The service department is excellent. I am always treated well by all of the staff. I love getting texts updating me to the progress of my service call. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They noticed a screw in my tire, checked it out and discovered that it did not puncture so the reinstalled all at no charge. Great place.

Isaac and Ken were great to work with. I was buying from out of state, and they made it easy. There werent really any strange add ons that I had to negotiate off, and I appreciated that the price listed+tax was basically what I paid, aside from the doc fees. I was given a good deal on an extended warranty (I felt like it was a good deal). Overall, it was a pretty painless experience aside from the natural pain of parting with hard earned money. The only thing that disappointed me was that my friends got cool Jeep swag when they bought their Jeeps (granted, other dealers), but I didnt get any cool hats or shirts or water bottles. That would be the icing on the cake if there were just some fun goodies stuffed in the jockey box and console and water bottle holders all stuffed with branded things. It would be a nice touch to someone for spending so much money on a product. Not a requirement, but the little things do add up!
I bought my 2018 RAM 2500 Power Wagon here new. I have had nearly every service done here since I bought it. Staff is always friendly and professional. Work is done correctly and in a timely manner. I have been very satisfied with both the dealership and my truck. This truck is easily the best truck I have ever owned. I have been buying trucks for over 34 years.
Went in there to buy tires for my truck. Had gone there for other services before and had been treated good. No different this time. Alan Clarke, the service advisor, was exceptional. Said the work to be done around 1pm -3pm. Was finished at around 1pm. He also made sure I got a shuttle to take me home and bring me back after work was done. Good job!
This is the second car I have purchased from Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Gilbert, AZ. I love that I am never pressured and a part of the conversation. The sales team is courteous, knowledgeable and non-pushy!!! The only con was our wait once we agreed on the deal to sign all the forms with financing, but my wait aloud me to see how other sales associates interacted with customers. Everyone thanked the customer treated them with respect and made sure to listen to the wants/needs for their vehicle needs.I walked away with a GREAT Jeep and a great deal for what I needed and will recommend them every time.
Best experience to date buying a car. I found my truck at Earnhardt Ram through an online app, when I called to verify they had the truck in their inventory I had the pleasure of talking to their salesman Ryan Ruffcorn. I explained that I was traveling across the valley to check the truck out and that I didn’t want any tricks or run around and he promised me there wouldn’t be. He absolutely delivered, upon arriving at the dealership he’d already had the truck washed and cleaned, so we took it out for a test drive. We are very satisfied with Earnhardt. The salesman Ignacio was very professional and straightforward. We negotiated a good deal and the car was prepped and delivered to us immediately. This dealer had a decent inventory of new vehicles and we found the one we were looking for when other dealers did not have what we wanted in stock.

Car battery died on Friday, jump started it Saturday morning and headed right to the dealership. Figured I’d get an oil change at the same time since the car was already in. Dropped it off in the express lane, and went on with my day. Was expecting to pick it up later in the day…. Grabbed breakfast and before I even finished eating, I received a call asking if I’d like my air filter changed and the car would be done soon. It was completed it LESS THAN 2 hours, I was surprised and thankful for their efficiency especially on a Saturday!! Also really impressed with the process of picking up my car, quick checkout they immediately moved a truck blocking in my car. Finally, they provided me a detailed paper showing me all the areas on my car that we’re changed and the status of all the other areas. High level of customer service and quality of work & I’ll be happy to continue returning here!!
They don’t even deserve the one star. The WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to contact the service department is near impossible. When you do get them on the phone they are rude. Their scheduling system is a joke. You would think buying a $50K vehicle from somewhere they would value you as a customer. I go with my wife to Subaru and it’s cartwheels and cookies over there. Looks like I will be trying a different dealership for future servicing. This place obviously couldn’t care less.

I was having an on going issue with my AC for my 2018 challenger. I had brought my car into a local shop the first time and they charged nearly 400 to recharge my AC and said they replaced the leaking valves. 2 months later the issue came back and the same shop said it was my condenser now leaking which would cost 1800 for repairs. Instead of paying that, I called Earnhardt dodge to discuss my warranties and luckily it was still within warranty for what I needed done. I spoke to service advisor Brian who was very friendly and polite when I brought my vehicle in for service. They had got me a rental car and covered it for the 3 days my car was being serviced. When Brian called me on the 3rd day when my car was finished he had let me know it was not the condenser but the evaporator that was the issue. I had to pay 100$ for the deductible which was nothing compared to the 1800 I would have paid and for the wrong part from the other shop! I’m very happy with the service Earnhardt provided and how professional and polite Brian was and will definitely be back in the future.
I started looking for a jeep and openly I called Show Low Dodge Jeep first. They tried to add $4,500 over sticker because Jeeps are hard to find. I then called Earnhardt and they were fantastic did not try to get more than they should on the price and even delivered the jeep. Easy and honest to work with.
This place has gone downhill big time.. They treat you like the enemy if you have a warranty and need to have some concerns looked into. Marc Ray is the worst service advisor I have ever had to deal with. He tried to charge me for items that should have been covered, like $75 to tighten a bolt..What a joke! It ended up working out in the end. It only took a sit down with the manager, which took up my morning.. Super disappointed with the Val Vista and 202 Earnhardt service center. Will not be taking my Ram there again.. My advice is find a different place to take your vehicle!

Tim Clarke was very patient and knowledgeable. A lot of times when buying a car the sales people only know basics. Tim was able to answer all our questions about our new Ram’s towing and functions. He was also very accommodating as we were trying to find the perfect truck that didn’t break our budget. When we found one that we really liked but it was slightly more than what we wanted to spend he wasn’t pushy and gave us time to think about it. In the end we found something much closer to what we could afford that had the important things we were looking for. If you are looking for a Ram, see Tim and you won’t regret it!
Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Gilbert ordered my Dodge Durango RT with Tow and Go, kept in constant contact while it was being built, and had me in and out within 30 minutes. Even though this location is over an hour away from my house, I would go back just for their customer service. Now I just have to convince my wife that a Hellcat is a fiscally responsible purchase.
So far so good. The communication is top notch. I am looking forward to make a deal on buying a new car. I was offered best price on the vehicle. But added dealer fees are highest that I have ever seen. I will update my buying experience/ratings here. :)
Great experience purchasing a new vehicle. Salespeople were not pushy as I remember them years ago, worst thing about the whole experience is the amount of time financing at the dealer takes. If they could find a way to streamline that process and cut the time in half, then they would really have the upper hand on the whole process! Great experience though, and I would recommend stopping in if looking for a new Ram or Jeep vehicle.

For a period of two months I worked with almost every Dodge dealership across the state of Arizona negotiating a trade and purchase. I even had a broker help me at one point. This was our second truck we bought from Earnhardt. There are several Ram dealerships closer but none offer the kind of service we have gotten from Earnhardt. Rudy was our salesman the first time and the reason we went back when we were looking for a second truck. Rudy is a manager now but he set us up with Parker who took care of us just as well and Rudy checked in several times to ensure that. After shopping via the web between 3 dealerships they had the right truck for the right price. Being out of state I put a deposit down, next morning hopped a flight, they picked me up from the airport, Test drove the truck signed the papers, I was out within 3 hours of landing At the airport. They even Suggested deducting $699 for an add on option that could only be done at their dealership. Had a warranty issue with Ram and made an appointment on a Saturday for the following Thursday, however my truck would not start without jumping it and I only have one vehicle. The battery would not charge with a charger, and I assumed all would under warranty. So I call Saturday and was able to only leave a message for service. I advised of my situation and ask to be called and hopefully get a sooner appointment. Later on Saturday I got a call from a very pleasant lady, sorry I did not get her name, that was able to get me an appointment First thing Tuesday, she called after they had closed for the day, great customer service. Went to appointment and John Somers was my adviser, he was excellent and explained that they would need to keep truck and explained defect codes and said it looked like a battery problem, he arranged a rental car and ride to Enterprise. Battery was the problem, got my truck back the next day and all is good now. Thank you.

Ryan was able to locate the model of car and color of the car that was within my price range. Ryan even took the time in his off work hours to walk the numbers with me, until I was fully comfortable with the final decision to purchase the car. Ryan was professional and easy to work with.
Went to a few dealerships. They couldnt help/wouldnt help me. They didnt seem interested in selling a vehicle. I came here all the sales people the receptionists the sales managers and finance people were amazing, friendly and wanted to make sure that it was a great experience. I do not know where to start other than that I am very disappointed of the experience that my wife and I just had with Earnhardt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have never purchased a HD truck before nor did I know much about them and we were also looking to purchase a toy hauler or travel trailer. That is when I reached out to Earnhardt and asked to speak with a sales person explaining what we wanted to do. I got set up with Trey Crittenden who I thought was very knowledgeable on what info I gave him. I gave him the type of trailer we were looking to purchase, weight, size and all other towing info as needed. I was told that any of the 2500 HD trucks would work and have more than enough of power and weight needed to pull this trailer. I told him the only color I did not want was white and my wife did not want red. So we found one that we liked and purchased along with other added on options such as an alarm (SVR) larger tires and rims, door guards and bed liner. After purchasing and driving home with our new truck we purchased the toy hauler feeling good about the decision. Well last week we found out that the toy hauler pin weight was to heavy for this truck (this info was shared with Trey prior to purchase) there fore was not safe to pull this trailer. After calling and talking with one of the managers I get told that there is not much they can do. So now I am thinking that I have a truck that cant pull a trailer and a trailer that I cant return. We spent 5 hours back at the dealer last Thursday trying find a truck that will work. I never wanted a dually or a white truck and that is all the option I had. So now I had to trade in a truck I just bought, take a loss on it and purchase a more expensive truck that I can barely afford. Every time I get into the new truck I get so disappointed in the situation. And the worst part is they did not seem to care. This is supposed to be a reputable dealership that cared about customer service and getting people what they need and want. I feel screwed that I bought the truck i loved, purchased the upgrades I wanted when I could of bought a smaller trailer but I had to have my credit run again, take a loss on the truck i loved and pay more for a new truck that I do no like at all. Not one person apologized for this. On top of this the window tint has to be re-done since it all has bubbles in the glass. Another reason I am so disappointed. I know nothing will be done to make this better but I though I was going to the experts with them knowing that I did not know anything about the towing capacities I needed.

Three stars to balance out the two different experiences I had here. I got my car from them in February which was grueling process, and I worked with a seemingly shady car salesman (cant recall his name).However, my boyfriend just bought a truck from them, and we had a much different experience than I did. We worked with a great sales guy (Benali? He had a very unique name), and they really worked with us on his trade in and some bonus extras!Anyway, if you come here, be careful with who you work with. I worked with the wrong people with my car, but Im glad I had a different experience with my boyfriends buying experience.

Justin listened to my needs and was very informative about the truck and the process. The vehicle we wanted was still in transit and required a small deposit to secure. Justin explained this throughly and made us comfortable leaving the deposit. Once the vehicle arrived, I requested that as little prep be done as possible. Justin went out of his way to ensure the truck was not touched in any way that was unnecessary which was perfect for me. Justin listened to my request and absolutely followed through for me. Finalizing the deal was seamless and efficient. Finance departments tend to be pushy but Earnhardt was great. I was made aware of my options and allowed to make a decision without pressure. They were even able to offer me a better interest rate than I got from my personal bank. We were very pleased with the buying experience and I would absolutely buy a vehicle from Justin and Earnhardt again. Thank you Justin for making this a good experience.

Krislyn helped me purchase my new dodge ram. After a couple of days of buyers remorse cause of the debt Im getting into. (Not my choice,, its for my business) The more I drive my truck the more I love it. She really put up with my anxiety and helped me figure out the numbers and got me a pretty good deal. I had gone to another dealership where they in fact tried to sell me the same exact truck but went back to her to seal the deal cause I had developed a good relationship and felt assured she would help me with my purchase. Justin was about the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I had been shopping for a new Jeep for almost two months, contacting at least 7 dealerships from Salt Lake City to San Diego to get the best deal on a Jeep equipped like I wanted. I tried to make a deal with a dealer in Carlsbad. But when they suddenly tacked on $1,500 that had not been previously disclosed, I walked. Justin was no nonsense. Some equipment had been added to the Jeep that was not identified in their advertisement. He worked through options to seek common ground and discounted those options. I cant emphasize enough what a straight shooter Justin was. I wish I could say the same about two of his other associates. Had it not been for them, I would have given Earnhardt 5 stars! But the bottom line is that when everything was said and done, I got an even better deal by about $600 than what I had walked in expecting. So in that regard, they truly exceeded my expectations.

Brought 2020 Jeep to Earnhardt dealership for routine service. Was very impressed with employee who stayed in communication with me while my vehicle was in the shop. I had many questions concerning exactly what would be done on my Jeep as this was the first time it was brought in since its purchase. The employee, James, was thorough in explaining all I could expect to be done at this visit and was able to give an estimation of the time the vehicle would be ready for pickup within minutes of actual time it was completed. The cleat coat paint sealant was beautiful as was the interior once finished. Although the additional maintenance done under the hood was completed out of view, I have no doubt that it was done well. It is so nice to go to a business where one can have complete confidence that the service will be carried out as promised. My experience beginning with the purchase of my Jeep Renegade through ‘Eddie’ in August 2020 and including this visit have been very positive. It makes me feel thankful that I bought my first brand new vehicle through this dealership.

Bought a 2021 Wrangler Willys. I knew what I wanted, did my research, and got a great deal. Justin was my sales person and he was straight forward. Did have to do a little bit of haggling but that is expected. They didnt waste my time either. I was out of there in about 2 hrs which is pretty quick. I would go see Justin again.
We had three small problems with our 2020 Wrangler Unlimited. One included the stereo and it was given a software update. After leaving Earnhardt it immediately quit working. I called Marc and left a message. A few minutes later he called back offering to put a new one. I really appreciate Marcs honesty and professionalism in getting my problems resolved quickly. I will be bringing both of my Jeeps to Earnhardt for service from here on out.
