I have been eating bagels in the Phoenix area for 45 years and that is some feat considering it was very hard to find them when I was a kid. We went to one of the very few Jewish bakeries back then. They were the best bagels I had ever had until now. Ive had friends bring bagels home from New York for me to try. These Bagels are the first bagel Ive been excited about since I was a kid. They are chewy outside and soft inside. The cream cheese is creamy and fluffy but not too fluffy. I cant believe it took me so long to try this place. Id just given up on ever finding a really good bagel like when I was a kid. The staff are friendly and efficient as well. Im wondering why the line wasnt out the door.

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Just moved to Arizona and so far the restaurants here have not disappointed!The bagels are fresh and delicious, I also had a cinnamon bun which was even more yummy! Give them a try it’ll definitely be my new bagel spot! Yum yum!

Our first time here and we were unsure of how/where to order but the one lady with all the tattoos went above and beyond explaining everything! Amazing customer service, will be back! 10/10

We decide to look for a different bagel place and found Bagel Nosh not that far away. They had a variety of bagel flavors which was exactly what we were looking for. I ordered the Cheese with the light cream cheese and the husband got a plain with regular cream cheese. We also ordered a couple bagels cut to go, the Hawaiian and the French Toast. When we went to eat the extra bagels for lunch, the cuts were terrible on both. The Hawaiian top was so thin it wasnt worth using. The French toast was a bit better but not level. However the biggest disappointment was the lack of cream cheese used on the originals. I forgot to take a photo because I couldnt even believe what I saw, it was so thin you could hardly see white at all. Not sure why they bothered at all. If I had known I wouldnt have paid the extra for it and put my own on at home. The bagels were tasty, but not tasty enough, considering cost vs what was received, to go back. Completely disappointed.

Walked in for the first time. Noticed the one star reviews but wanted to give it a shot (since it’s near my house). Unfortunately, I didn’t even get the opportunity to try their food. The customer service was horrible from the second I walked in. I wasn’t acknowledged, completely ignored and once I finally started to order with one of the workers, the phone rang and she walked away. I waited patiently until she was done and once she came back she started a conversation with her co worker right in front of me (didn’t even finish taking my order).I decided to walk out and buy elsewhere… in addition bagels looked old. Don’t plan on coming back .

I have not been to this place in over 10 years. They have remodeled since then and they did a good job. The people behind the counter are nice to deal with and its clean. I liked my bagel and so we decided to buy half a dozen. Go see them and see what you think! They have some specialty coffee drinks and the usual fountain sodas and energy drinks. Let me know if you have any suggestions for another bagel place to try. One last thing they do have outside seating.

The service here is always outstanding. To the point where if you are a regular customer they remember you and what you typically order. Outstanding sandwiches, and fair prices. And its not an exaggeration. Prayer to the pandemic I would go here once a week on Saturdays to get my locks sandwich. It had been nine months since my last visit and I was greeted with a smile and then asked if I wanted my lox Bagel sandwich with the extra Capers and onions. Beyond outstanding she remembered the details of my order after my extended absence. I just plain love this place.

I have been here twice now and really enjoy the sandwiches and the staff has been super friendly both times.

The food here was amazing, I was blown away. I got a turkey sandwich which was delicious and tried some of my friend’s egg sandwich and one thing that both of these sandwiches had in common was that the bagels were soooo satisfying. A sandwich is truly great when the bread is delicious, and Bagel Nosh definitely delivered. The shop was clean and well decorated and easy to find as well. I definitely plan on coming back soon for a meal.

This place is amazing. Great bagels, great sandwiches, great coffee. Not sure why I havent reviewed them before now. They even have a punch card where you get the 10th purchase free, of one single item. I usually get the Arizona Classic. Its a bagel sandwich with meat, cheese, and egg. DELISH.I recommend it on pumpernickel, toasted and buttered, with sausage and cheddar, and egg of course. If you stop in Mondays through Wednesdays, you get a free medium coffee or fountain drink as well. I am actually disappointed I realized this only a couple weeks ago; normally would go on weekends as a treat. They also sell day old bagel bags for $2.50.Anyways, the staff is always busy but they greet you with a smile. This really is a local gem that you must try. They are only open until 2pm, so make sure you get there early.

Asked for a sesame bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, they made it seem like it was the hardest thing to do. Asked me a couple times what it was I ordered and took over 10 min to get my simple order. Get in my car to leave and it was a sesame bagel not toasted with reg plain cream cheese wth?! I had my kid already strapped in car seat other wise I would have gone back inside to get my order fixed. Oh and the kicker, they had me pay before I got my order and I gave a tip!Won’t go back till you have people with common sense and customer service work there.

Had a real good jalapeños begal breakfast sandwich with fresh squeezed O.J. Fast enough and busy enough to know it is good. Parking was plenty, but a little tight.

Have been coming here a long time, will choose not to now. Left my mask at home mistakenly and was asked to put one on when entering as I approached the counter. I asked politely if they had one they could provide me so I could order from them and they declined to provide me one.Edit 3-4-21Sure would have been nice to have been offered the choice to order online or wait in my car, but like stated above I was turned away with no option to order from your business while in person. But I guess that’s not in your employee training.

These are the best bagels we have found here so far since our move from the East coast. We have gone here at least 4 times now. The sugar cookies are awesome as well.

Bagel Nosh is my favorite bagel place. It’s 13 miles one way for me to go, but it’s worth it. The staff has always been welcoming and made me feel special by remembering my order every time. It’s greatly appreciated.

Wanted to give this place 5 stars but after I placed my order an employee came out of the back and started to work the bagel line without a mask on. 5 stars to all of the other employees who care about their health and the health of the public. 0 stars to the blonde lady who regardless of vaccination status may have spread covid to all of their customers. Bravo.Edit for response from owner: I apologize I didn’t realize that your customers wanted unmasked possibly Covid positive workers making their sandwiches. If you are trying to make your customers who do not like masks comfortable I recommend asking all of your workers to unmask. I would expect an establishment worried about food safety would try to hold itself to the highest standard, but your response says everything.

Must have hit rush hour. They were slow and unorganized. I found this to be unusual for them. They were looking for help, so maybe they were just short handed.

I just ordered lunch to go and came to pick it up. We had delicious sandwiches and drinks with really great homemade sprinkle cookies for dessert! Called in the order and it was ready in 10 minutes. Nice staff with great food. It feels good to support a small business and keep people working. Give the place a try for bagels,coffee or lunch. And tip the staff generously if your able. :)

Order was made incorrectly. Although the breakfast sandwiches were definitely better than large chain places, they still charge way too much for not freshly cooking real egg. If the price wasnt so high I would prefer to come here. Just cant justify paying so much for a decent sandwich .

Its always been awesome. Its been awhile and today was a good day to stop by....always been good. Today I was ignored by the staff working in front of me. I would of been fine with a Ill be right with you or any acknowledgement. I did notice that people who ordered online were better served. I wont go back. They sure did change. Different owners maybe?I hope they read this and realize that they cant ignore customers.

Did a postmates order. Got to the restaurant after the order said it was ready for pick up. Got to bagel nosh and staff said they gave the order to someone else with a similar name. Ummm, no. You messed up. I have a VERY UNIQUE NAME. Then waited for AN HOUR before they remade the order. Terrible resolution and customer service. Also notified postmates of the issue.

This place has improved Under New Management recently and I would still say its a very mediocre Bagel sandwich shop but an excellent Bagel here. They make all their own stuff and even have some unique flavors. Id skip the sandwich and just get the day-old bagels to go or bagel with cream cheese or schmear their choice.

Used to love this place, now too many incorrect orderes to make it worth it.

I was looking forward to grabbing some grub, all the reviews looked good. Upon arriving, I was disappointed. No one greeted me and my party. They looked at us like we were inconveniencing them by showing up. Not one smile, no “good morning!”, just long faces. My sister and I had never been there and were not impressed with the hospitality. I understand that we all have our days, but a smile can seriously go a long way. On a positive note, the food was good! I would definitely recommend the Nova Lox.

The staff were very nice and proficient. We drove from Queen Creek to enjoy some awesome bagels.

As THE POSTMATE, I TIP these gals everytime I visit. Rarely have I waited for food and drinks! Great location at Cooper and Warner. A simple spot but the people are extremely nice and helpful. The bagels are great as are the breakfast and lunch sandwiches. This is my first time back in a number of years due to external circumstances but the place is still a nice simple spot with a excellent atmosphere and great food.

Do yourself a favor and get a Lox Bagel on Poppy Seed with everything.You wont be sorry.

Its okay. My second time here I found a hair in my bagel sandwich and some fiber stuck to the bagel maybe from a sweater. Not worth coming back for hit or miss.

OMG Sooo good! Bagels are perfectly made. Just the right amount of crisp on the outside and super soft and chewy on the inside. Better quality than the chain locations. The staff is so friendly and make you feel welcome. Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

First visit on a Sunday (8/5/18) morning around 10:35. Parking was easy although this place faces Cooper Rd along the strip of the plaza and a lot of cross traffic. Small place and definitely a grab n go feel, quick bite atmosphere, but adequate seating if youre dining in. Staff is friendly and repeated my order to me to ensure accuracy. Bursts of customer traffic, but the line of 4-5 people in front of me moved quickly. Staff was cleaning and restocking during any down time which was minimal.Toasted everything bagel w/ Nova lox was good; not to heavy with the cream cheese and the bagel had a good chew. Thats my usual order anywhere I see it available. Not the best Ive had, mostly because of the lox and under ripe tomatoe, but decent for the price and better than the version Ive had at a fast food bagel chain. Id return and would like to try other menu items. The iced latte was OK, not a fan of the espresso blend. $12.00 w/ tax ($6.59 bagel, $4.49 latte). $1.99 day old bag of bagels for the thrifty.

Warning - Theft and Poor Customer ServiceIf you’re into shady business practices and no customer service, this is the joint for you. I have been a customer to this location (Warner and Cooper crossroads) for literal years. Today, I had the worst experience with the company I have ever had thanks to their “Manager” Danielle.Details of the companies approved appalling practices: They have a punch card system that says if you buy 9 sandwiches, you get the 10th 1 free. No expiration dates, no listed restrictions. I had a few older cards that I misplaced but wanted to collect upon (Spent over $50 to complete). They were even signed by the previous management.When presented to Danielle, she grabs them and tosses them to the side “We no longer accept these”. Stone walled and unwilling to acknowledge anything other they her undocumented policy. We also had a second newer card completed and when we tried to use it, she wouldn’t apply it to the correct line item I wanted (Refusing to make the situation right) and instead was trying to apply the credit to my kids $2.50 bagel. I wanted to do a split pay order and she continued to refuse to do anything helpful and continue to provide poor customer service (but she was happy to provide a sarcastic smirk). Finally, after further pressure to try and get her to do something right, she gave me a 1 time “warning” and credited me for a larger item.So now, not only has she failed to fulfill a documented contract, she is trying to short change me on the rest of the order.Due to the company stealing from me, not fulfilling their documented obligation, and their total lack of making a situation right, our family will now go elsewhere to invest into.Only exception would be if the general manger called me to let me know they removed the failure of leadership from their company known as Danielle.

I preordered some bagels from Bagel Nosh and was so happy with what I got. Every bagel looked delicious, everyone loved them. I can’t wait to try some other items.

More like Bagel Noshous. I ordered a Southwestern Turkey Club combo this afternoon. It came with Potato Salad, cookie and a drink. Now, typically I enjoy coming here for lunch every once in a while. However, today I did not get to enjoy my meal quite as much. I got back to my work to enjoy my lunch. The sandwich itself was as good as always. When I got to the potato salad... I noticed something strange. It looked like a little stick or something. It was about the 4th bite in. I decided since it looked like it didnt belong on the food, I pulled it out. It was a meal worm. Now I feel sick, thinking I may have ate one or more of these during my meal. Unfortunately this will be my last lunch at Bagel Nosh.

Employees are rude and extremely slow. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best place for fresh bagels! Any time I go Im met with friendly staff and delicious food. Their bagels are so fresh and a lot of different flavors. They also have various cream cheese. I always get a sandwhich which is yummy.

The coffee was way over the recommended temps! I took one small sip and suffered burns to my mouth and throat. I was a barista for many years and I have never experienced coffee that hot. After the lid was removed the coffee still steamed for 15 more minutes. It’s was still steaming when we threw it away. Totally unacceptable!

I went to this bagel nosh on a Sunday at 10:30 a.m. And there were no everything bagels no onion bagels no raisin bagels no blueberry bagels no sesame bagels. I could go on and on but it would probably be easier to tell you what they did have. I wont do that either because its a waste of time as going to the shop is. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes and they didnt even have the bagels that I would have chosen to eat.

Great friendly service, super clean inside. Bagel was delicious and fresh so was the orange juice. Definitely check it out if your in the mood for a bagel.

Great place to grab a bagel or bagel sandwich. They always have fresh bagels and a cooler full of awesome drinks, including Yoo-hoo! One of the last places to offer lox. If youre in a rush and dont mind the variety, they even offer day-old bagels (in a plastic bag) for a few bucks. Friendly staff as well... What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them.

You might not want to run out of everything youre advertising on the front window of your store. Just an idea for the future. What they had left was pretty good. So not bad if youre willing to eat whatever is left.

Arizona isnt exactly a bagel mecca, and I could maybe think of a place with better bagels if you wanted to go out of your way. In this area, this is really the best option. The service is pretty fantastic, which pushes this over the edge.

I wanted to put a review in, not only for the amazing food, but for the great customer service. I had an issue with an Uber driver and I called Bagel Nosh to see if I could just stop by, pay, and get my order on my lunch break. An employee by the name of Jessica assisted me and went out of her way to contact Uber and verify that I was not charged for the first order and that if I reordered another driver would be sent out. Jessica, thank you for helping to resolve an issue that was of no fault to you or your establishment!! Keep up the good work and friendly service.

Food was 5 stars, service was 3.5, but maybe it was an off day for them. The bagels are big, dense and delicious, and they have a great selection of bagels and flavored cream cheeses, as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

Great food and friendly staff. Sometimes they run out of cookies are certain bagels but overall they are good and decently priced.

Whole staff is very friendly, have awesome smiles, and make you feel very welcome. the bagels are almost as phenomenal as the people who work here. plenty of different combinations and bagel flavors to try. definitely recommended.
