle and a choice of chips, fruit, or potato salad.

Name is a little confused since the bagels are provided by Einstein Bros. So when I went there I didnt know if it was Einstein or Caribu coffee. I got the $7 special.

Have called ahead to try and reserve the bagels I enjoy & every time I call the employees tell me they are out of the bagels that I would like. I call no later then 11:00AM. When I call they let me know they will no longer be baking more bagels for the day even though there open for another 5 HOURS. YOU SHOULD SERVE A FULL MENU ALL DAY LONG. I wonder how the owners of your bagel shop would feel if they found out their employees are consistently turning down customers on a daily basis cause you have no desire to put a little time & effort into you jobs. If you run out of the same menu items at the same time on daily basis then maybe you should change the amount of items you have to bake in the morning. Or maybe make a second batch so you do lose buisness and loyal customers. Really hope this place turns around

Out of 4 bagels my family ordered 2 of them had 3 inch black HAIRS in the cream cheese and had to be replaced. (None of us have black hair, eww) none of the staff is wearing hair nets and one gentleman is very scruffy... Additionally this place is not what it once was it used to be you had to ask them to put less cream cheese on to get a normal amount now you have to beg them to put enough on. After they remodeled a few years ago they seemed to have a good thing going but some bozo moved the comfy chairs away from the fire place and the place looks like a dis organized mess. The hairs were the last straw I think this will be my last trip to this Einsteins.

I loved Caribou when was in Minnesota but this place is not the same. First off they are very slow inside so I went to the drive-thru. The coffee is fine but nothing like it is up north because they dont give you options of chocolate. Now they just taste like Starbucks.

Need to make your egg sandwich better. The egg is weird tasting. And cook fresh bacon. Try adding Taylor made pork roll. Bagels and spread good.

Potato bagel with cream cheese is addicting. The coffee choices all great tasting. The drive thru people are the best and they are fast too. This place is where I get my morning going.

Id recommend the drive through. Its fast and efficient. If you go inside and order, they will be nice to you, but the staff goofed off and helped 3 cars who pulled up after my order before even making my simple bagel, all the while complaining on how bored they are. Disappointing. Still, food is good, so just hit the drive through.

Hmmm Coffee 🤤And their bagel sandwiches are delicious too. Warning: You do have to go fairly early as they do tend to run out of peoples favorite bagels at times so be open minded to swap out bagel flavors.

Usually my trip to Einstein is quick. About once a month I brink a dozen bagels to work. Now Im late. Why are they filling one order at a time? It seemed like the girl at the cash register was doing everything. Ive worked in an Einsteins before. They need more people, at least someone to help the register person pack.

5 star quality food, 1 star customer service/accuracy of orders.I do not know why it is so hard to get an order right at this location, but they excel at doing it wrong. No freaking cheese, that is how complicated my order is. Yet nearly every single time they muck it up. I hold up the line every time to check my order because a good 75%+ of the time, they put cheese on it.

For the love of God people, its a bagel and coffee shop. If you want soda go to McDonald s. Had Caribou in Minnesota, was very disappointed when we moved to Arizona. All they had by us was nasty Starbucks. Staff is friendly, service is good. People making the specialty coffees need more training.

I really try to like this location because its close to my house but its hard. Its hard because numerous times my order is wrong, they are always in a hurry, never ask for rewards # in drive thru, given me incorrect change multiple times, the inside lounge is always strewn with crumbs and wrappers, havent fixed their glitch in system for coupons. The only reason I return is because their pastries and bagels do taste fresh and someone else in my household likes the lox which most other places dont sell.

We visited this lovely place before heading back to Texas...and as always...never disappoints....fresh everything....will visit again

I honestly dont know why all of the bad reviews are on here. I had a great experience using the drive thru. It was quick and they were very polite and waited for me to check over the menu. They even gave me a dog treat at the window for my dog in the car. Would recommend and return to again.

Food is good, however I have gotten a bagel with the paper from the cheese still on it. Also, ordering through the drive through is a PITA. Can you please move the microphone so that I can read the menu while I order?

Holy bad service! Drive thru would of been twice as fast. Only guy at register was busy taking phone orders the whole time. 20 minutes to place an order for one bagel. Unreal. Posting Gn some pics of how dirty the place was. Extremely disappointed.

Twice baked hash brown came out cold in the center, also tasted more of chive and herbs than it did potatoes of any kind. The late came out watery with little flavor. Bagles sandwiches where ok nothing to write home about though.

Why should I support a business that refuses to hire certain individuals based off of their sexual orientation and skin color? Take a look at the employees inside and you will know what I am talking about. My son applied for a position here a while ago, they told him that he was exactly what they needed and were looking for, except that there was another candidate that was a marginalized person of color that they chose to hire in his place. If we truly want to live in a equal society we need to not even see skin color or sexual orientation in the first place. Hiring should be based solely off of merit and qualifications, not skin color. I was going to place an order for catering that was over $1300 here but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Disgusting.

I asked for Nova Lox and received it without the Lox ( Salmon ) and didnt apologize and was unpleasant when she gave it back to me. And the other sandwich was SCREAMING SALTY. And they dont have GLUTEN FREE bagels. Going down fast!!!

Great coffee and chocolate chip crumb crumb cakes. The staff uses your name in a way that makes the experience very pleasant and personal. Truly enjoyed my first experience here.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my family here for a nice, quick breakfast via the drive-thru. While ordering, the gentleman was very rude and snapped at my husband for chiming in on the preference of his coffee. when we got to the window, the woman forgot to give me my white chocolate mocha. to make matters worse, there were eggshells in my breakfast sandwich. Needless to say, we will not be returning and I do not recommend this location to anyone.
